Due to the events in Water-7 and saving his life, Iceberg has decided to help the Strawhats and to help them make the best ship that they could make. He also convinced Franky to join the Strawhats too. This was so he could protect the blueprints of the ancient weapon, staying in Water-7, he will just attract more attention to the place.
Franky tries to resist and not go with them, but after a painful and almost ball crushing experience, he decides to join. The bounties of the Strawhats don't move at all, as there was no public thing that they displayed, the World Government didn't want to address at all what happened to Iceberg's 'mysterious' assassination attempt.
They cut their losses with CP-9 all together.

As the Strawhats leave in their new ship who was personally built by Franky and Iceberg. Naruto has a smile on his face as he, Usopp, Luffy, and Chpper are celebrating.
Sanji narrows his eyes as he can see the lighthouse of a marine ship with a dog head. "Oy! Guys, we should set sail. It seems like the marines are here. We need to get out of here."
Luffy and Naruto look at the ship and smile.
"Let's show them our cool ship!" exclaims Luffy with a face full of enjoyment.
"Hell yeah!" Yells out Naruto as he smiles at this, he can't wait to see some cool things. He has already healed from Rob Lucci's attacks yesterday. His healing surprised many, but to him that was normal. Kisame healed even faster, he would usually be a good half an hour after the injury, and six hours later it would heal.
Still, he smiles at this. But suddenly his eyes widen as he sees a projectile.
"Cannonball!!!" Yells out Naruto and Luffy doesn't take a split second to react as he clenches his fist and punches the cannonball that is about to hit the ship.
BOOOOOOM!!!!
But Luffy can't punch away the explosion and is hit point-blank, causing him to be knocked out due to the surprising force that he was hit with. Naruto's eyes widen at this and he uses <Geppo> to get ahold of Luffy, he puts him on the ground and winces a little as he sees the injuries on Luffy.
"Oy! Chopper, come and help Luffy. He is injured." Naruto is a little panicked as he says that. Someone like Luffy was knocked out in one hit. He knows that to achieve something like this must have the power of at least Escanor. 'Fu*k… if we meet someone of at least Escanor's strength, we will all be dead.'
"Hahahaha!" Laughs Franky out of nowhere, he smiles at them and gives a thumb up. "Let me show you what Sunny can do… 3… 2… 1… GO!!!! COUP DE BURST!!!"
FWOOOOOM!!!!
Suddenly a pressurized came behind the Sunny and it flew off.

On the Marine ship, Garp looks at them as he eats a cracker. "Hmmmm… now not even I can stop them. They are flying, oh well, I will just tell to Sengoku that they got away."

A couple of days after that Shanks is in the New World, he is drinking with shipmates and he has a guest on board. He looks at Mihawk and says. "Gahahahaha… Hawkeye, you got scared by Jaw."

-Shanks POV-
Though I say that in a joking manner, I know that only a fool wouldn't be scared of Jaw. Even I am scared of him, especially with what he has been doing recently. I really hope I don't have to fight him.
"Of course I am not necessarily scared of Jaw. I am more scared of his disposition." Says as he has a wine glass in his hand. His face is calm and all that, but it is true, he is not scared of Jaw, he just wouldn't like to die from his hand. Though his title as the World's Strongest Swordsman is quite mighty… no one is really after it, even accomplished swordsmen, their swordsmanship and power are more like a means to an end than the end goal.
"Marines seem to be here. I can take care of them as payment for letting me on your ship." Says Mihawk, pulling me out of my thoughts.
I look at him but shake my head. "Nah, there is no need. You are our guest here, hahahahaha…"
"Hmph… I see that you are as soft as always Shanks." As he says that I smile a little, Mihawk wouldn't necessarily mind killing the marines. But that is needless, they are just some poor shmucks doing their jobs and following orders. They must have families waiting for them, I don't wanna leave a kid parentless in this world. Actions have consequences, killing needlessly, and creating chaos will have unnecessary violence. I get up and look at the marine armada.
Hmmm… they don't have an Admiral amongst them, well they might think that I would kill him. Well if it was Akainu I might give it a thought but Kuzan and Borsalino aren't bad guys.
VROOOOOM!!!
I release a wave of Conquerors Haki and knock out almost all of the people on the ship, I don't knock out the people who seem like they have Devil Fruits and Navigators.
"Let's get close to them." I say to my crew and our ships get closeby. I see some people who I didn't knock out just standing there, holding their weapons and shaking in fear. *sigh* why does the World Government even feel the need to do stuff like this. I am going to meet Whitebeard but sending men to die just because they wanna save some face and say that they at least tried.
Hmmm… they probably only attacked me because they knew that I wouldn't kill them. Those old grandpas are really annoying sometimes. I can only sigh at this, but in the end, a smile appears on my face.
"Hey there. I want you all to get your friends and have them be all accounted for as I will destroy your ships. This way you aren't seen like you didn't fight at all." As I tell them that, they fall on their knees and start crying.
"Thank you so much for sparing us." Says one of the men, I can hear the desperation in his voice. I can tell that his feelings aren't selfish, so he most likely has a family and lives because of them.

After that whole ordeal, I leave behind a wreckage of ships that 'coincidentally' has all of its marines alive.
I see Mihawk just looking at me with a calm look on his eyes. His emotions are calm too, so I have no idea what he is even thinking.

-General POV-
As Shanks was going to meet Whitebeard and talk about Ace… Jaw has another plan in mind. He is lying back on his throne as he calls Kaido.
"Hm? Jaw? Wanna fight?" Asks Kaido grumpily as he seemed like he just woke up. At least that is one of Jaw's assumption, the other could be that he is grumpy drunk.
"No… I have something else in mind… Kaido…" Jaw has a smile on his face.

AUTHOR NOTE:
I showed a little at how Shanks is, this should be the reason why when Shanks asked Sengoku for the bodies of Whitebeard and Ace, he let him have them and said that he is doing this only because "He is who he is".
At first, I thought that he might be some type of super-secret world noble who ran away, especially with how met with the 5 Elders. But after some research… well a little bit more than some. It's all about the respect that they have for Shanks, after all the 5 Elders didn't address him like he was a World Noble, so they have some things going behind the scenes, but Shanks doesn't seem to be their subordinate as they didn't know why he was visiting Whitebeard.
So they have a working relationship because they know that Shanks is a pacifist and someone who won't be as unreasonable like other Yonko who would chaise unnecessary chaos like Big Mom or Kaido.
