1 Chapter 1

[A/N: At the moment, I am focusing on my main fanfic, Star Wars: Rogue Empire, so this story will have irregular uploads until I finish that one. I hope you enjoy! Also, this isn't your basic story, so don't expect it to be so. He's One Piece memories don't matter,as the plot already changes from the beginning. But his past and Naruto memories will be important.]

Feeling drained and disoriented, Warren opened his eyes only to see a white Sandy beach before him, with rough waves crashing against the shore. He looked around and saw that he was along the tree line and was resting on an odd-looking palm tree with fruits he has never seen or heard of.

'What the hell? Where am I?' Warren thought to himself as he tried to get up, only for a brain-splitting headache to force him back down. Warren felt as though his head might split apart at any second, but right when it felt like it might be too much, flashes of memory went through his mind.

Warren was a US Navy Seal, but was killed after making sure his crew got away safely during a tough mission. When he died, he met a lazy, sarcastic god who told him he'd be reincarnated and was to get three wishes thanks to his good karma points.

Before Warren could even ask for it, the god cut him off and said he wouldn't get a system as it was too much work and he didn't feel like dealing with it. Something about past reincarnations getting too powerful and coming back to overthrow the gods. Though Warren was peeved he got stuck with such a lazy god and wanted a switch, he didn't want to risk his luck, so he just decided to pick three other wishes.

For his first wish, he wanted to be reborn in, 'One Piece'. He didn't get a lot of free time thanks to the military, but the free time he did have was spent either out drinking with his squad, watching anime, or reading fanfics. He loved getting immersed in the different worlds and One Piece was his favorite hands down, right before Star Wars and Naruto.

When he told this to the god, he rolled his eyes as though he gets that request all of the time. When asked what timeline he wanted, Warren chose to be born the day Gold Roger died in 1500 but be placed in the world a few years before Luffy set out on his adventure.

For his second wish, Warren thought of his second favorite anime and immediately wished to be born with the bloodline of the Raikage. Most Naruto fanfics are basic and choose the same boring route of being an Uchiha, but honestly, the Raikage was one of the most powerful people in the world of Naruto as the only person who could damage him, was himself.

Besides his indestructible durability, he also was one of the fastest Shinobi in the world before Naruto took that title. And if that wasn't enough, the Raikage also had a nearly infinite amount of chakra and stamina, and his strength was at the same level, which was proven when he not only battle a Tailed Beast, he single-handedly he beat and also sealed it. And finally, the Raikage was known for being smart as well, as many times he has outsmarted the other villages and came out on top.

For his third wish, Warren thought long and hard, as since he couldn't have a system like the people from his fanfics, he needed to have some kind of leg-up so he could survive in the deadly and beautiful world he will soon be in. After much thinking, Warren finally decided on limitless potential. One Piece was all about fighting and adventures, and only the strongest could survive in that harsh world. Warren wanted to be strong and be able to do whatever he wanted, so he didn't want to be bogged down by any limits.

The god seemed to think over his wishes, seeing where he needed to make adjustments here and there so that Warren would fit properly within the world. After all, the whole reason he's doing all of this is for his entertainment, watching someone go into the world already OP is super boring.

After some time, the god finally spoke. "Okay, you will be sent to the One Piece world in the year 1515, 15 is the age people are considered adults since most people die so young, much like that Naruto world you are so fond of. I will give you the Raikage's bloodline and all that it entails, including his chakra. Since there are in fact Shinobi in the world, it actually isn't that much of a stretch. I'll even unlock your chakra and give you a few basic Jutsu so that you won't be completely useless."

"And on the limitless potential… fine, I'll grant it. But you must work for everything yourself. The bloodline only gives you the ability to have the Raikage's strength. Also, I'm sending you I with only limited memory of the One Piece world, so you can't cheat knowing everything that happens.

All you will know is basic information that anyone else in the world has, plus the memories of your past life. Good luck, be sure to entertain me!" The god said as he opened up a swirling blue portal and sent Warren through before he could begin to protest.

When the flashback ended, he had a slight grimace on his face from how he was treated. "That damn god better hope there's no survey after this, or else he's in for a horrible rating!" Warren shouted to the world. Then, information on the world, the four seas, the Grand Line, World Nobles, the pirates, Marines, and the Four Emperors appeared in his mind. So much information was now in his head, except for anything dealing with the main plot of the story. He couldn't even remember the main character!

Realizing that what's done is done and that sulking wouldn't help, Warren stood up to get a look at his new face and body. Walking to the water, he finally saw his reflection, and though he hated to admit it, the lazy god did a good job. He had chocolate ebony skin, handsomely chiseled features, including a beautifully sculpted nose, jawline, and full thick lips. He had white, kinky hair that was twisted into medium-length dreads, and short, white peach-fuzz that grew into a 5'o clock shadow.

He had a naturally muscular body that wasn't too bulky, or too lean, almost a perfect mix between a swimmer's body and a bodybuilder. He also wore nothing but a black tank top, gold shorts, and some black woven sandals.

All in all, he looked much like he did in his past life, just a few cosmetic changes here and there thanks to the bloodline, and he was a lot younger. Remembering that he now has chakra, and some Jutsu, Warrey delved into his mind and found that he had the three basic academy jutsu, plus a few lightning release jutsu, like Chidori, Chidori Senbon, Kirin, and Static Field. He had a few water releases like Water Bullet and Water Prison. And lastly, he had a few earth-release jutsu like Earth Wall and lastly Earth spear. "So it looks like my chakra natures are Lightning, of course, water and lastly Earth. Not bad honestly. I wonder if I'll one day be able to make a Storm release jutsu." Warren wondered to himself as he stood back to cast his first-ever jutsu!

Warren was so excited, as like most other kids that watched anime, he dreamed of being a Shinobi and casting awesome jutsu, and this was his chance. Taking a deep breath, he went over the Jutsu that he had and picked, Chidori Senbon, going over how to cast it in his head. But, as Warren quickly found out, just because he had the basic knowledge of how to cast the Jutsu, he still had no experience and had to teach himself how to get better over time.

When he was ready, Warren carefully began going through the hand signs while doing his best to mold and guide his chakra correctly, which proved to be a monumental task. Along with practicing his jutsu and other basic Shinobi combat, he was going to have to train his obscenely huge chakra reserves as well.

When he finished his last hand signs, he carefully guided his chakra until a tiny, erratic Chidori Senbon was in his hand, barely keeping form. Warren let out a triumphant cheer then broke out into a giddy laugh. "Rhahaha, I fucking did it! Huh? Is this my laugh now? Well, this is One Piece, so I guess it's fine. Oh yeah, I should probably throw this thing." Warren said as he clumsily threw the senbon into the ocean, expecting a little sizzle, only to receive a small explosion instead.

Warren's jaw nearly dropped at the result he got. Sure he used far more chakra than necessary due to his poor chakra control, but this was basically a whole new jutsu! Warren wondered if his bloodline had anything to do with the Jutsus strength, but decided to worry about that later.

Warren turned around and saw a knapsack he did not notice before in the area he woke up. Walking over and looking into the bag, Warren found an awesome surprise. Inside held a few different clothes, some training scrolls for different fighting stances, jutsu, kenjutsu, shurikenjutsu, fuinjutsu, and even basic medical jutsu. He also found workout manuals, weights, shuriken, Senbon, a trench knife, like Asuma's, as well as many different things and gear. It was essentially everything Warren would need to be an awesome, successful Shinobi! But something wasn't sitting right with him. "Just how the hell is all of this fitting in this bag?" he thought aloud.

As if to answer his question, Warren found a note that said it was written by god. "Hey, brat. After you left, I realized something, you suck at wishing for shit! The only good thing you actually wished for was the Raikage's bloodline, which at this rate, you'll be killed in a heartbeat, so I thought I'd be nice. Inside the bag I left a whole lot of things you'll need to be a ninja, but it won't last forever, so I suggest either you get really good with your hands, or you find a blacksmith as soon as you can. Also, I suggest staying on that island for at least two years, working out and training up that horrible chakra control you have. Final note, the bag is your last gift from me. As you can probably already tell, it has infinite storage. Pro-tip, I made it by drawing fuinjutsu on it, something you might want to take note of." The letter said before it popped out of existence.

Warren couldn't help the giddy laugh that escaped his mouth as the lazy god just made his time on the world that much better. And as a literal god told him to, Warren agreed to stay on the small, seemingly abandoned island to train. though he didn't really have much choice with no boat. It's not like he could use his chakra to travel the ocean, right? Putting that aside, for now, Warren picked what he wanted to specialize in, since he didn't want to spread himself too thin. He chose to study Nintaijutsu, same as the Raikage to combine his ninjutsu with his devastating cloud taijutsu attacks, Lightning Armor, chakra threads, chakra control, Shunshin and fuinjutsu.

Chakra threads are extremely versatile and only limited by imagination. Chakra control will be one of the most important things he learns as almost everything a Shinobi does is centered around their chakra. Shunshin will be helpful as yes, the world has soru, but with soru you have to kick the same place ten times, whereas Shunshin can be augmented by his chakra, plus he'll be the only other person besides the rare Shinobi of the world that will use the technique, giving him an advantage. Fuinjutsu is as limitless as it is difficult, as it even allows one to seal away god-level enemies and make any ordinary thing into a legendary artifact. Lastly, Lighting Armor gives a boost to his strength, defense, speed, and reaction speed. It is especially a cheat.

Little did Warren know, was that his presence has already turned the world into a mess as the future event will never be the same due to him.
