Viola was the second daughter of the Riku Family after Scarlett. When her elder sister Scarlett left the royal family and married Kryos, she became the crown princess of Dressrosa.
But when the Donquixote Pirates took over Dressrosa, Viola joined them and adopted the name Violet, working as an assassin and officer of the Trebol Army in order to save her father Doldo. But after Rebecca became the Queen, she took Viola under her command.
Except from her proficiency in using pistols and short knives, Viola ate the Giro Giro no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to see through solid objects and over vast distances. It also allows her to see into peoples minds and memories.
With her ability to see through solid objects, she can inspect her opponents by seeing through their clothing and even through their skin, allowing her to make sure they don't have any hidden surprises. Additionally, she can use her powers to view anything within a 4,000-kilometer radius; she can use her farsight in all directions at once and see things in great detail.
Since she has the power to read other people's minds, and even view their memories, she is impossible to deceive. This power is exceptionally useful for interrogation. It was this ability that let her see through all the men who attempted to lie to her.

So after getting the devil fruit from Rebecca she returned to her room without crossing anyone else.
She was planning to contact her father soon enough. No one knows the complete plan of Rebecca. And due to her superior observation Haki and conqueror's haki, it was impossible for Viola to read her memories. From what she has seen so far, Rebecca's observation haki was even stronger than Doflamingo.
Although, she can tell with her devil fruit powers that , she was not lying. But not knowing the exact plan made Viola a little hesitate before acting.
But first, before contacting her father, Viola considered Rebecca's second request. She wanted to find out about Monnet and Sugar's plans. It was still the time of evening. So Viola decided to make her more when everyone is asleep. Her powers works perfectly finding out the memories of a person, when the person was not thinking about anything or the person was thinking about the exact matter that Viola wanted to know. And in this case she can never tell when, Monnet was plotting against Rebecca. So she has to wait till everyone is asleep.
But again thinking about the matter clearly if Monnet was actually planning something against Rebecca then there are two possibilities. The first possibility is that she was aware about Rebecca's true intentions. Which is very unlikely. After spending so much time in the Donquixote family, Viola knew about the core personalities of every member. Monnet was good with secrets. But she will never miss a chance to impress her young master even if she would have to go against his own orders.
And secondly she genuinely cares for Doflamingo. There is no way she will sit still and plot against Rebecca, when she found out about her intentions. She will immediately notify Doflamingo.
Which means there is only one answer. Monnet was acting on her own because of her personal grudge against Rebecca. Viola has noticed that from the very beginning of their marriage Monnet has always been jealous of Rebecca. Especially when she failed to please Doflamingo, when he gave her a chance to prove herself.
And if she was indeed acting on her personal grudge and somehow pulled Sugar into her plot, then it will be directly treason against Doflamingo.
Everyone in the family and in the kingdom know that how Doflamingo loved Rebecca.
After hiding the fruit in a secured location Viola went to have her dinner.

Everyone in the Donquixote family knows about Monnet. She wasn't the weakest member of the family. In fact, she was quite annoying with her attitude and logia snow snow fruit.
But that was not all about Monnet.
She was good at gathering information and was a very good spy.
So before acting on any of her plans against Rebecca, Monnet decided to collect information on her. She new how information is the most important thing in a battle like this. She new that she was strong. Rebecca was the second strongest member in the Donquixote family. She has seen her fight strong opponents and defeating them. And on top of that she was a master of all the three types of Haki.
Monnet still remembered when Rebecca first caught Doflamingo's intrest, when she was able to learn armament haki all on her own. While conqueror's haki is a big deal, but learning haki all by herself as a one thing that truly attracted Doflamingo towards her.
Her plan was simple but extremely hard to execute. She wanted to turn Rebecca into a doll. It was just a simple thing. Once she turned into a doll, young master well forget everything about her. And then she would ask him for a second chance in which she will definitely prove herself.
But it was easier said then done. Sugar needed to touch someone in order to turn them into dolls or toys or puppets. But it won't affect someone who is using armament haki, or try to resist her power with their haki.
So Sugar needed to touch Rebecca when her guard is down. But if she failed or got caught, then there will be severe consequences.
And they can't make such mistake.
Young master might not kill them, but there will be severe punishment for betrayal. Not to mention any chance of her getting a second chance with the young master will be destroyed.
So Monnet focused on gathering information against Rebecca.
