From the triad of scales adorning his form, the ethereal Chakra of Six Paths illuminated the surroundings.

Hovering behind him, a Truth-Seeking Ball retained its presence, while the verdant Eclipse that once graced his grip had transmuted into a Six Paths staff of might, a symbol of his altered state.

"Is that... Carnes?"

Among the onlookers, murmurs and whispers rose.

"No mistaking it – that's Carnes. though his appearance has undergone a profound metamorphosis, his identity remains unmistakable."

"What has brought about this change?"

"What could have driven this transformation? Is he a man or a ghost?"

Meanwhile, vigilance emanated from those observing Carnes – Sengoku, Garp, and Whitebeard among them.

Sengoku grappled with the dilemma of whether to initiate an assault or await Carnes' move, precipitating a clash between them once more.

Garp's face was grave, and apart from Carnes' stark physical alteration, he couldn't help but notice the dramatic change in his eyes.

Those eyes seemed to plunge into the abyss, just a glimpse enough to sow seeds of terror in the bravest of hearts.

"I can't say for certain, but one thing is clear—the aura emanating from him has undergone a complete transformation."

Sengoku nodded in agreement, confessing, "Indeed, he appears to pose no immediate threat to us, yet... even so, I can't shake this involuntary tremor in my body."

"Shall we persist with our attack?" Garp inquired.

Before Sengoku could formulate a response, both men felt it—a sudden, acute danger. But before they could react, the pale hands grabbed their heads in a vice-like grip.

In the blink of an eye, their balance was shattered, their bodies colliding brutally with the ground.

"Thunderous... crash..."

The echoes of the impact reverberated amidst billowing plumes of dust, birthing an immense crater in the terrain.

Garp and Sengoku almost spat out a mouthful of blood.

"Do you still think you can attack me?"

Carnes' tone was strikingly matter-of-fact, yet it wielded an enchantment that sent shivers racing down Garp and Sengoku's spines.

Even the keenest awareness and mastery of Haki could not forestall this imminent peril.

"Carnes, and what of me?" Whitebeard words lingered in the air.

Whitebeard swung Murakumogiri with commanding force, springing into action.

His Conqueror's Haki envlopoing entire Murakumogiri, he also added the power of the Shock Shock Fruit to it.

Carnes glanced slightly, as he shifted his focus, and in the fleeting moment he released his grip on Garp and Sengoku, his form had already locked onto Whitebeard.

As Murakumogiri's slashing arc bore down upon him, Carnes chose to forgo utilizing Haki this time. He merely lifted his head ever so slightly.

Upon impact a resounding boom echoed through the air.

The very earth quivered, releasing a gust of displaced wind.

"What is this?"

Whitebeard's eyes narrowed, taken aback by Carnes' seemingly ability to weather the strike effortlessly.

"Newgate, have your eyes failed you?"

"Can't you see the gap of strength between us?""

"Have you not yet perceived the opening?"

In an instant, Carnes' intention became apparent.

"Clang!"

The blade renowned for its unparalleled speed was shattered, a fact that seemed implausible considering its reputation.

"Roar!!!"

From behind, Garp yelled in a furious frenzy. He expended every ounce of his strength to land a forceful blow on Carnes.

Yet, at this very time, Carnes vanished from sight, into thin air.

"Boom!"

None bore witness to the unfolding events, and by the time they caught a glimpse, Carnes had already struck Garp squarely in the abdomen.

Saliva mixed with blood spewed out in a gruesome way, followed by a huge impact that sent Garp figure flying back with a great speed, and he retreat dramatically.
