After Carnes and the others arrived on the island, they found themselves in an unknown street.

A commotion was unfolding.

A middle-aged drunk, approximately in his forties or fifties, held a bottle of alcohol in his hand, retreating in fear.

The drunk trembled all over, fear evident on his face as he looked ahead.

In a panic, the drunk screamed and crawled out of the alley.

His terrified screams caught the attention of the people on the street.

"A monster?!"

"Eating people?"

"Is this a joke?"

Thoughts raced through her mind, and Power suddenly halted her escape.

After pausing for a moment, she angrily said, "They're nothing more than humans who are lower than cats. Why should I fear them?!"

Determined Power grew angrier the more she thought about it. She turned around and ran back along the same path, ready to settle the score with the drunkard.

Meanwhile, under the guidance of the drunkard, a group of burly men cautiously entered the alley.

However, once inside the alley, they couldn't spot a single soul.

This made the burly men, who had believed the drunkard's words, furrow their brows.

"Hey hey! Didn't you say there's a monster devouring people? Where's the monster?"
