Start of the Pirate Kings' Journey

Finally, returned to Foosha Village to start his journey he just turn exactly 17 today and ready to set sail. Now Luffy was not like his canon counterpart. His body had a much more toned, his muscles has more mass to it and didn't look like a stick due having a little muscle mass.

His height is 6'2" due to all the milk and because he didn't stop drinking till now. Due to his mastery of Rokushiki and constant eating and absorption of food allowed him to learn Life Return so he could quickly absorb all the energy and it also helped him on his faster recovery.

Luffy finally started his journey and on the way, the lord of the coast came to attack him he just used Conqueror Haki on the sea king and tied a rope on its neck.

"Go straight until I tell you to change directions" ordered Luffy.

After some time while using his Observation Haki Luffy found a ship that are being raided by pirates. He immediately spotted Nami robbing the pirate ship, he immediately use Geppo and Soru simultaneously while in the air to go Alvida's ship.

Luffy spotted a empty barrel and hide inside it in the cruise ship. Coby sees the barrel and started rolling it to the kitchen when three low-level pirates came and took the barrel from Coby.

"Oi Coby, what do you have there" asked pirate thug 1

"Hey, its the biggest of all the barrels maybe we can take a drink from it" said pirate thug 2

"Ehhhh!!, Alvida-sama will beat you if you drink it" said Coby

"Hahaha what we won't tell Alvida-sama won't know ne? Coby" said pirate thug 3

As they come and tries to open the barrel Luffy knew it was the time to come out.

" That was a great nap" said Luffy while stretching his arms and accidentally punch pirate thug 3 and knocked him.

"Eh, what is he doing sleeping on the floor he's going to catch a cold" asks dumbly Luffy

"It is because you knocked him" shouted the two pirate thugs.

"Ahhh, I am hungry. Where is the meat?" asks Luffy to Coby

"Oi! Don't ignore us" said the pirate thugs as they attack Luffy.

Luffy knocked them out cold. Luffy goes into the pantry and start's eating.

"So is this a pirate ship?" Luffy asks Coby

"No, this is a cruise ship being raided by Alvida-sama" answers Coby

"So, are you one of those pirates?" asks Luffy

Then Coby goes to tell his story which has Luffy laughing like hell even though Luffy already kew it

"So why didn't you escape?" asks Luffy

Then Coby goes into a panic attack by just imagining an escape.

"So you're a coward. I don't like you" Luffy says blunty which makes Coby depressed.

"Luffy-san why are you in a barrel?" Coby asks

Luffy then lied about being sucked in a whirlpool.

"Luffy-san why are young going to the seas?" ask Coby

"I am going to become the Pirate King" answers Luffy without hesitation.

The Coby goes into a panic attack saying it is impossible. Luffy then hits him on the head to stop.

"Even if I die, I will die pursuing my dream" said Luffy with conviction. Somehow Coby got a conviction to pursue his dream to become a marine and capture pirates like Alvisa-sa...

"Oiya? Is he Roronoa Zoro?" asks Alvida

Then Alvida suddenly asks Coby "Oi Coby, who is the most beautiful woman in the sea?"

"Who's the ugly hag lady?" Luffy asks Coby

"Luffy-san let's run she is the most..-" answers Coby and then he sees that there is no fear in Luffy's eyes.

"Most what Coby?" asks Alvida

"Most ugly hag in the whole East Blue" shouted Coby with all his might and Luffy couldn't take it he just roll on the floor while laughing.

Alvida loses it and tries to hit Coby with her club but Luffy catches it and break it then he punch Alvida in her gut through the roof. Luffy takes Coby in the deck and continues to kick the pirate's asses to distract them so Nami could take all their loot, so after Nami takes all the loot and a boat.

Luffy finishes the fight by hitting Alvida with Gomu Gomu no Pistol and sends her flying.

After seeing Alvida flying off, Luffy quickly orders the thug pirates to collect all the food and sake of both the cruise and pirate ship with a threat that they will be next one flying. After that he quickly follows Alvida to a small island nearby.

Luffy uses his Observation Haki and finds the Sube Sube no Mi Devil fruit. Seeing that the marines were also coming he came back to the ship and whistle then the sea king came with his boat enough for 3 people.

Luffy quickly put the barrel of sake and food on his boat and jump into it with Coby. Due to the sudden arrival of the sea king with a boat Namis' boat were capsized so she grab all the treasure she stole and jump into Luffy boat. Luffy notices Nami and catches her bridal carry pose.

They stared in each others eyes for a couple of seconds and Nami blush. "Sorry, the marines are coming so we got to run" Luffy quickly apologize for what happens with her gboat. Luffy then free the sea king and Nami looks back and sees the marine ship coming, she hesitatingly nods and open the sails and run away.

While she is distracted Luffy uses a mini Rankyaku from his fingers to tear off the sleeve of Namis' t shirt covering her Arlong tattoo just to make a topic of conversation later. Luffy then take the foods to a room and then hide the Devil fruit in one of the chest he got. After some time escaping, Nami begins to asks questions.

"Okay, so who are you and why did break my boat?" asks Nami

Luffy acts like he is angry and turns his head away not replying.

"Hey I am talking to you" says Nami

"Don't talk to me you bad pirate" answers Luffy

"What pirate?!, I am a thief who steals from other pirates" says Nami

"Hmpp Don't lie to me, you have the tatto of Arlong Pirates" says a pouting Luffy while pointing to he tattoo. She panics and sees that the sleeve was torn and quickly ties her bandanna on her arm hiding it.

"Hmph you won't need it much longer anyway. I will beat up your boss before goint to Grandline tgo search for One Piece and become the Pirate King" said Luffy

"Hmph so your'e a pirate, I hates pirates! and what about you defeating Arlong?! nobody can defeat a fishman!" shouted Nami

"Che, a pirate hating pirates funniest thing ever and what about Arlong I can even fight Granpa to a standstill. What is he in front of my Granpa?" said Luffy in a disdaining face

"Please don't fight Luffy-san, Nami-san" said Coby trying to appease the tensions between them to which both of them 'hmph' and turned their faces away. After some time Nami talks to Coby who tells her his story.

Nami tries not to laugh but fails and then there was some silence in their journey, after some 2 hours they landed at Shells Town. During those 2 hours Luffy fished using his hand like a fishing rope.

Generally covering it with haki so that it would not be bitten off and he would not lose his strength and also training his weakness. Nami was shocked the first time she saw his hand stretching after Coby explained it to her she was still that Devil fruits existed but accepted it.
