Chapter 2: Begin the Grand Plan!

(PUNK HAZARD NEW WORLD)

An older man was seen rushing to his secret laboratory in Punk Hazard, 'this idea I need to start working on right now! reproducing Kaido's Devil Fruit from his genes, I need to start working on it Immediately!' upon reaching the door to his Secret Laboratory in Punk Hazard he sees his guard or more so his Monitor an agent from CP0. "I need to make it fast open the door" I hurriedly rush the CP0 Agent. 

"As you wish" with an uncaring monotone voice replied the CP0 Agent. The old man rushes in the Secret Laboratory and closes the door, and you can hear a faint sound of *muttering nonsense* *FSHUOO* "AHHHHHH WHAT THE HELL!!"

Hearing the scream of Dr.Vegapunk the CP0 Agent rushed in a slight commanding and irritated voice "Are you all right Vegapunk?"

VEGAPUNK? POV

'What happened to me I was suddenly in a white room got reincarnated and now I'm in an unknown laboratory where is this place and did the possession of Kaido succeed?' I look around the room and find a mirror I notice I'm wearing a Lab Coat with the words WG on it and there's a nametag that says Vegapunk, one thing I noticed before that was Uh the fact that I looked nothing like Kaido! I try to calm myself but it's not really possible I wanted to possess Kaido not VEGAPUNK! "AHHHHH WHAT THE HELL IS THIS"

I hear the door open, and I see 'Cipher Pol? it must be to monitor and guard Vegapunk. I look at him and brush off the Loud scream I emitted and ignored what just happened and said *cough* *cough* "I'm fine I just had a good idea that's all." the CP0 Agent looked a little suspiciously at me but he would never think that I'm not actually Vegapunk so he just left the room and guarded outside. 

I breathe a sigh of relief, 'I'm glad I acted that good because Cipher Pol is very dangerous to be around, I need to be careful with my every move now that I'm Vegapunk the situation is a lot different.' I look at the Laboratory I need to calm myself and meditate and assess my current situation,

'Information is power not much was revealed about Vegapunk as the Anime was only just entering Egghead Arc and the knowledge of the possible theories and spoilers, I heard don't add the highest amount of information later on about Vegapunk but I still know a lot and with Vegapunks IQ Fruit I hopefully will be fine although I'm very smart originally, I'm nothing compared to Vegapunk. I need to see if I have Vegapunk's Memo...?'

"AHH IT HURTS" I clasp my mouth shut to not alert the CP0 Agent. 'My head hurts so bad what the hell is this pain?' I then see lots of pictures in my mind of my previous life and Vegapunk's life giving myself the complete knowledge of both which is causing my head to hurt a lot although I think the pain will go away in a little bit it's still really painful. Eventually the pain starts to ease up that was excruciating definitely top 1 pain I felt now my head still hurts but it's nothing compared to before. I look and analyze every memory I have I find the uses of the IQ Devil fruit, 'hmmm shouldn't I be able to...' I start thinking about my head starts convulsing in pain, I grit my teeth to endure it I found the solution! perfect all I need to do is this.. this.. and that.. okay It's all set up I grab my head and start massaging it (It's not that weird right?) I feel memories start to disappear I then start to trigger my useless memories of both lives that I don't need and start erasing them to ease my head pain. 

*Shaky breathing and heavy breathing* I wipe my head with a cloth and wipe off the sweat *humph* that was tiring I say my head pain is finally gone with future knowledge from a modern world will help a lot Vegapunks IQ Devil fruit also allows you to remember everything Picture Perfect so even stuff I forgot that is actually important I can now remember that such as what happened on my 5th birthday. "Wait what happened on my 5th birthday exactly...? eh whatever I don't really remember."

Now that that's done, I just realized something very interesting is happening in this Secret Laboratory of Vegapunk's actually I guess it's mine now. A Prototype of Shaka and Lilith are in here hidden from the Cipher Pol agent. except well I guess the former Vegapunk might've tried to power on Shaka secretly and exploded him so just a prototype remains of Shaka are here. Lilith is in perfect condition though. 

I grab a piece of paper and start writing in English which nobody knows since I'm in One Piece people only speak Japanese and write Japanese, so this is perfect to write my thoughts down of course, I'm going to burn them after I finish. I need to make a Great Plan that won't fail to escape the clutches of the World Government I need to disappear... Possible fake my death, hmmmm no that would be too hard to do, and people will be on the lookout for me and with Vegapunk's non-existent strength it will be too easy for me to die or get enslaved. Wait a minute this is Punk Hazard before Caesar blew it up and the Sea Calendar Year is currently 1492 which means that's 30 years before Luffy Sets Sail! 

According to my memory Kaido is locked up and so is Alber the Lunarian or known as King in the future. Judge, Queen and Caesar are still working here together in the formed MADS but it will probably disband soon. Time to formulate the plan I make a big gesture and accidentally knock over a vile of potent acid on to the floor but before it breaks, I start seeing in black and white. 

"Did I go colorblind? how the hell? why isn't this dropping... wait is this Time Stop?" I look around to see If I can find the being who did this, but I see nothing I blink and then I start to gradually see color. "Is it stopping?" 'Wait if it's stopping then ah!' I rush and grab the vial of acid the next blink I saw in perfect color, and I catch the vial barely sadly with the cost of hitting my precious head. I put the vial back in place and release a heavy *SIGH* 'What was that about?' Is it to fix the error because if so, they suck because I'm still not Kaido. I look down at my desk to start formulating my plan again I then notice a piece of paper that wasn't there before I pick it up.

Dear Matthew, 

I hope this finds you well I threw a big party for my billionth year as the God of Reincarnation and one of the attendees was rushing and accidently knocked your soul off course and you ended up being in Vegapunk's body since the possession is already complete I instead will give you a ring that allows you to possess the specific body you want and as a sorry gift I will give you a system it should arrive in a week at the most.

PS please don't give me a bad review on Godven.

As I finish reading the note, I had several questions first What the hell is Godven? secondly Seriously that's how you messed up my possession? thirdly This is great I don't care I can still possess Kaido and get a system to help me. I then start to think though well Kaido is strong, but it might be better to stick as Vegapunk the things that Vegapunk can create is extraordinary, but I need strength or else I will die I can't escape the Cipher Pol agent guarding outside. I then start to think wait... NANI!?!?!? PERFECT! PERFECT! THIS IS PERFECT! Then there was the door opening and CP0 came into the room "What's happening Vegapunk?" I secretly snicker inside my head and say, "It's fine I just got the best Idea that will help the World Government out a lot." I then hear the Cipher Pol agent leave the room with a final "I hope that's true."

In mind my I'm laughing my ass off this will fuck the World Government so bad actually hahahaha! I then start *coughing* Excuse my language what came over me? It must be the excitement. Time to layout my plan, Step 1: Get rid of the Cipher Pol Agent, Step 2: Collect Science Equipment and load it onto a ship. Step 3: Possess the body of Lilith. You might think I'm crazy like you were a MAN! why do you want to become a Woman well that's simple the benefit is too great I can disguise myself and I will be a lot stronger albeit not too strong in the Grandline. Step 4: Using Lilith's Body get friendly with the Lunarian Alber and gain his trust and break him out so he can act as my bodyguard. Step 5: Plant Bombs and a detonator so I can activate it after I leave. Step 6: Wait for Kaido to break out and then Break out Alber and leave fast so it's possible to not get caught by Marines or the World Government.

TIME TO BEGIN THIS GREAT PLAN!!! HAHAHAHAHA! How do I actually start though...
