Gran Tesoro is a massive ship with a metropolis built on it, described as the largest entertainment city in the world. A large portion of the Gran Tesoro is composed of gold, and its bow resembles a cruise ship, only much more massive in scale. The entire ship is ten kilometers long and a city is built inside it, with no roof covering it. The stern is a large circle with a tall golden tower in the center (designed to look like a roulette wheel), and at the very back is a large green area (designed to look like a card table). The front of the ship allows other ships to enter inside the Gran Tesoro. Its name and two Moriarty family flags can be seen when entering the ship. It appears to be drawn by two gigantic sea turtles armed with cannons as a means of locomotion.
It is acknowledged as an independent state by the World Government due to Tesoro's wealth and connections with the Syndicate, and they also classify it as a demilitarized zone. It is referred to as the "moving country of dreams". Nevertheless, the country is still required to pay a Heavenly Tribute to maintain affiliation with the World Government. One way of reaching the ship is by Gild Tesoro's Vivre Card, which is considered a personal invitation by Tesoro himself. The invitation is delivered in a closed envelope sealed by the Gran Tesoro emblem.
On the topmost penthouse of the grand tower, the flamboyant green-haired man wearing many gold ornaments tapped his fingers on his luxurious chair as he looked at the horizon. There was also a cute little blonde girl sitting on his shoulders trying to pull his hair. The ship was currently heading towards Mexica in West Blue at full speed after crossing the calm belt. In front of him stood his subordinates, Baccarat, Dice, and Tanaka. On his side was the love of his life, Stella smiling happily looking at the father-daughter duo.
"Sir!! We have vacated the tourists as you ordered! We will reach there in three days if we maintain this speed." Tanaka, the security guard of Gran Tesoro and an executive member of Gild Tesoro's crew reported.
"Boss!! Why are we suddenly heading to West Blue? We are losing millions each day after driving away the tourists", Baccarat, the concierge suddenly questioned, they had been a pirate crew for a few years but she had never seen Gild Tesoro forget about profits and drive away the fat lambs. Others also looked at him curiously for answers.
"Don't worry about chump changes, there are more important things in life than money," Stella said in her sweet melodious voice.
Due to Vicotor's influence, Tesoro didn't turn out as black-hearted as he was in the movies. Stella and he got married before heading to the Grand Line, using his devil fruit powers and the help of his crew members he created this Golden City and personally hung the Moriarty family flag on it. He also climbed up the ranks of the Syndicate and is now an influential crime boss in the underworld.
Stella has also made a name for herself as a world-renowned singer as well as the wife of Gild Tesoro. What's interesting is that a stupid Celestrial Dragon wanted to buy Stella a few months ago but somehow he disappeared from everyone's memories but that's a story for another time.
"What can be more important than money?" Dice asked, he was an underground champion in death matches who is currently an executive member of Gild Tesoro's crew and works on his ship as the dealer.
"gawdfada" The two-year-old blonde child, Nutella Jr mumbled childishly as she burst out in a giggle.
"That's my girl!!" Tesoro smiled proudly, "You are going to meet your godfather soon Nutella."
He then looked at his subordinates very seriously and ordered, "Everyone must be on your best behavior, we are going to have two VVIPs onboard. I don't want any complaints." Even though he was not black-hearted, that wouldn't mean he wasn't inherently cruel. He wouldn't harm innocents but when it comes to his foes, he wouldn't mind revealing his true self.
'Can we finally get to see him?' Berracat was stunned, she was Nutella's nanny as well as Stella's bodyguard. Stella being too talkative and cheerful sometimes shared some of the stories of her hometown in West Blue and the mysterious godfather of 'Nutella Jr.' who named her after her birth. She was literally born with a golden spoon, the treasured daughter of the 'King of the Casinos' and goddaughter of the mysterious Big Boss.

Dragon closed a report as he looked at his three hooded subordinates standing attentively. He understood the basic situation and started to brainstorm the possible ways he could handle this situation.
"Sabo and Koala, prepare to leave with me!" He commanded and a young man wearing a blue hat under the cloak and a young girl gave a salute.
"Where are we going Leader!!" Koala asked curiously. She was saved by Fisher Tiger from Marijois who also took her to her home despite his hatred for humans, but unfortunately, her own family members called the Marines on him instead. This left a deep scar on her mind and she vowed to do her best to change this world and then meet and apologize to her saviour one day. Fisher Tiger is now a world-renowned infamous criminal who was on the run from the Government. Bounty: 550,000,000 $.
"Here's the intel on our target." He proceeded to hand them a file which Sabo read aloud.
[On the northernmost corner of the West Blue Sea lies the BlackRock island, previously a pirate town run by the Moriarty Family for generations where ordinary civilians lived in constant danger. Ordinary people didn't dare to come out of their homes after dark, fearing the notorious pirates and criminals who roamed the shadows. The island had earned its ominous name not just from the dark volcanic rocks that surrounded its shores but also from the sinister reputation of being the 'Vice City'. The Moriarty Family, led by the cunning and ruthless Don Adolf Moriarty, had established a reign of terror that seemed unbreakable until a certain prodigal completely flipped the table. Crime hasn't ended but it has evolved, it has become fully organized under one banner. When people realized they could earn money without risking their lives every day, they joined in this crazy experiment.
The result? An economic miracle that raised the eyebrows of neighboring kingdoms and pirates. Three island groups: Tropica, Moonshine, and BlackRock have transformed drastically in the last three years, now connected by concrete sea bridges, traveling between islands takes a couple of hours. Large and heavy goods can be transported either by rails or large shipping vessels. Defending the waters and lands are the trained combat-ready Syndicate military and elite forces in alliance with the Sanchez family intelligence network. The man behind all this only appeared in public gatherings once in the last five years.
Miss Nico Robin, the last survivor of Ohara was sighted with him a few weeks ago. Our informant has been in radio silence since reporting.

Mexica:
A man in black joggers and a hoodie walked slowly toward the edge of a tall cliff, with each step the ground burned blue flames until he came to a stop. The view from the top was amazing, a wild overgrown forest with dangerous beasts guarding the Pyramid ruins. He closed his eyes as he felt the winds that smelled like the seas before suddenly diving off the cliff.
Instead of falling he vanished in thin air, only his afterimages were visible before he flew off like a jet breaking the sound barrier in an instant. If one looked closely, instead of a blue one would see four black wings appear on his back as he swiftly soared above the clouds at twice his normal speed. Mid-flight he would burst teleport at distances maintaining the same momentum.
Hito Hito no mi Model: Fallen Angel, a mythical zoan that provides paramecia-like abilities along with Zoan transformations. Victor, its new wielder was having a test run of his newfound powers and also planned to hunt something for lunch. Most of the rations had been devoured by a glutton on this island.
Robin was busily deciphering the new poneglyph wearing Victor's white shirt and scholarly glasses on the deck. She was very tired and didn't have any energy to do physical tasks so Victor was responsible for making lunch.
After testing his powers for two hours he could only say one thing, "Holy Shit!!"
Here are the stats he has discovered till now:
1. Like a normal zoan, it provides him with a few transformations each draining his stamina and lasting for a specific duration. Each boosts his strength to a higher level: Normal form, Hybrid Form, Complete form, and the most dangerous Fallen form. He only tried to manifest his hybrid and complete transformations because he instinctively knew that the Fallen form was very dangerous, for him. The hybrid form gives him four wings, increased stats as well, and greater control over its special powers for one hour with his proficiency.
He complete form he rapidly loses his stamina and can only maintain it for 5 minutes for now. His eyes turn golden, he gains a halo over his head as he grows in size. Six angelic wings appear on his back, and his strength is boosted exponentially even without haki. He could perform energy-draining attacks without draining energy as he gains access to a source of power that he calls 'The Grace'.
Here are the skills he has successfully performed till now:
2. Dream Walking - The devil fruit user can appear in people's dreams, they usually use this to communicate, when they can't find the person they're looking for, or want to talk privately. The user has to touch the person at least once for it to take effect.
3. Regeneration and healing- If the user is hurt or injured, it will repair itself nearly instantly on command unless the wound was caused by haki or cursed swords. Drains lifeforce while healing others.
4. Smiting - (Killing Touch) allows the angel to kill almost any demon, monster, and even human with a touch. Smiting is often exhibited when a user places their hands or palms on their adversaries' faces, foreheads, or mouths of sinners. Those with pure hearts or strong will won't be affected much.
5. Telekinesis - The user can move beings and inanimate objects with their mind telekinetically.
6. Energy manipulation: Control over holy and demonic energy to manifest anything you can imagine. It acts like yin and yang to maintain balance, holy light is the positive while demonic energy is corrupt. Maintaining the desired ratio the user can create various effects, but it needs more research.
7. Teleportation: Teleport to anywhere in your observable range instantaneously.
For now, one explosive demonic energy orb can wipe out an area comparable to a small village. These energies can also be used to manifest anything he can imagine (like 'Green Lantern'). He tried to create sword projections and after testing he discovered that they are far better than any ordinary swords. User can also imbue inanimate objects with this energy to increase their stats. As he flew over the clouds, with his enhanced perception he could sense all the lifeforms on these islands. After scouting for some minutes he finally found some potential lunch from a distance. A glowing crimson-red sword appeared from thin air in his hands as he dashed towards his first prey.
Victor has now become an angelic human who isn't quite angelic in his nature.
