Hachinosu, The Pirate Island

[Hachinosu - The Pirate Island, New World]

Hachinosu is a mid-sized island whose foundation consists of dark-gray rock. Centrally on it are constructions made of yellowish rock, most prominently a large, skull-fashioned formation in its center, towering over all else. A city of many smaller buildings all square, crudely brick-built ones that surrounds said skull, as does a series of proportionally huge palm trees.

The skull's inside is carved into a fortress with the nose hole being a giant glass window with additional smaller windows dotting the skull here and there, and both eye holes go right through the whole structure. On the outside, the skull is carved to look like it is wearing a bandana, including a rocky protrusion on the left side shaped like the ends of a knot.

On the island's edge, in the direction the skull is facing, lies Rocky Port, a bustling port with numerous ships currently docked.

The island pulsed with vibrant activity as thousands of pirates engaged in various pursuits, some were partying, some fighting and some were enjoying the company of women.

There are even those who are engaging in Davy Back Fights. A traditional pirate game held in homage to the mythical Davy Jones, meant to challenge—and conscript—members of opposing crews.

Clang! Clang! Two pirate captains clashed swords in an open area with their crews and a few dozen pirates watching in a circle around them.

SPLASH!!

"AUGGHH!!--*CRASH*-!!" got slashed across the chest, tumbling to the ground in defeat, blood staining his clothes.

"Wait I give up! It's your win, you take whatever you want!"

"Hehe! Your crew is with me now, if you got any complains you can gladly shove them up your ass!"

"Damn it!!" The captain, filled with hostility, watched him closely. As soon as the opportunity arose, he attempted to stab him from behind.

"Die!!--*CLANG*-!!" However, his weapon was suddenly stopped by a flintlock rifle.

"Huh?..."

"You've already lost, you should honor the tradition and back away, we don't need mindless killing around here" Said a tall and muscular middle-aged man with short slicked back grey hair and grey eyes. He wears a long grey cape on top of a brown shirt half-buttoned up, exposing his upper chest, black fit pants and black shoes.

The Four Pillars are the Wang Zhi Pirates' top executives, second only to Wang Zhi.

"Y-You're with Wang Zhi…'Black Bullet' Grey!!" The pirate captain's eyes widened in surprise as he took a steo back.

"Back away nicely" 

"…"

"murmur...murmur...murmur..."

"Gyahahaha!! Hey, did you hear that? Someone really famous just anchored on Rocky Port" A pirate with a long brown beard said while drinking from a bottle of alcohol in his hand.

"Then should we go rob them? Kihihi! I bet they've got a lot of treasures on them!" Another pirate grinned wickedly, licking the blade of his cutlass in response.

"Don't be stupid do you want Wang Zhi to skin us alive?! We can only attack the ones who don't pay the docking fee; Besides, I heard this one is acquainted with Wang Zhi himself" 

"Huh?"

"..."

[Hachinosu, Rocky Port] 

At the Polar Tang docked in Rocky Port,

The Polar Tang serves as the primary ship for the Heart Pirates. It's a yellow submarine primarily constructed from metal and powered by an engine. However, its upper deck retains a wooden structure, featuring two masts with retractable sails. The vessel proudly displays the Jolly Roger of the Heart Pirates on its sides.

At the deck's edge, Law and his crew finished docking their vessel, paid the fee, and prepared to disembark onto the island.

"Bepo, Penguin, Shachi and Bart you're coming with me! Hakugan and the rest will stay here and guard the Polar Tang!...I don't trust these pirates at all" Law yelled out orders.

[Captain of the Heart Pirates – 'Surgeon of Death' Trafalgar Law, Dead or Alive ℬ 350,000,000 – ]

"Yes captain!!" Bepo responded with enthusiasm while giving him the salute.

"To think they'll be forcing every vessel to pay ten millions just to dock here, he's so greedy Wang Zhi..." Law remarked while calmly scanning the place "They don't even care to hide what goes around here, slave and weapon trading, extortion I wonder why the marines still haven't moved on them..." Law then walked out with his crew following him.

"We'll wait for the right opportunity to make our move" Law whispered.

"Aye Aye captain!!" Bepo exclaimed.

"Keep it down Bepo!" Penguin scolded him.

"S-Sorry..." The Polar bear apologized while looking depressed.

"Don't get depressed so quickly!"

Rocky Port thrums with activity, its vast expanse pulsing with energy. Ships hurriedly resupply others, charging for goods exchanged in deals struck. Among the prominent businesses, weapons and slave trading dominate the scene. Slaves are confined in an underground prison until sold, then shipped from Rocky Port to their destinations.

"Move it!" Several armed pirates were looking through the process of moving the slaves from their cells to their new buyer's ship. You could see all different shapes and races among them, Fish-Man, mermaids, humans and even a giant was among them.

Every ship must pay a fee to dock safely here, or else pirates can freely plunder it under the 'first come, first served' rule.

The one monitoring and organizing Rocky Port and making sure that the deals go smoothly is one of Wang Zhi's trusted subordinates.

"Any strange people docking today?" Asked an average height woman with a fit body, she has ice blue hair and eyes, thin eyebrows, prominent lips and tattoos across her arms. She's wearing a red tricorn with blue feathers attached to it, grey sleeveless shirt, white fit pants with red belt and long black boots with heels and she carries a long iron pipe on her back, a pistol and a dagger strapped into her belt.

"Well, other than the Heart Pirates no suspicious people have docked here yet"

"Trafalgar Law…these Worst Generation rookies have been causing a lot of trouble since they entered the New World, let's keep an eye on them, shall we?" Mary ordered while scanning the place. 

"Yes ma'am!!"

"…" Mary glanced over as she spotted a ship nearing the island from afar "Well well, looks like today is gonna be a busy day" 

Shortly after, a sizable silver ship arrived at Rocky Port and moored. It bore the mark of a pirate vessel, noticeably larger than the others in the vicinity, proudly displaying the Jolly Roger on its light blue sails.

As the ship stopped and the anchor was dropped, around a hundred pirates disembarked and leading them is a prominently tall man, 3 meters tall and excluding an aura of strength and authority around him.

"Mary-san! That's--…" The pirates around looked a little intimidated by his presence.

"Phew! It's been a while since the last time I visited this place…brings back some memories" The figure said.

"Should we visit Wang Zhi right away?" A man standing in his right side asked

"I wanna finish the business we came here for first before relaxing"

Mary narrowed her eyes when she saw him before she calmly spoke from a distance "Ten million berries or I'll have every pirate on this island hunting you down!" she declared.

The figure smirked while approaching her before responding "I'm waiting for the punch line"

"There is no punch line"

"…" 

"Sahahaha!! What a bad joke then!"

"…I'm very serious…"

The tall figure grinned as he walked in front of Mary, towering over her. Leaning down, he addressed her "Show me the way to your boss before I break your neck little girl"

Mary put her hand on her pistol as a warning sign, but the man didn't flinch as he spoke again "I wouldn't do that if I were you…I wonder how Wang Zhi would react if he found out that you attacked me without his permission" 

Mary gave him a sharp look before signaling her annoyance with a click of her tongue. She then turned to one of her men and issued an order "You! go inform the boss!"

"Right away!!"

"And you…You and your men will stay with me until Wang Zhi gives you permission"

"Sahahaha! Whatever you say!"

[Inside the skull shaped building]

Here is where Wang Zhi resides, monitoring over the entire island from the comfort of his room. The building is actually a tough fortress built to withstand even the strongest of the attacks in case the island was ever under fire it can hold out quit well.

At the top of it beside the giant window in the skull nose is where Wang Zhi is currently at with a few of his subordinates. There is a giant Den Den Mushi hanging out at the window that he uses to make a broadcast across the island.

The interior boasts a grand, ornately adorned room. Dominating its center is a sizable square table, flanked by several sofas. Wang Zhi occupies the largest sofa against the wall, displaying his Jolly Roger above it. Adjacent to his seat, two towering torches cast a warm glow, while scattered plants add a touch of greenery. The room is primarily illuminated by lanterns, with the occasional eerie embellishment of human skulls.

The Jolly Roger consist of the typical skull wearing a golden helmet and has a long chin beard with a broad sword and a pistole instead of the typical cross bones behind it.

Wang Zhi is currently sitting on his sofa surrounded by several of his trusted subordinates "How's everything going in Rocky Port today?" He asked.

Wang Zhi is a towering figure, around 5 meters tall. He's extremely muscular with a broad body, he has a mustache and a long chin beard that stretches down to his chest. His head is covered with a golden colored helmet and he's wearing a golden colored armor. Beside him resting against the wall is a broad and massive sword that fit's his size.

"Like usual, there were a couple of ships who didn't pay after docking and were dealt with swiftly, some big names showed up as well"

"Tell Mary to keep an eye on anyone suspicious, we don't want the business to get fucked because of our carelessness…the world has been changing so drastically in this past two years..." 

"...old figures and legends of the past are beginning to fall and replaced by new ones, we got those upstart brats from the Worst Generation who keep causing trouble everywhere they go, the Summit War of Marineford had the old man Whitebeard gone and replacing him is that punk Blackbeard..."

"...the world has entered a new era and the tension has been rising everywhere around the world, a storm is coming, sooner or later the power balance will shift and I will make sure to watch those events unfold at my seat from the top!" Wang Zhi declared lifting a massive bottle of alcohol on the ground beside him and started drinking from it "*Gulp*…*Gulp*…Blah!...He pulled off quite the epic death, that old bastard Whitebeard! Trying to continue what his old rival started, how amusing! Zhihahaha!! "

"You've been ruling the Pirate Island for more than two decades, I doubt that would change anytime soon" said a very tall and muscular man with a large tattoo stretching from his neck down his chest. He has a blonde hair, green eyes and his body is full of scars and he carries a long naginata on his back. He's wearing a long white coat on shoulders on top of an open blue shirt revealing his muscular torso, beige pants and dark blue shoes.

[From South Blue, First-Mate of the Wang Zhi Pirates and one of the 'Four Pillars' – 'The Crusher' Mesagi, Dead or Alive ℬ 466,000,000 – ]

"I used to know someone who I thought was unbeatable…" Wang Zhi recalled some old memories before a someone barged in and interrupted. 

"--Boss!!" An average height man barged into the room with serious and stern expression. he is of average height and has a huge picky afro. His figure is lean but very well built with dark brown skin tone and brown eyes. attire consists of a white Japanese Kimono, blue flared pants with heavily frayed hems by the ankles, a pair of Japanese wooden sandal a katana which is a long-bladed sword with a square gray guard, and a red colored hilt and sheath.

"What is it?" Wang Zhi questioned.

"Someone's here to see you"

"Who?"

"It's…"

Meanwhile…On the Victoria Punk that was approaching Hachinosu,

The ship cruised steadily toward the island emerging on the horizon. From atop the main mast, Bonney peered through a spyglass and signaled their arrival.

"I can see it! There's a huge building like a skull wearing a bandana!" Bonney remarked before jumping down to the deck "Are we launching an attack right away?"

"No, we'll land first and stay low until we find the perfect opportunity to strike" Kai responded, Kai instructed Crocodile and the fleet, along with their allies, to keep out of Hachinosu's sight until he signaled otherwise. He planned to orchestrate a coordinated attack at the ideal moment, when everything was set and he gave the green light.

Kid stood beside him with a grin, he cracked his knuckles before speaking "Hahahaha! Pirate Paradise is soon gonna turn to Pirate Hell! Wang Zhi, I'll make sure to have his head on a spike after we're through with him!"

"Let's not lower our guards, Kai, Kid, our opponent is a monster even by the New World standards" Killer warned the two brothers.

"I know"

"He has almost 2 billion on his head…" Wyper said while holding Wang Zhi's wanted poster on his hand.

"That's more than half of our crews' bounties combined" Krieg remarked while checking his armor and making sure everything is prepared for the battle, he was sitting on a crate near the main mast.

Gin was standing beside him with his arms crossed in front of him "It's sure gonna be a tough battle"

"I wonder if the Marines are gonna get involved this time as well?" Saga pondered. 

"We're not backing away, from now on we'll be facing the strongest people of the New World, a future Pirate King crew can't be running around in every dangerous encounter!" Kai exclaimed.

"You took the words right out of my mouth bro! Hahaha! Let's beat Wang Zhi's ass!" Kid said.

Kai turned to Wire "Bring me the Den Den Mushi" Kai instructed Wire to fetch the Den Den Mushi. Wire swiftly retrieved the one he uses for communication with Crocodile. Kai then dialed the number and patiently awaited his ally's response.

"Purupurupurupru…Purupurupuru--"

<--This is Crocodile> 

"It's me, we've made it to our destination"

<All the fleet is ready to move when you're>

"Good, stay out of sight until we call you"

The Victoria Punk sailed for a few minutes before reaching Rocky Port. Like all ships, they had to cough up a hefty fee of ten million berries to dock safely. Kai had to comply, so he paid up and then wandered around the city to check things out.

Only Bonney, Wire and Kureha stayed behind to guard the Victoria Punk while the rest accompanied him.

*Footsteps*-*Footsteps* As the crew were walking around the streets of Hachinosu, the pirates eyed them with vicious and wicked looks.

"Aren't those the Eustass Pirates?" 

"I heard they've beaten a Warlord just recently"

"Hehe! I heard they've got a beauty on their crew; I wonder how she taste--"

When Kai heard that he glared intensely at the pirate's direction, and he suddenly collapsed on the ground foaming at the mouth.

"Hey! Get your shit together, what happened to you?!"

"…"

"I can feel the presence of tens of thousands of people, they might be even more people than we originally thought" Killer stated, he was using the Goro Goro no Mi to amplify his Observation Haki range to cover the entire island "And I can feel two incredibly strong presence coming from that skull building over there"

"Two strong incredibly strong presence you say?…" Kai was somewhat surprised as he proceeded to use his Observation Haki as well.

'Does Wang Zhi have a strong crewmember under him?' Kai thought in his mind.

After strolling around for a while they've proceeded to visit a bar somewhere near Rocky Port to grab a meal and some drinks.

[At 'Rocky Bar' somewhere near Rocky Port]

A relatively small man was sitting at the corner of the bar with a serious face. He has a shaggy pink hair, a cross-shaped scar above his right eye and wears a brightly patterned bandanna tied across his forehead.

[Undercover Navy HQ Captain (SWORD Member) Koby]

Koby was speaking with a low voice through a Den Den Mushi hidden underneath his coat, his attire was similar to that of a typical pirate.

"How can you say for sure that something is gonna happen in Pirate Island?"

<The Marines managed to eavesdrop on the Den Mushi of some pirates, and we also got unconfirmed intel that Blackbeard is planning make Hachinosu part his territory…>

The person that Koby was speaking to is member of SWORD as well, Rear Admiral Prince Grus.

<…if that's the case then a battle surely gonna happen in there, all you have to do is gather some intel that will helps us got it?>

"Sigh…why me though?"

<You used to be a pirate; you'll know how blend in better than any of us>

"Please don't remind me of those days"

<Stop complaining and pay attention around you, or you'll blow up your cover. Call me if anything happens>

"Alright…" Koby wrapped up the call, then glanced around the spacious bar. Among the crowd, he spotted Law, someone he recognized.

'That's Trafalgar Law…is it a coincidence that he's here at this timing?' Koby questioned in his head before several figures enter the place "That's…?!!"

Koby was shocked when he saw Kai and the Eustass Pirates making an appearance as well.

'What are they doing here as well?...this is bad! something is sure gonna happen here with these two crews together in one place!'

"Man, I'm so hungry…" Kid held his stomach that emitted loud growls before he looked around for a table.

Kai was moving to one of tables near the corner when he spotted Law and his crew, and two captains made eye contact.

Law raised an eyebrow and leaned forward, looking very surprised when he saw him.

"--Law?"

"--Eustass-ya?!"

Kid turned his head to the table where the Heart Pirates were sitting "That's Trafalgar, what's he doing in this place?"

'Are these dumbasses gonna screw up my plan?' Law pondered while gazing at the two brothers "That should be my question, don't tell me?…are you here to fight Wang Zhi?"

A few pirates in the bar shot them a skeptical glance upon hearing that phrase.

"Keep it down you bastard" Kai said to him.

Law smirked, it was easy for him to take land such a guess knowing what the fellow Worst Generation crew have caused in their journey to reach here "I knew it, however…" Law paused making sure no one is hearing.

Kai and the rest took a seat at a table near him.

"…Wang Zhi is not someone you can take down with your strength only, especially if you fight him in Pirate Island where there is an endless number of pirates" Law calmly stated, "You don't plan on fight him with a dozen men are you?"

Kai broke into laughter when hearing that "Kahahaha! You're pretty smart, you're right…but I'm not gonna tell anything to a potential enemy"

"Hey Trafalagar! If you're trying to get in our way I won't hesitate to kill, do you hear me?" Kid said with a menacing tone of voice as his hand crackled with magnetic energy. 

"Don't Kid!" Killer placed a hand on his shoulder to stop him "Do you want to blow up the whole plan?!"

"It's better than having this bastard screwing us over later on!"

"Calm down. I'm not trying to mess with you guys anyway, just making sure you don't try do the same to me" Law said, he then added "I know about your relation with Crocodile, if you're here then he must be involved in some way and knowing the type of guys he is, he won't be getting himself involved in a suicide mission…and I know you're smarter than you like to show, so since you seem confident I'll give you guys a chance…"

"Depending on your plan I might work together with you"
