Chapter 1: Dawn in The New World

"Kid… Kid"

"Kid!! Wake up!!"

"Agh… where am i?" The kid said as his consciousness not fully awake. As he can only see there is an old man in front of him who is looking down to his face. He attempted to get up, and his eyes roamed over himself and his own body.

'I feel like I'm not in my own body' the kid thought.

"You're now at an island called Fruit island kid"

"What's your name kid?" ask the old man.

"My name…. Aghh" As the kid tried to remember his name, he feels excruciating pain in his head, as a sudden influx of knowledge and information exploded in his mind

"Are you all right kid?!" the old man asked in panic, as the kid scrunching face can be seen by the old man.

After hearing the question not even a second passing, the kid fell unconscious.

'Where am i?' ask the kid, he look around only darkness could be seen. He can't even saw his own body.

'Am I inside my own mind'

In his mind, the kid has three different person memories.

The first memories about a man in his thirties, the kid known who is the man.

The man is himself, and people called him Dylan. He lived on earth as a foreign otaku who worked as writer in japan. He came to japan to write an anime script for the company that he worked for. His dream to make a light novel that as famous as sword art online. It's a pity that he had to die before he realizing his dreams. The last thing he remembered about himself was he got hit by the truck, when he tried to save a kid in his thirteen after he bought action figure from the store.

'Am I dead or alive' It was the first thought that cross Dylan's mind after he tried to remember his last memories.

But the second memories answer his question.

As he tried to remember the second memories, it struck him and gave him the idea that he just met the one and only Truck-God.

'Truck-Sama' Dylan shout in his mind.

In second memories, he found out that he transmigrated to the body of a boy named Grant. Grant is a thirteen years old kid who lives in Sharp island. Grant is an orphan, he lives in orphanage until he was ten years old and then he ran away from the orphanage to lives in slum alone. He ran away because he always been beaten up by people who runs the orphanage. In the slum he worked as scavenger. In the slump he learned about many great name such as Gol D. Roger, Shirohige and Monkey D. Garp. From that memory alone, Dylan learned that he transmigrated to the world of One piece. After all that name has been used to scare kids in the slum.

'Damn it will be hard to live from now on' grumble Dylan.

He lives in slum until he was thirteen years old. In the slum his lives not much better than the orphanage. So when he was thirteen, he left the slum and infiltrate the merchant ship so he can go to the better place for better life.

'Damn, I want to cry'

'He much more mature than me even with my thirty years old experience'

Unfortunately, the merchant ship he infiltrated has been attacked by pirates. The ship has been wrecked after the attack and not for long the ship going to sink. Grant has been forced to leave the ship. Fortunately, there is many empty wine barrels in the ship. The only way to survive for Grant is to go into one of empty barrel. Without thinking too much he just did that.

'Am I going to become pirates king' when the thought did cross his mind, Dylan can't help but chuckle with delight.

'After all it's only happened to the main character of this world, right'

But Dylan dismissed the thought. At the end the memories only shown until that, meaning Grant died right.

'It's seems I won't have plot armor.' Dylan thought

With that thought, Dylan look at his third memories.

'Oh my Truck' Surprise Dylan

'Thanks Truck-sama, you have not forsaken me *hiks *hiks.' Cries Dylan, despite he still in his mind body and there is no way he can cry. If he is in reality he might have cried in joy while jumping across the river.

Third memories that Dylan saw is the memories of Monster God named Garou. Accidentally, Garou is the action figure he bought with him before he saves the kid from Truck.

'Or maybe it was intentionally' Dylan thought.

The Garou memories flood my mind. From he was a child until he was dead. It's surprising Dylan when he saw that how Garou died. Garou died while fighting two GOD level monster. The fight itself is devastating the earth. It was the most disastrous fight, no, the most disastrous battle that Dylan ever seen. World war II probably just like a fight in a bar compare to this.

The devastated land shows how much stronger the GOD level monster was. It was so strong, that the area where the battle took place is used to be a mountain area and now there is only a big hole. The hole is the biggest hole Dylan has ever seen in entire life.

'If seen by satellite, it would be as big as the UK, I think' thought Dylan

'What kind of attack that make this kind of destruction?'

The most amazing thing was that Garou defeated the GOD level monster alone, even thoughts there were two GOD level monster. He stood there with tranquil atmosphere around him. Under his feet lay the carcass of monsters. His mouth mumbling something, but there is not clear word that came out of it. Suddenly his eyes looked straight at Dylan's eyes, and the he mumbles some words before he died.

'What did he said?' Ask Dylan.

'He muttered asking about where Saitama was, but what was he murmuring now?'

At this point all two other memories has been absorbed by Dylan. Starting from their childhood memories, until they died. All their experience and memories has been absorbed, including Garou's battle experience, battle technique, battle tactic and his survival experience. For Dylan it was a gift from Truck-God. But the effect of absorbing all these memories within short time exhausted Dylan's mind.

'Now, I don't really know who am I anymore' confused Dylan

'Well I will think about it later, right now it's better to rest first'

A few hours later, in a small house there is the body of a kid lying on the bed. The kid looks like about to wake up from his sleep. The kid's eyes that seem closed began to open.

"Ugh.." grunted the kid, when he tries to move his own body.

'It seem I'm not fully healed yet'

But his aching body couldn't stop his curiosity to see this new world. Which man can do that? This is the world about man's romance after all. The kid manages to get up, and try to walk to open the door.

He opens the door and what greet him outside is the most beautiful view he ever see.
