"Run!"

As soon as Brendon saw the beast pick up a weapon, he knew that they were in a really bad situation. If even one of its punches grazes them, they're dead for sure. Gloria and Diana had teary eyes as they looked at the beast's angry face. They weren't sure why it was so hostile to them, even though they had done nothing to it.

"Roar!"

Seeing that its prey are getting away, the Wild Orange Gorilla was about to give chase when it heard a whirl getting closer. The familiar sound of a small black object flying straight to its head.

"What are you doing!? Ugly monkey!"

"Thud."

The Wild Orange Gorilla was down on the ground as Akatora stood in front of its fallen body. The beast's head had a large bump that had the shape of a ball imprinted on it. A look of clear confusion was on its face as it wondered how that small white thing hurts a lot when it hits it.

"I told you to protect our base! Not kill anyone who stands on it! Stupid!"

"Ow. Ow. Whimper."

Sending a few more cotton balls to the Wild Orange Gorilla, Akatora lashed out with anger. He looked at the Wild Orange Gorilla and scolded it with passion and fury burning in his eyes. Placing his hands on his hips and glaring at it with such an intensity that the Wild Orange Gorilla visibly started shaking.

But when Akatora was shouting at it, the Wild Orange Gorilla looked like it remembered something. It hid the one hand that did not hold the branch earlier behind itself and opened the tightly clenched fist that had a few pieces of berries on it. When it heard something fall to the ground, it hurriedly moved backwards to sit on it and proceeded to slightly twist its butt.

"What are you doing?"

A suspicious Akatora called out just as the Wild Orange Gorilla thought it got away with it. As a large smile was plastered on its face, Akatora caught on to something. This monkey always shows its thoughts with its face, as it could never hide its emotion. A cheeky smile like that was easily seen through by the boy.

"Um, excuse me. Ho-how did you just beat that beast!?"

Akatora looked behind him as a high pitched voice called out to him. A young woman whose eyes were wide as she looked at the white cotton balls in Akatora's hand. Her eyes were as confused as the first day she had to cook dinner alone. Since when did those little things become bullets that made even a Wild Orange Gorilla whimper in pain?

"Are you guys, ok? Oh no. That friend over there is hurt!"

Akatora saw that one of the people behind him was injured. His arms looked like it was broken and was even limply lying on his side

"Don't move! I'll be right back! And don't think I don't know about you stealing berries while I'm away!"

"Whimper."

"Hmph!"

Angry as he was, Akatora was not about to let his rage cause a death. Brendon was already unconsciousness as well, which would make it worse the longer he stays here without any treatment.

"Don't worry about him now. We should get your friend back to the Village. You guys are from Disco Village, right?"

"Oh, ah. Yes!"

"Oh my god! Brendon, wake up!"

It was only now that Gloria and Diana found out that Brendon was already lying on the ground. His eyes were closed while pain was written all over his face. They were about to try and pick him up when Akatora stopped them.

"You two go back to the Village by yourselves. Do you know the way?"

Akatora watched on as the two girls nodded their heads before going to Brendon's side and mentally calculated the time needed to travel back to the village. The problem with having to bring back the two girls with him was that they would slow him down, which would make it take longer to get Brendon back.

Thankfully, the way back isn't that dangerous. It was just their misfortune for meeting the Wild Orange Gorilla on his territory as he was harvesting a few Muddle Berries. A hallucinogenic berry that Akatora brings back to Donna who says she loves these berries, and a favorite snack of the Wild Orange Gorilla.

Since Akatora and the Wild Orange Gorilla made a pact to harvest them together every third day of the week, it was scared when a few people saw it harvest the berries earlier than promised. Making it want to scare them away. But since the boy of the group threw his axe at it, the Wild Orange Gorilla fought back. Sending a punch towards the boy to push him and his friends away.

Though the axe didn't really cause any wound, the hostility was something it couldn't just throw off. Having experienced a life full of hostility, he knew better than to let people walk over it. That would mean that it's a pushover that could be pushed around easily, and would spell a loss in territory if it was still back in the center of the forest. Losing the Meddleberries in the process.

Expecting them to finally back off, it was about to try and finish the berries before Akatora arrived when the group of humans suddenly cried and gave it a menacing look. It was even more angry when the boy picked up his axe again and brandished it towards itself. The look of anger on the boy's face made it look like he wanted a fight, so he welcomed it. That was when Akatora arrived.

Though Akatora didn't know what happens to the Wild Orange Gorilla after village finds out about this, he needs to get the injured back before he gets any worse. He picked up Brendon and ran back without looking back.

"I'll be going back first, I'll get him to safety."

Looking at Akatora's back, the two girls hurriedly gave chase.
