15 Ch 15 : Ready to set sail

Later that day, Nami and Rei were ready to set on sail again.

At first, Rei wanted to ask Nami whether she would want to sail with him as there was a chance that they would be wanted by the government and Marine as a Pirate after what he had done to captain Nezumi.

Nonetheless, Nami easily responded with a kiss on his lips and said that even if heaven wanted to, she would never leave him.

The two lovebirds confirmed their feelings again, one for each other, and on the side, Nojiko could only watch them with slight envy on her heart.

After what happened before, Nojiko still felt it was a bit of pity. But at the end of the day, she still felt that it was the right choice to take and could only wish for the happiness of her sister.

Now that the two were about to leave, Rei realized that he still had one business left here.

" By the way, Nojiko. If one day you find a group of weird-ass freaks, please tell them I'm sorry and I have brought Nami with me. And one more thing, their ship Going Merry, I will ask you to take care of it."

" ??? "

Nojiko was a bit curious about the weird-ass freaks that Rei had mentioned, while Nami could only have a bit of a guilty face. Nonetheless, she had made her choice, and she could only say sorry to Luffy and Co.

Nami and Rei then went to Arlong Park.

After Rei successfully dealt with Arlong, the villager took over Arlong Park, and all the assets had been distributed to the villagers.

Rei and Nami had no issue with this. They even happily gave the villagers some of the belis that Nami had made, and for that, the Cocoyasi's villager happily let Rei and Nami take the pirate ship that previously belonged to Arlong.

Arriving at Arlong Park, the big boat was in the view of Rei and Nami.

It was a boat named Superb Shark, one with a huge hull and the shape of a Sawtooth shark on its edge. The boat itself was a lot larger than Going Merry, and it definitely was one that was worthy to survive the extreme climate of Grandline.

Rei climbed the boat and felt satisfied.

From the start, he felt like Going Merry was a bit too small for his taste.

With this boat, he could at least do a lot of things that he couldn't do in Going Merry.

Nonetheless, there was one thing that he needed to do first.

' System, please scan the boat for me!'

It was pretty obvious that Rei wanted to upgrade or at least change the appearance of the Superb Shark.

Even though Nami said that she was okay, the ship had left too many bad memories on her, and Rei didn't want that to happen.

The process took almost no time, and instantly, a brand new ship had appeared.

Even though Rei felt it was a bit of pity that only the appearance was the same, he still felt pretty satisfied with this.

At least the ship now looked cool, and Nami should no longer have any thought of connecting this ship to the previous Superb Shark.

Furthermore, that's not the only reason that Rei chose to upgrade the appearance of the ship.

Arlong's previous ship was just way too flashy, and Rei didn't want to be troubled by some marines, thinking that it was Arlong's pirate.

Rei looked at Nami in the side who was still in shock with all the changes happening to the boat, and he pulled her to his embrace.

" Nami, we will set sail now. You really sure that you don't want to say farewell to the villagers?"

Nami looked a bit melancholic as her eyes were still focused at Cocoyasi island, but in the end, she closed her eyes as she succumbed deep into Rei's embrace.

" It's okay. We have our own path, and I'm sure I will meet them again later."

Marine's G16 branch office...

In the middle of the big office, Captain Nezumi's phone rang.

"Nezumi, the headquarter had received your report about the Pirate named Rei, but are you sure all the information you said is true?"

The cunning Colonel Nezumi, after he was taught a lesson by Rei, immediately issued a report to the Naval Headquarters. Even though he couldn't do anything to Rei, he could at least make Rei's life more troublesome.

"Yes, everything I said is true. What is the decision of the headquarters?"

"It is a bit of a problem. A newbie pirate appeared out of nowhere and defeated Arlong, he might be a problem if we let him be. Therefore, the higher-ups had decided to create a bounty of twenty-five million belis for him.

And by the way, please check for a pirate named Monkey D. Luffy for me. A source had told me that he had defeated the Krieg's pirate, and even though they haven't done anything outrageous, they always called themselves as a pirate, and it had made some problem.."
