When representatives from the World Government docked at the shores of Amazon Lily, their mission was clear.

The previous Empress of Amazon, Gloriosa immediately understood their intent and saw a unique chance.

She argued Hancock to accept their proposal: Accept the World Government's invitation to join the Seven Shichibukai.

This decision could shield their beloved Amazon Lily, ensuring both safety and freedom for its inhabitants.

It meant their sea voyages for resources would be unchallenged, and the Marines would no longer be a threat - a rare pardon from potential peril, as long as they steered clear of provoking the World Nobles.

Hancock, however, was not easily convinced. Having once suffered under the cruelty of the World Nobles, the thought of aligning with the World Government was very repulsive to her.

Despite Gloriosa's reasoning, Hancock stood firm against the idea, rejecting the offer to become a Shichibukai.

The arrival of the World Government's messenger sent ripples through Amazon Lily, sparking debates among its residents.

Would their Empress accept this new role and become a Shichibukai? In the midst of these fervent discussions, a startling sight appeared overhead: a Marine warship.

The women of Amazon Lily, born warriors with many skilled in the art of Haki, prepared for any confrontation.

As the warship approached, a sizable group of these formidable women gathered by the shoreline, ready to face whatever challenge it brought.

A seasoned warrior among them, who had previous encounters with the Marine forces, recognized the warship.

"It's a Marine warship!" She shouted, as a sense of readiness spread among the assembled.

The Marines aboard the warship were taken aback by the sight of so many women. Accustomed to the male-dominated environments of their barracks, the sight was almost overwhelming.

Here they were, at the legendary island of women, a place rumored to be a paradise for men. Their gazes lingered a bit too long, filled with wonder and unspoken desires.

"They're so beautiful." Whispered a Marine, unable to take his eyes off the stunning sight of beautiful women.

"Island of Women is indeed full of women, but how do they reproduce?" The marine soldiers' eyes were glued to the women in front, displaying lecherous expressions.

.....

Gloriosa, leaning on her snake-shaped cane, found Hancock amidst the chaos: "The Marines are here already, quicker than we thought. Don't you see the danger, Hancock? Their restraint hinges on the possibility of you joining the Shichibukai. If you decline, they'll surely attack. We can't afford a war. Why can't you see the dangerous situation we're in? Your stubbornness could drag our entire country into conflict!"

Her voice was filled with urgency and fear, echoing her deep concern for their homeland. However, Hancock's response was cold and dismissive.

"Move aside, you old hag!" She snapped, shoving Gloriosa away with a swift kick.

"Granny!" Two tall women rushed to Gloriosa's aid, alarmed by Hancock's harsh actions.

"You can't be reckless this time, Hebihime!" Gloriosa cried out as she stumbled, her voice still filled with worry.

"They won't dare attack me..." Hancock began, her tone indifferent.

"And why is that?"

"Because I am beautiful!" Hancock said with confident smile, striding out of the palace with an air of untouchable grace.

.....

Meanwhile, the Marine warship remained docked, its crew still fixated on the women of Amazon Lily with unabashed fascination.

It was then that a Marine Commander stepped forward, saying to the island's inhabitants: "We are here under special order of the World Government. We request to see the Empress, Boa Hancock."

A formidable woman, armed with a bow and arrow, responded fiercely: "Men are forbidden on Amazon Lily. Step forward, and it means war."

"We've not come for confrontation. The World Government's invitation for Empress Hancock to join the Shichibukai is an exceptional offer. Should you refuse..." the Commander spoke seriously.

"What if we do refuse?" Hancock interjected, stepping forward. Her presence was commanding, her black hair and red floral dress accentuating her elegance and authority.

The air seemed to freeze as she appeared. All the marines except Brontes were captivated, barely daring to breathe.

"She's so beautiful..." One of marine soldiers whispered, awestruck.

"Empress Boa Hancock, far more stunning than her wanted poster." Another marine murmured, his eyes turning into pink hearts, completely mesmerized by her beauty.

The Marines aboard the warship were in a state of complete enchantment, with declarations of awe and ludicrous desires for Hancock.

"She's a real goddess." One of the soldiers murmured, lost in her beauty.

"I can't resist her charm." Another confessed, overwhelmed by her beauty.

"I can't take it anymore; I want to lick her toenails and submit to her."

"Get lost, it should be me..."

The marine soldiers on the warship displayed some an unsightly performance, looking at their eyes that filled with desire, Hancock showed a look of disdain.

Then, suddenly, she put on a weak, helpless, and pitiful expression.

"I'm so scared..." Hancock whispered softly. "We'll protect you!" All the soldiers, including the high ranking ones, raised their hands, their eyes turning into pink hearts as they shouted loudly.

Without warning, Hancock's demeanor hardened as she unleashed her power.

"Mero Mero Mellow!"

She shouted, forming a heart with her hands and releasing a pink beam. The marines were instantly petrified, turned into lifeless stone statues.

"Hmph! Disgusting maggots." Hancock snorted, and was about to leave. But then, a voice halted her.

"Do you think you can just leave like this after turning my men into stones?"

Suddenly, a voice came from behind her.

"Someone is still standing?" Hancock was clearly surprised, turning her head to look, she only saw a man lying on a lounge chair nearby.

"Your Love-Love Fruit is quite good. It's a good opportunity to give those subordinates of mine a good lesson in controlling their desire." Brontes said with a smile, then he shook his head and said: "Compared to my previous subordinates, they are still lacking a lot."

As Brontes looked at his stone-like subordinates with a helpless expression, Hancock unleashed another attack.

"Perfume Femur!"

A pink heart-shaped beam of light suddenly pierced through his body.

"I'm not wasting more time on you." She said with an arrogant smile with a flick of her hair.

However, when her eyes shifted, she was stunned.

"A heart free from desire or someone beyond your power can't be petrified, right?, right?" Brontes said, smiling calmly.

"How can my Perfume Femur have no effect?!" Hancock's disbelief was visible as she looked at Brontes,.

"Perfume Femur!"

Then she attacked again, but the beam once again passed through Brontes's body, without any noticeable change.

"Enough of this pointless display." Brontes interjected, his tone became serious as he asked: "I'm here to ascertain one thing: will you join the Shichibukai or not?"

Hancock's response was immediate and fiery, as she shouted furiously: "I would never join the Shichibukai!"

"Is that your choice? Then, with that said, you are an enemy now, right? It's no problem to kill you and then destroy Amazon Lily." Brontes said with a cold laugh.

"Destroy my country? Who do you think you are you damn bastard?!" Hancock became even more furious.

At that critical moment, Gloriosa's voice, strained with panic, pierced the air.

"Empress, please, don't attack him!" Gloriosa was visibly exhausted, her gaze fixed on Brontes with a mix of fear and panic.

"What do you want now, old hag? I said I don't want to be one of the Seven Shichibukai. Killing these marine bustards here would be enough to warn the World Government to not miss with us." Hancock said coldly, staring at Gloriosa.

"Hebihime, stop this madness!" Gloriosa's plea was desperate. Her eyes locked onto Brontes, filled with a deep, unsettling fear.

Hancock, noticing the fear in Gloriosa's eyes, paused, sensing something amiss.

"What's happening? Do you know him?" She asked with curiosity.

Gloriosa, sweating and anxious, responded: "If you kept up with the news, you'd know who he is."

Hancock's seriousness grew. "Who is he then? Isn't he just a Marine Vice-Admiral?" Hancock asked, her voice became a little serious.
