84 Kai VS Weevil

CLANG…

BAAAM!!! The clash of blades echoed in the distance as two infamous pirates traded blows nonstop. Kai and Weevil's little earlier clash quickly escalated into a full-blown battle between the two while Whitey Bay and Miss Buckin observed from a safe distance.

"Weevil!! Quickly finish off that brat!! What's taking you too long?!!" Miss Buckin exclaimed while looking at the red-haired pirate in rage.

"I'm trying mommy! But he's strong!" Weevil responded as he spun his naginata above his head and then swung it in a downward motion at Kai.

BOOOM!! The latter leaped to the side avoiding the weapon's blade, but the ground he was standing on was shattered from the sheer force of that simple attack.

"What an insane physical power, they were not lying when they compared him to young Whitebeard…" Kai remarked as he jumped back, keeping his sword tightly gripped in his right hand, creating some space between himself and Weevil "…and he's so massive, probably as tall as Whitebeard was maybe even taller"

Weevil was dwarfing Kai, standing at 680 cm tall he's a little taller than his proclaimed father Whitebeard was.

Miss Buckin twitched with rage as she glared at Kai before shouting in his direction "We didn't even provoke you, you little shit! What's the deal with you attacking my dear all of a sudden?!"

Kai shot a menacing look at her direction before replying "Shut the fuck up…who the fuck do you think you are to question my actions you old fart?" His low, menacing tone made Miss Buckin instinctively step back.

"How dare you talk to mommy like that?! I'll kill you!!" Weevil's forehead veins bulged in anger and he rushed towards Kai. His naginata blade turned metallic black as he imbued it with Armament Haki before he approached Kai and swiped it sideways aiming to slice him in half.

Kai grasped his sword with both hands and quickly imbued it with Haki as well before raising it to his side, aiming to halt Weevil's assault.

CLANG…BAAM!! The two figures' blades clashed generating a powerful shockwave. Kai was sent flying sideways, crashing into a nearby tree from the force of the attack.

"Kikiki! That's what you get for messing with my precious son!" Miss Buckin mocked him.

Weevil looked very proud as he turned towards his mother and said, "I've done it mommy!"

"Good job honey!"

Whitey Bay however stared at the direction where Kai crashed with calm expressions "too early for celebration…"

Just as she said that Kai emerged again with no apparent injuries in his body "That was dangerous. If it wasn't for my logia body, I might have broken a bone or two from that…"

Miss Buckin was visibly annoyed "Tsk, he's persistent"

"You're so annoying, I'll finish you off in the next move!" Weevil declared while tightening his grip on his weapon, he got on guard and was ready to deal with Kai's who was approaching him with high speed.

"You ain't doing shit…" Kai said. He proceeded to infuse his blade with a thick layer of lightning until it became glowing blue with the intense lightning, creating high frequency cutting power to easily cut through targets.

"Blue Blade!"

Trails of lightning radiated from the sword as he proceeded to thrust it forward from a distance, and from its tip, he fired a highly concentrated lightning laser-like beam.

"Nani?!" Weevil stood in his place startled by that as the lightning beam flew towards him at blinding speed. Luckily for him he reacted at last second and held his blade in front of him, blocking the attack.

However, the beam proceeded to explode at contact, releasing bolts of lightning that shocked him while sending him hurtling backwards.

"Ughn! That hurts mommy!" Weevil screamed in in pain.

"Weevil!! Get yourself together, don't let him overpower you like that! What would your father think of you?!" Miss Buckin shouted at him.

"S-Sorry mommy!...I'll make my daddy proud!"

Kai didn't give Weevil the time to think about his next move as he quickly transformed his left arm into clouds and proceeded to gather winds in the palm of his hand, which he made spun rapidly in multiple directions in order to contain them into a spherical shape with four large points around the central core, giving it the appearance of a fūma shuriken.

"Rasenshuriken!!"

VWOOOSH!! The attack gave off a loud screeching noise while flying towards the Warlord at an incredible speed.

"He can use lightning and wind?" Whitey Bay remarked in surprise, she only knew that he has a Logia fruit which allows him to manipulate clouds.

Though, Weevil wasn't fazed and swiftly imbued his naginata with Haki and deflected the attack away, causing it to cleave a few dozen trees around the area. He then retaliated by slashing the air in front of him, unleashing several Haki imbued flying slashes towards Kai.

SWOOSH!!

FWOOSH!! Kai used Soru to dodge them before he clenched his sword tightly and hardened his right arm muscles until they budged, he then used Haki on both his arm and sword.

"Blue Wave!"

Kai swung Shichiseiken downward, generating a rapid, lightning slash wave that traveled across the ground, destroying it along the way.

This time Weevil raised his Haki imbued weapon in front of him while also hardening his entire body with Haki, effectively blocking the attack while also avoiding getting electrified by the lightning.

Again, without giving him the time to react, Kai rushed towards Weevil at once and swung his sword downwards across his chest, creating a powerful Haki imbued slashed attack which was infused with lightning.

"Blue Cleave!!"

Lightning! Lightning! KA-BOOOOM!! The attack was powerful enough to cause a massive burst of lightning power that engulfed Weevil's entire body.

"AGGGHHH!!" Weevil screamed in pain as he received the attack.

"Weevil!!!"

"…He's overpowering that monster…" Whitey Bay's astonishment was clear as she observed the battle closely.

"…"

Kai stood a few feet from Weevil who was obscured by rising dust. He remained alert, anticipating his enemy's next move. A moment of silence hung in the air before a massive naginata emerged from the dust, slashing Kai across the chest.

SPLASH!! Kai was taken by surprise as he didn't expect that kind of attack with that kind of speed from someone like Weevil and his chest was cut open, leaving him bleeding and in pain.

FWOOSH! Weevil emerged with a body covered in burns and cuts as he rushed towards Kai with angered expressions before he swung his naginata downward with mighty power.

"That hurts you bastard!!" Weevil shouted as he aimed to slice Kai in half utilizing the massive blade of the weapon.

On the other hand, Kai was calm even after getting injured. He narrowed his eyes as he focused clouds around his fist to form a condensed, spherical dark cloud by charging it with inordinate electricity, and then proceeded to roll his fist back and punched Weevil's blade.

"Thunder Crash!!"

Thunder! KA-BOOOOM!!! Upon making contact the sphere burst, causing an enormous lightning explosion that shattered the ground around the two fighters while releasing streams of lightning. Weevil was visibly injured by the attack and was pushed a few meters back, struggling stay on his feet.

"Huff…not yet, not time for you to rest!" Kai didn't want to give Weevil enough time to recover and lunged at him once again. When the latter saw that he tried to jump back and create some safe distance between them, but Kai caught him off guard and used an unpredictable move.

He stretched his arm ahead while aiming his left palm at him before his transformed it into clouds. Using his control over wind clouds, he created a focused pressure gradient, strategically manipulating air currents to generate a vacuum effect that can draw a target closer to him.

By precisely adjusting the strength and direction of the air currents, Kai exerted a pull on Weevil drawing him closer to him while halting his attempt for retreat. The move created a swirling vortex effect.

"White Vortex!!"

As Weevil flew towards Kai, he quickly used his 'Thunder Crash' attack again and attempted to punch Weevil in the torso.

BOOOOM!! The attack landed again on Weevil's chest while causing a big explosion and visibly injuring him. However, this time Weevil kept pushing forward even after getting injured and proceeded to strike back Kai by unleashing a mighty slash wave that traveled across the ground and hit him.

Kai used Haki on his sword and attempted to block it, and after struggling for a few seconds, he was able to redirect it away. The slash went on to cleave a small mountain nearby in half.

"Damn…his pure physical strength is monstrous" Kai remarked, taken aback by that 'He might be retarded, but he's strong'

"How dare you hurt my baby you bastard! You'll pay for this!" Miss Buckin cursed Kai loudly "Weevil!! Make sure to kill him in the most painful way possible!!"

Kai swiped a finger over his ear while shooting the old woman an annoyed expression "You're so noisy…can't you see that we're having a fight here? I should silence you…" he said aiming his left palm towards her before shooting out a small lightning bolt that electrified her until she passed out.

"GYAAAAH!!!--*THUD*--!!" Miss Buckin collapsed face down on the ground afterwards.

Weevil looked at her direction in shock before he rushed towards her in panic "MOMMY!! MOMMY!!"

"Such a simple-minded creature…" Kai smirked at Weevil who rushed towards his mother leaving his back exposed.

"…"

He proceeded to create a small sphere of dense yet flexible cloud substance above his hand and then he coated his sword with it before imbuing it with Haki.

After that, Kai rushed behind Weevil and thrusted his sword forward from a distance. Taking advantage of the inherent flexibility of the clouds, and by increasing the cloud's density, Kai can make the cloud coating around his sword to gain weight and strength, while simultaneously growing in size.

Kai stretched the cloud coating on the sword forward allowing for extended reach during attacks, catching opponents off-guard with the unexpectedly elongated blade.

"Mutation Cloud."

Kai stretched the cloud blade forward at great speed, impaling Weevil from behind.

SPLASH!! Blood streamed from Weevil's back as he arched from getting pierced.

"AAGHHH!! W-What is this?!! What just happened--" Weevil exclaimed in panic but before he could finish his sentence Kai carried on his attack.

"If you want to save your mother, you'll have to defeat me first!..."

Kai declared with a smirk in his face before releasing an electrical shockwave through the clouds, frying Weevil from the inside and making him bleed from his mouth as well as from the back where he was impaled by Kai's blade.

"Internal Shock!"

"BLUGHH!!!" Weevil threw a mouthful of blood as his eyes rolled back, almost losing his conscious before he leaped forward, escaping Kai's blade and then he turned back to face him again.

"Huff…Huff…I'm Whitebeard's biological son!! I won't be defeated like this!!"

"Hehe…nobody gives a fuck about who your father is, they only care about your worth in the battlefield"

Kai smirked again before stretching his open palm hand forward "White Vortex!"

Meanwhile,

[Turtle Shell Island Shores]

Four Marine battleship approached the island's shores, one of them was unusually large.

"Vice Admiral John! We've confirmed that the Eustass Pirates and Whitey Bay Pirates ships are docked at Karya Village port!" Commodore Ralph stated. He's a tall muscular man, with a bald head and a large scar stretching across his left cheek and down his neck, he's wearing the usual Marine uniform and carries a long sword in his back as well as a small pistol strapped on his belt.

"The Whitey Bay Pirates huh? I'll wash off the shame of me getting defeated by Whitebeard in the Summit War by taking her head" John Giant declared with a glare "We'll land at once! Surround the port and leave them no exist!"

"Yes sir!"

Two battleships went ashore while two blocked the port's exit. Hundreds of marine soldiers along with the Pacifista landed, among them is the Giant Vice Admiral.

John Giant unsheathed his katana "Come out and face me!! Red Demon!! Captain Kid!!"

…

"Kid! The Marines are here!" Killer informed him while the two along with some crewmembers were on the Victoria Punk.

"Bringing four battleships…they're very serious about arresting us here. There must be at least a Vice Admiral leading them" Saga remarked.

"What do you think boss?" Wyper calmly asked him while resting his rifle on his shoulder with a cigar between his teeth.

"Doesn't matter who we're up against!..." Kid exclaimed with confidence while attracting various metal scraps from the ship towards his right arm "…I'll destroy them all in no time!"
