An ordinary-looking merchant ship docked at Kano country late at night but the person travelling on it was anything but ordinary. Sofia Sancez is the head of the Sancez Mafia family, the strongest mafia family in West Blue in terms of military strength and information gathering. They made money mostly from smuggling goods to other blues, bounty hunting, selling intel, and running red-light districts.

A woman quickly transformed into a raven on the deck and flew towards the ship, Uriel. Captain Smith was going through some documents in his cabin when he suddenly felt a presence in the room, he swiftly pulled out his pistol and aimed towards the window.

He was a little surprised when saw a huge raven curiously looking back at him while blinking. She was also carrying a letter in its beak, after dropping off the letter it gave a last look to Smith and flew away into the dark. He cautiously picked up the letter that was addressed to Victor, on which [CONFIDENTIAL] was written in bold red and had the distinct Sanchez family seal of rose on it. He instantly realized that the Raven must have been a devil fruit user. Since this was a serious matter he directly contacted Victor who was staying in the Chinjao Mansion.

Victor has become a little more muscular after his training but his body was heavily bandaged with medical balms applied to it. Even though he has an improved regenerative physique, he likes to apply herbal medicines to speed up the healing process so that he can train with peak efficiency the next day. Under the dim light from the lantern, he opened the letter which Smith had urgently delivered to him.

As the Sanchez Family head, I am sending this letter in goodwill. Against our common enemy who has become too ambitious, we must unite and protect our interests. I invite you for a formal meeting tomorrow evening(7 P.M) at Maidens Bar, I hope to meet you personally.

"Interesting!! I also don't want to keep a snake roaming in my backyard for too long." Victor said thoughtfully as he realized that this was a good opportunity to fight a proxy war.

The next evening:

After Victor arrived at the Maiden's bar on his carriage with his entourage, he quickly activated his observation haki. He discovered two presence on the top floor of the building which was heavily guarded by many hidden guards. The private bar was not even accepting any other customers to ensure tight security. The bar manager, who was a well-built dude dressed neatly in traditional Chinese attire stood at the entrance to welcome his arrival.

"Master Moriarty, The Maidens Bar is fortunate enough to host your eminence. Madam Sancez is already waiting for your arrival, I'll lead you to the meeting room." The man said with a deep bow.

"Captain Smith, order our men to stand guard outside and watch out for suspicious movements. You'll follow me into the meeting room." Victor ordered calmly.

"Yes, boss!!" Captain Smith quickly followed orders.

The exterior of the building is unassumingly simple, with no signs or indications of the extravagant venue hidden within its premises. After entering a discreet unmarked entrance leading to a private elevator that whisks guests up to the tenth floor, where the meeting is to take place. 

Upon entering the bar, they were enveloped in an atmosphere of sophistication and luxury. The decor is a harmonious blend of classic and modern elements with rich, dark wood paneling lining the walls. The rooms were adorned with intricate carvings and secret compartments, some of which contained prized bottles of vintage liquors and decorative crystals.

The lighting is soft and ambient creating an inviting and serene ambiance. Crystal chandeliers hang from the ceiling, casting a warm, golden glow over the space. Plush velvet drapes in deep, jewel-toned colors frame tall windows that offer panoramic views of the city.

The top floor is entirely reserved for clandestine meetings. These private rooms with soundproof walls are available for more confidential business discussions and the meeting area is equipped with a mahogany table surrounded by plush leather chairs. An antique globe sat in the center of the long table dimly lit by a green banker's lamp evoking a sense of power and control. The walls are adorned with artistic framed paintings and vintage collector's maps.

When Victor entered the room, a beautiful woman with dark black hair and red eyes stood on the opposite side of the table. She was wearing a black dress, gloves, and a few pieces of jewelry. She had the aura of a cunning and intelligent woman as she looked at Victor with sharp eyes.

"Welcome Victor Moriarty!! I am glad you responded to my invitation." She said in a very formal manner as they met for the first time.

"Sofia Sanchez, I am curious about what you have to offer," Victor responded nonchalantly as they took their respective seats. Captain Smith stood behind him in full alert, ready to respond if things got rough.

"I'll get straight to the point. Do you want to take revenge against Bege Capone?" She said without beating around the bush.

"Indeed, I do but why should take your help? I am confident in handling him on my own." Victor questioned.

"I have seen your speech, Victor that's why I wanted to meet you so eagerly. For generations the Sanchez family head has been a woman, my grandmother and mother had to be decisive in order to build this wealth in this male-dominated world. Regardless of our various illegal businesses we also follow a strict motto in our family, 'Protect the women.' We also do not allow slave trade in our territory and all of my subordinates share the same values. I think we have a lot of common interests Victor." Sofia said with a stoic expression.

Victor was momentarily stunned, he had not expected such a woman with progressive radical thoughts in this pirate world. As a modern man, he believes in gender equality and human rights for everyone and she was a pleasant surprise in this pirate world. One can say, there's Boa Hancock and Big Mom who were strong female characters, but the former ostracised men while the latter exploited them.

"Sofia Sanchez, You are an intriguing woman. Let's start the meeting, I am interested in your plans."

She also nodded, the was a very slight smile on the corner of her lips which was barely noticeable on her cold face. "Capone Bege has already destroyed the other three families from inside and the war for succession has become a bloody affair. Meanwhile, Capone benefitted the most by looting their treasures and resources amidst the chaos. He already tried the same tactic on the Moriarty Family but fortunately, you survived the ambush. I am sure that he'll come for my family next with full force to make a statement. I'm not afraid of a frontal fight but that ruthless bastard will surely play some dirty tricks. I don't want my people to suffer, so help me, Victor!" She said earnestly. 

"In a deal, both parties should offer equal value. If I help you to eliminate the threat of Bege permanently what will I get in return?"

A/N: I'll not make any more OC main characters if this is not received well so don't worry. I am not a feminist but I believe in equal rights for women and men. (Fully Anti-Woke)
