It is just that Aaoran is not a pirate or navy but a celestial dragon and cousin of Donquixote Doflamingo future warlord of the sea Donquixote Aaoran.

He call for everyday magic water and small stream of water appered through thin air which made him excited.

In present Aaroan was waiting for doflamingo because doflamingo' s father donquixote homing was taking his entire family to leave mariejoies and live like normal people.

Doflamingo wanted to give his mermaid slaves to aaoran before he leave mariejois.

Aaoran didn't like slaves and also had dismissed his useless slaves leaving only useful and beautiful slaves but he didn't reject doflamingo because doflamingo was giving hIm mermaid slaves .

Well it is good for mermaids to be with hIm than to be a play thing for other fat celestial dragons.

Doflamingo came excitedly and called causin i brought all mermaid slaves as i promised, you can keep it since we will be leaving mariejois.

i replied calmly causin dofy you don't need to bring them yourself you can just order someone else to do it for you.

Doflamingo rejected the idea and replied causin i wanted to meet you before leaving mariejois since we get along so well . Be sure to visit us when we leave mariejois , i will also visit you .

Ofcourse causin it is a given aaroan replied but sighed inwardly as he thought this stupid child what does he think mariejois is which he can visit after leaving.

After some time doflamingo left and aaoran called mia and ordered her to take mermaid slaves to the pool .

It will be as you ordered my lord mia replied as she questioned lord aaoran don't you think we should celebrate this situation ?

What situation Aaoran played dumb and pretended to be innocent but mia smiled knowingly since Aaoran was the one who filled Doquixote homing's mind with ideas of beautyful and carefree life of normal people which ultimately lead them to leave mariejois.

Why you ask because after the death of aaoran's parents death aaoran was supposed to be the head of Donquixote family but he was still young and donquixote homing became the head of the family which made aaoran lose his oppertunity to be the head of the family so he conspired in time after his reincarnation filling the mind of homing with beautyful world of normal people.

This type of conversation should not be carried out specially with a servent considering how celestial dragons act but mia was a slave who was raised by kind parents of aaoran with care so the relationship between mia and aaoran was very good

Mia was little conflicted with the change of aaoran's personality but after seeing his positive change it made her happy and she soon came to terms with it.
