9 Training

"Give me some water." Sitting in a large palace, I held out my palm as Charlotte Linlin gave me some water. I ignored Charlotte Linlin's ugly face while drinking the cup of water.

"So, how are things going?" I asked calmly, Levi who was holding a list of papers stepped forward and spoke

"Things are going well, With Germa 66 helping with the research of mutated animals, they said in 15 or so years, we would have everything done," Levi said calmly, I nodded lightly, it's been a few days since I took over the Big Mom Pirates, and of course, Big Mom became my maid. why? I didn't like her character, so I will transform her.

She was now far slimmer than before and was slowly regaining the charm she had in her early years. 

"Thats good, an army of powerful mutated animals, Germa 66 research... and soon the beast pirates research into devil fruits," I said with a smile. Germa 66, pronounced Germa Double-Six is both the military branch of the Germa Kingdom and an Underworld mercenary force commanded by the Kingdom's ruling family, the Vinsmoke Family. the Vinsmoke and Charlotte families entered into a political alliance. As part of this agreement, a wedding was arranged between the Vinsmoke Family's third son and the Charlotte Family's 35th daughter to tie the two families' bloodlines. But as the Vinsmoke Family is having a hard time finding their son, this wedding would be held off for a few more years

Germa 66's Scientific Unit is the primary source of the army's renowned strength. It is constituted by capable scientists working together under Judge to create more and more performing warfare technologies. They notably created its Clone Army, which constitutes Germa's main strength, and also successfully conducted experiments on the Vinsmoke siblings to make them "perfect warriors". Much of the Scientific Unit's work is a continuation of the research conducted by Judge with his former research partner, the famous World Government scientist Vegapunk.

"When would I retain my freedom?" Big Mom asked with an unhappy look, to which I threw her a side-eye.

"You went through zero changes. Once I let you go, you would just return to your fat self. Until you learn self-control, and I see it time, you are my maid." I said coldly. Big Mom lowered her head in disappointment, she almost looked like a little kid. Well, Big Mom was pretty much a child in mind. I will help her mind develop, 

"Anyways, there are 2 devil fruits I want to find. the Sun Sun Fruit and Sun Serpent Fruit," I said calmly, I wanted these two devil fruits for one reason, I wanted weapons that would have the Sun Sun Fruit, and I wanted a pet with the Sun Serpent Fruit.

"Also collect as many devil fruits as we can, but we stay low-key, so just avoid those who already ate a devil fruit," I said to which Levi nodded before leaving to spread the news. I stood up and looked toward Big Mom who had a downcast look,

"Let's go train," I said causing Big Mom's shoulders to drop while following me, when was the last time Big Mom trained? the woman was a natural-born talent, she never really had to train, so me having her train was something that made her depressed. We trained down on an island below which was filled with wildlife

"Go on, 100 push-ups within 2 minutes. if you fail, thats another 100 push-ups." I said calmly, making Big Mom almost cry. But she got down and began to start doing push-ups. I went on to stand before a metal wall and began to start punching it. I was trying to channel not Armament Haki, but Conquer Haki into my attacks.

A very small number of particularly powerful Conqueror Haki users can "infuse" their body and weapons with this Haki in a way that is very similar to Armament Haki, greatly augmenting the power of their attacks.

This application provided such an immense boost in power, that it allowed Luffy to clash evenly against Kaido, the man known as the strongest living creature in the world. Adding this level of Conqueror Haki and advanced Armament Haki, Luffy became able to deal damage to Kaido, whereas his earlier use of advanced Armament-enhanced attacks was "too shallow" and had no significant effect.

Pretty much, this usage of Conqueror Haki boosts your attack power to a crazy degree, when Garp used this, he destroyed an Island with a punch. Armament Haki boosts your defensive capability, but that defense can also be used as an attack. at the same time, Armament Haki gave one the power to bypass other defenses.

There was also a level above Conqueror Haki known as Observation Killing. This is an advanced Conqueror Haki technique that allows for the control of one's aura or presence, negating an opponent's ability to see into the future with Observation Haki.

"You failed, thats another 100," I said calmly, not having to look back to see Big Mom had failed to do the said needed push-up. Big Mom almost cried, but she didn't want to suffer another beating, and she wanted to eat, so she kept working out.

The only form of training Big Mom has ever truly got was threw battles, thats how she managed to master the usage of Haki. but these past few days were the first time she ever had to work, and she wanted nothing more than to cry...

Time passed, and soon Big Mom was barely able to do an extra push-up. Her body was completely wet, unclear if it was from sweat or tears. In the end, she fell to the ground, unable to do another push-up.

"Just 50 push-ups? well, thats better than yesterday. Get ready to go for the run around the island. Go drink water." I said calmly, almost in tears, Big Mom took some time to recover and went to drink water, before she joined me in a run around the island.

Big Mom was a better fit for running, capable of running for a good few hours if needed... given the motivation. that being food which I ran with and caused Big Mom to lose her mind as she ran after me.

The day went by quickly, and soon Big Mom was lying on the ground, breathing for her life. I looked at her for some time, before looking towards the setting sun.

'well, I need more solar energy.' I thought calmly, It went from me needing just a few minutes to break down my solar energy and break through my limits, then a few dozen hours, before a few days, and now I might need months. 

"Why are you doing this?" Charlotte Linlin asked with a few tears in her eyes, 

"When raising a child, discipline is important, you never had anyone tell you what to do and what not to do. Rocks was the only person to put you in your place. So, I will break you. Mentally, and Physically. I will destroy your pride, I will humble you to the extreme, before allowing you to walk." I said leaving Charlotte Linlin stunned.

"Without that power, what are you? An annoying bitch." I said making Charlotte grit her teeth at my words.

"You went from a kind kid who wanted to help others, to a fat woman who feed on the souls of others. You grew up without anyone teaching you on how to act, everyone around you failed you. So, I will step in. If you fail to learn, I will kill you. your children would all follow you since none of them will follow me if you're dead. You're not special, you're my prisoner... since you failed to impress me, you will have no food today. So, get your fat ass up and return to the island." I said while Charlotte got up, with a downcast look, and returned up to the island using Zeus.

She was unable to use her devil fruit thanks to the Seaprism stone, but her creations were still able to act on her orders.

So, big Mom was truly pushed to her breaking point. She went days without food, while still forced to work out and train. Water was the main thing she put in her mouth, she was forced to pretty much be a slave, carrying out tasks for everyone, cleaning up, taking out the trash, and even learning how to cook, with her mouth sealed so she couldn't even take a bite of the food.

It was torture for someone like her who had an eating disorder. When she went on a rampage wanting food, I beat the living hell out of her, leaving her rolled up into a ball and crying. She forgot the taste of food after just a few days, but thats what I wanted.

With her taste buds resetting, I allowed her to eat once more. Oddly, she needed a whole month for her taste buds to reset, when it should have been just 10 days, but after Big Mom got to eat once more, she was happy as anything she ate at that moment tasted heavenly even though they were not sweets.

From then on, she was only allowed to eat a healthy diet, and sweets and sugar were to be kept far away. Then again, a person who goes a long time without food will feel like the first meal they have is heavenly. Big Mom went through such a similar thing, I just had to ensure she stayed away from sweets for a few years, before slowly teaching her when to eat them with self-control. She needs only a day to regain her fat after all.

With her now having a source of food, she wasn't doing so poorly working out, she quickly regained her old physique and returned to the beauty she was in her early 20s. This got me into trying to see how I can enlarge my body once more... what? She was hot. and I was into hot things.

On the island below, Big Mom and I fought, our clashes of Haki shaking the whole island. It was such a crazy show of power, we had flattened the whole island, at the rate we were going the island would not be able to hold on much longer and be destroyed.

This wasn't Whole Cake Island where we avoided damaging the island. We didn't care if this island was destroyed or not, so our clashes shook the whole island, leaving it in the blink of destruction 

"How does it feel?" I asked with a smile, I was in my giant form, which I learned to enter and leave at will. pretty much, my body uses the energy I absorbed to enlarge me. It pretty much stretches me out, which increases the chances of sun cancer, but at the same time, since the energy I absorb has so much room to travel, I could absorb more of it.

I was weaker in my giant form than my normal form, I found that the perfect size for me was around 2 or 3 meters tall. My speed, strength, and durability are all to my living within that size range.

"It feels... nice," Charlotte said as we stopped fighting, she sighed while looking at her body. this was the physique she had in her youth, not her prime. In her prime, she was fat and all, but now regaining her slender physique, and that time spent working out... well, she was stronger than ever.

She was sure she could take on Kaido, they should be about equals. She was no longer the weakest emperor of the sea.

"So, tell me about your dream. I didn't put you through all of this just to torture you, you're now a part of my crew." I said to which Big Mom went quiet, not knowing what to say for a moment,

"Well, my dream... I dream of creating a nation where all races can live together." She said softly, to which I nodded lightly.

"Thats not a bad dream..." I said softly while lost in deep thought,
