5 Getting Famous
That day, The whole town was shocked. An infamous criminal with a bounty of 500 thousand beli and his friends was unconscious and are tied up together while being dragged on the ground leaving a trail of blood.
What's more shocking is that the one who is dragging them doesn't look that muscular at all but he can drag 5 people with only one hand. In fact, he is what you would call someone with a cute baby face.
Ignoring the onlookers, The boy then just continues on his way heading somewhere with the tied up and unconscious people.

Kei arrives in a decently big house. It's not a mansion but it's pretty grand compare to the rest of the houses in the neighborhood.
It's a merchant, so they probably rent this place for a while for them to stay and when they are done selling their goods then they will head on somewhere else.

Knocking at the door, Kei was greeted by a butler in a tuxedo. "Oh my" He exclaimed when he saw jarvin who was captured.
treating kei like a guest of honor, The butler brings kei inside to the living room. Serving some tea, the butler then asks for permission to tell his employee about the good news.
Of course, kei just tells him to go. All kei wants was his money so he can go eat and then sleep after all.
"Really!!!" A loud voice of a man said in an excited tone
Sounds of footsteps slowly approaching kei.
Sipping his tea, kei then waited till the owner of the footsteps to arrive. It was a round-bellied man with a bald head and a white mustache.
He smiles at kei and quickly comes towards him. Sitting in front of kei, he then starts the transaction.

The transaction was smooth and the merchant was really grateful to kei, He also sent some people to search for Jarvin and his gang but they all failed to find him.
Jarvin have broken bones that are visible and bruises that are purple in color.
When the merchant looks at this. A satisfied expression appeared on his face. The merchant ends up giving a bonus of 50 thousand beli which adds up to 550 thousand beli as a reward for kei.
It seems that his daughter was only 14 and when Jarvin tried to molest her. It scares her to the point she loses her appetite and keeps getting a nightmare every day since.
The merchant is apparently a doting father when it comes to his daughter. He was planning to do something with jarvin to cure her daughter.
Of course, it's not kei problem to know what he will do. Wishing her daughter a speedy recovery, kei then leaves the merchant house.
Thinking that he have done a good deed. With a smile on his face, Kei head on to a restaurant and order a lot of food. Although he can't eat as much as luffy from the series, With his appetite right now he could win a lot of food eating competitions on earth.
Full and satisfied, Kei headed back to his inn. Before he sleeps, he thought to himself, ' The bullet bomb and the wind dome that I haven't named yet was made out of a whim, I should try different stuff then when I go out to bounty hunting next time...'
Kei then fell asleep while deep in thought

A week and a half have passed and kei name is pretty famous among the locals now. He is currently known as the ruthlessly handsome bounty hunter.
It's obvious where the handsome part comes from but ruthless?
Well, in a span of 1 week. kei have actually hunted around 6 people with the highest being 3 million beli while the lowest is Jarvin who is 500 thousand beli. with 2 dead and the rest was still alive
But 1 thing is similar in all of the people kei have hunted. And that is they are all ruthlessly beaten up.
During his bounty hunting time, Kei always fights barehanded first and if his enemy is tired and can't go on then he will try one of his newly invented techniques on them.
Although most survive, 2 people actually end up dead that because of this.
One is a person with a bounty of 2.1 million beli, He have kidnapped a few kids and sell them as slaves. His fighting powers might not be the best but he was pretty agile so he can run fast.
After beating him up, kei gives the guy a false hope on which if he manages to run away from kei within 20 seconds then kei will let him go.
When the guy heard this he immediately used up all his strength to run away but suddenly

His left arm got cut off by some sort of invisible force. It was kei new technique wind blade.
Kei was hoping to only cut him a bit and then slowly torturing him while he runs but just one wind blade contain enough strength to severe his limb.
That person died from blood loss and kei end up having 30% of his bounty money cut off for not delivering the man alive.
The second one that died by kei hand is the guy with 3 million beli bounties, It is unknown what crime he did but he is an ass*ole alright.
Fighting with dirty tricks and attacking with the intention to torture his enemy before killing them. This made kei a little bit angry. Kei knew that he was no nice guy so he decided to try Rasengan which is made of air on him.
It's obvious that Rasengan is a fatal technique so kei decided to give the guy a good reason on why he should die by his hand. So after his training session and that person in a beat up condition
"Oi, what's 1 plus 1," kei said menacingly after thoroughly beating him up.
" Tw -Two " He said with fear visible in his eye
" You know too much! Take this! " Kei then launches the Rasengan towards his stomach and then that person stomach spin till his upper and lower body got separated and cause that person to die.
In his last moment, he could only say "why" with the hopeless and teary look in his eye.
Kei also doesn't know how he have become so ruthless. His first kill was an accident but his second one is intentional. and when he kills both of them he doesn't feel the slightest bit of compassion.
Although it is a good thing because if he wants to rise to the top then he ought to end up killing a lot of people

After every successful hunt, he then brings them to the marine base to get his money. Morgan was pissed every time he saw kei because kei made a lot of money.
But just from Kei's aura alone, Morgan could tell that he was no match so he just have to put up with his hatred towards kei.
Kei never hides the people he has hunt because he wants to show that he is a capable bounty hunter.
So the locals end up seeing the face and body of every people he hunts and most of them are purple and have a lot of having getting beat up signs even the dead ones.

Although most people would have been scared by kei ruthlessness, the locals actually aren't scared of him at all, Kei is pretty easy to approach and also sometimes helps out the locals. Besides, the one that he hunts is criminals so why should they be scared.
Also during the past few days, Kei have also ended up sleeping with some girls. A restaurant poster girl, A sexy lonely milf, and a young single beautiful cloth store owner.
Of course, it's only a one night stand and both parties agree to this. although the girl side might be a bit reluctant for it to only be one night because kei thing have managed to satisfy them beyond belief.
Kei was also surprised by this, he was no virgin even on earth so he got some techniques but his thing size before was only medium at most. But now it was thicker and a bit longer to the point he can basically satisfy any girl now.

Kei decided to finally leave Shell's town after another 2 days of being lazy, He felt like his old self from earth is slowly coming back to him when he just sits back and relaxed. True he did work a lot on earth but he still spent his days off being lazy.

When rumor of kei going to leave for another island spread. The merchant and his group then come to meet him and asks if he would like to go to Logue town with them.
The merchant actually find out that kei is a devil fruit user somehow and it's not the first time he has seen one so he knew how strong devil fruit user are
Although the merchant have a group of bodyguards of their own. Having a strong bounty hunter with devil fruit ability like kei along the journey won't hurt and is a good thing for them after all.

Logue town is situated just north of the Calm Belt and east by north-east of Reverse Mountain's entrance. Therefore, many East Blue pirates stop there to gather supplies, before entering the Grand Line.
Logue town is the perfect place for him to hunt stronger pirates. Thinking that it might be a good thing to go to Logue town, Kei then agrees to accompany the merchant.
Although he did say that if he decided to change his mind then he will go on his separate ways.
The merchant was still happy about it because even if it's only halfway. Then they will be halfway safer, So it's better than nothing.
