"I don't need to worry about him anymore. It's time to head to Skypiea." Brontes said quietly, his gaze drifting upwards towards the sky.

Brontes quickly got on board the airship, and not long after, he was airborne, making his way straight for Skypiea.

...

Not too long after Brontes had left, a pirate ship made its way to the shores of Jaya Island.

"We've finally made it!" Exclaimed a young boy wearing a straw hat, standing atop a ship adorned with a sheep head, his laughter filled with pure joy.

"Luffy, your actions could have gotten us all killed!" Nami yelled, her frustration evident in her voice.

"Shishishi! But it was fun, wasn't it?" Luffy responded, his laughter resonating, unaffected by Nami's anger.

The sound of a sharp "Bang!" was heard.

"You're such a fool!" Nami, was unable to contain her irritation any longer, she punched Luffy on the head.

"I just really want to see the legendary floating island." Luffy said, his voice laced with excitement.

"It's a place of legends. We don't even know if it's real, and if it is, finding it would be nearly impossible." Sanji replied, shaking his head calmly.

"True, but we'll move on to the next island once we've set our course. The existence of Skypiea is something only time can unveil." Nami chimed in.

"Has anyone else noticed how eerily quiet this island is?" Usopp, who was always cautious, quickly became alert to the unusual silence surrounding them.

"Could this be...an Island of Ghosts?" Chopper, trembling with fear, immediately hid behind Usopp.

"No, it looks like everyone's just asleep." Robin interjected, a serious tone in her voice.

Through her rare Devil Fruit power, Robin had narrowly escaped many encounters with the Marines and bounty hunters.

"How can the entire island be asleep? This is unbelievable!" Usopp exclaimed, shocked by the revelation.

"There are signs of a battle that took place here." Robin observed carefully, noting the details of their surroundings.

"Yoshaaa! Let's go find out. I am very excited." Luffy said, the thrill of adventure sparking him to action.

Zoro and Sanji notably leaped off the ship, and quickly followed Luffy's lead.

...

"Boom! Boom! Boom!"

The propellers of the airship hummed steadily in the background as Brontes found a comfortable spot atop it to drift off into slumber.

The journey to Skypiea, although seemingly short when spoken of, was in reality a significant distance away, particularly because it involved ascending into the sky.

As Brontes neared the legend island, Skypiea, the atmosphere around Brontes began to change; the sky darkened, shrouded by thick, moving clouds.

Boredom soon took over Brontes, leading him to decide on taking a nap. Before succumbing to sleep, he made sure to infuse the airship with stored lightning energy to keep it powered through his rest.

While Brontes was deep in sleep, the night crept in, and a distinct ship, crowned with a sheep's head, soared through the skies, taking a different path and somehow beating Brontes to the skies.

Suddenly, Brontes snapped awake, feeling as though voices had pierced his slumber, but upon inspection, he found nothing and decided to try and fall back asleep.

As the airship continued its journey, slicing through the dense clouds, beams of sunlight managed to break through the glass, warming Brontes and nudging him awake to start his day.

After freshening up and grabbing a quick snack, Brontes glanced outside to see another ship in close proximity.

"I didn't expect them to get here before me." He said in surprise, observing the distant ship.

On the other ship, the crew noticed the approaching airship as well.

"Could that airship be from Skypiea?" Sanji pondered out loud, his curiosity piqued by the unique design of the approaching ship.

"It doesn't look like something Skypiea would have; their technology isn't that advanced." Usopp weighed in, scrutinizing the airship.

Nami's eyes sparkled with greed: "It looks quite valuable."

"Valuable? How valuable are we talking?" Chopper asked in a curious voice.

"Let's stay on guard; there could be enemies on the ship." Zoro advised cautiously, his hand already on his sword's hilt, memories of their recent skirmish on Skypiea flashing in his mind.

"Whoa! Is that a flying ship?" Luffy exclaimed in wonder, his eyes wide with fascination.

"Click!"

At that moment, a clicking sound was heard as the door of the airship swung open, startling everyone aboard the Going Merry.

Sanji and Zoro braced themselves for a potential battle, while Usopp, Chopper, and Nami instinctively stepped back, a mix of fear and anticipation in their reactions.

"Yo!" As Brontes emerged from the airship's door, he nonchalantly walked over to the deck, unfolding a recliner before sitting down as if he was in his own backyard.

His casual demeanor caught the eyes of Luffy and his crew, who looked at him with a mix of curiosity and a vague sense of familiarity.

Robin, unlike the others, seemed to immediately recognize the danger Brontes represented. A look of deep fear crossed her eyes, and she instinctively took a step back, making it clear that she knew more about him than she let on.

"Are you from Skypiea?" Luffy asked directly, as his curiosity piqued by Brontes's unusual entrance.

"He seems so familiar... I'm sure I've seen him somewhere." Nami muttered under her breath, her suspicion mirroring the rest of the crew.

"Yeah, I feel the same way." Chopper agreed, peeking out from behind Usopp, still half-hidden.

"This man..." Zoro began, his brow furrowed as he too tried to place where they had seen Brontes before.

Suddenly, Nami exclaimed loudly: "Oh, I remember now! We saw him in Alabastam"

Sanji, however, was more concerned about Robin's reaction.

"Hey, Robin-chan, are you okay?" He asked, noting her unusual quietness and distress.

"He... he's a Marine..." Robin managed to say in a whisper, her voice shaking slightly with fear.

"Shh, I'm here undercover. Don't give me away." Brontes quickly interjected, placing his index finger over his lips signaling for secrecy.

"Y-Yes, I understand." Robin responded, taking a deep breath to compose herself and prevent any further disclosures.

"Alabasta... Vivi's home, right? I think I've seen you there as well." Luffy chimed in, finally remembering Brontes's face.

"I'm impressed you remembered. I didn't think you'd get to Skypiea before me." Brontes chuckled, amused by Luffy's recollection.

"So, you've been to Skypiea?" Luffy asked eagerly, his interest in Brontes grown into a whole new level.

"I have... Hahaha, well, it was quite the accident how I ended up there a long time ago." Brontes responded with a laugh, confirming his knowledge about Skypiea.

"You've been to Skypiea before?" Luffy and the crew echoed, their amazement and curiosity about Brontes's adventures evident in their reactions.

"Are you Vivi's father?" Nami gasped in surprise, drawing a connection between Brontes and the royal family of Alabasta.

"Hahaha, how old do you think I am now?" Brontes chuckled, enjoying the banter with the Straw Hat Pirates, pleased to engage with the main characters from the original anime.

While he might not remember everyone he's encountered in detail, he was well-acquainted with the crew of the Straw Hat Pirates.

"You look pretty young." Zoro remarked, assessing Brontes's appearance.

"Maybe in your twenties." Sanji guessed, trying to gauge Brontes's age.

"No, that's not it." Robin's voice cut through the conversation as she stood up, her gaze fixed on Brontes.

"Robin, do you know him?" Usopp inquired, his curiosity piqued by Robin's reaction.

Though she didn't respond directly to Usopp's question, Robin continued: "He should be in his mid-forties by now, but he looks exactly the same as he did in his twenties, as if time has no effect on him."

"Mid-forties? How is that even possible?! He looks so young, like Zoro and Sanji, just taller!" Usopp's eyes widened in disbelief.

"Oji-san, you have some really cool tattoos!" Luffy interjected with a grin, suitably impressed by Brontes's tattoos.

"So, you've been to Skypiea before?" Sanji asked, adopting a more serious tone, delving into Brontes's past visit to Skypiea.

"I have no reason to deceive you. As I mentioned, I visited Skypiea once long ago; this time, I've returned with a different purpose—to find someone." Brontes replied earnestly, his smile unwavering as he spoke.

As their ships sailed on, the group continued their conversations, eventually reaching the Gates of Heaven.

"See you next time." Brontes said as his airship rapidly spun, boldly crossing through the Gates of Heaven.

"Wow! It really can fly!" Chopper exclaimed, his excitement infectious among the crew.

"Now that he's gone, who exactly was he?" Zoro asked, his tone serious as he sought to unravel the mystery surrounding Brontes.

"I'm not entirely sure. Vivi never mentioned his name. But I do recall Vivi referring to him as 'Papa.' It seemed like they shared a close bond. In Alabasta, I noticed him chatting with Vivi, and Igaram and others respected him greatly." Nami explained, shedding some light on their encounter with Brontes.

"Robin-chan, you probably know him better." Sanji said, turning to Robin with a smile.

Robin nodded, but fear kept her silent. She understood that revealing too much about Brontes could potentially lead to dire consequences, and she was wary of angering him.

Without delving further into the matter, the Straw Hat Pirates swiftly passed through the Gates of Heaven, utilizing a special shrimp to journey into the realm of the gods.

...

At this point, Brontes had activated his Observation Haki.

As the airship ascended gradually, his keen observation allowed him to see everything with remarkable clarity. Yet, what he witnessed next left him utterly astonished.

"Well, that's unexpected..." Brontes rose to his feet, a mix of amazement and shock reflecting in his eyes as he processed the surprising sight before him.
