Found 2 races,

Vampire race: one of the weaker vampire races in the universe where it only gives a life span boost of 500 and has the ability to make others vampires and the obvious higher regeneration.

Shark race: gives a 200 life span boost, and gives you the ability to swim faster }

" Wow, shark race is really sad. Are these all? "

" Nah, buy the vampire race. I'm assuming I have to bite others to turn them, do i have to do it all the time or can someone I turned turn them? "

With that said, veins muscles, everything started moving around again but whitebeards physique hurt more so I was able to go through it with no problems.

After a few seconds everything went back to normal, after checking the mirror my eyes had turned red and my skin a bit pale.

Doflamingo gathered the whole group again ready to turn them,

' Will I be able to see their attributes once I turn them? '

" Monet come with me. " Doflamingo brought Monet with him to the next room.

" Why are your eye red by the way? No one questioned it but I'm curious. " Monet asked as she sat down in a chair.

" You'll see inna bit, don't move. " Doflamingo grabbed her head and moved it opening her neck as sharp fangs slowly came out.

Monet didn't question it but she was a bit worried,

Without any time wasted Doflamingo bit her neck draining a bit of blood out before stopping and moving away.

Her veins started bulging as it was very visible, Monet started clutching her neck and moaned a bit from the pain.

After a few seconds she finally got herself together before getting up,

" So how does it feel? " Doflamingo asked

" Very weird. Couldn't you have warned me? " Monet asked but she knew the answer, it's more fun without warning she feels the same way.

" I'm assuming it's pretty easy to figure out but you're now a vampire, you have greater regeneration and higher lifespan. But besides that I have a gift for you. " Doflamingo said gaining her interest.

Out of nowhere Doflamingo took out 3 fruits making Monet confused,

" I already have a devil fruit? " she said confused and a bit disappointed.

" I'll be removing your devil fruit since it's weak and gifting you one of these, this one is the kyubi fruit. " Doflamingo said giving her the fruit, the color was orange and had 9 scales making it look like tails.

" This is a Zoan type, it's like the 9 tails but way stronger. Your transformation would probably be as big as a giant, a few abilities is being able to create a giant ball of condensed air ( A/N not sure what the biju ball is actually made of, but since the rasengan was made as a lower copy I'm assuming it's the same but way stronger. ) having senses similar or stronger to observation Haki, being able to also sense negative emotions, able to use fire and wind related abilities. " Doflamingo explained gaining her interest.

" Now the hell fruit. " Doflamingo passed her the next fruit it was completely dark with a bit of red and white spots.

" This fruit is a special Paramecia, able to use logia abilities of becoming untouchable by regular attacks. Able to use fire/lava and ice/cold, and a special ability is able to summon dead warriors. It's honestly a very strong fruit. " (A/N Hell is described as either really hot or really cold, so I combined both. The heat and cold is way more powerful then the regular fire and ice fruit. Comparable to magma or stronger, same with the coldness similar or stronger than ice fruit ) " after that Doflamingo took out the last fruit it was whitish/greenish with scales curving,

" This is the wind fruit, it's a logia, it's uses are basically explained by the name but if you're able to use it at its best you'll be able to suffocate others by taking away their oxygen. " Doflamingo explained the last one and let her pic.

" Even though this kyubi fruit sounds really good, I have experience with the cold so I'll be able to use the Hell fruit a lot better. " Monet chose her fruit as I brought up her panel.

Strength = 400mil Bounty ( A/N has nothing to do with her real bounty as that's what the marines think she's worth, while I'll be giving her a bounty depending on her strength. 600Mil and above will be characters that have Haki, while lower depends on their fruit like how strong it is and how strong it is used by the user also taking into account their fruits weakness not including the sea water weakness)

A green light appeared on Monet brightly for a few seconds before disappearing,

' Convenient that the fruit doesn't go back into the world '

" Now eat the fruit. " Monet quickly bit the fruit before vomiting right after.

" It tastes a lot worse than the snow fruit, I don't know if It worked or not. " Monet said gasping for air.

Taking a quick peak at her panel the fruit appeared on it, so it worked.

" Alright call Sugar and Trebol next and come with them. "

They both came with as Doflamingo told Monet to bite Trebol as he bit sugar.

Trebol took the wind fruit and Sugar took the Kyubi fruit and since she no longer has the Loli problem she now looks like a normal adult.

Once everything was done, The three were tasked to bite Diamante, pica, and baby individually to get it done with.

" Alright, from now on we're gonna start taking islands from others. It's time they took us more seriously. Find all islands that produce the most money to take over near us. " with Doflamingos orders everybody left to do their own jobs.
