4 Reunion and Information Seeking

As Luffy's consciousness returned to his body, he sensed with Kenbunshoku Haki, that there was someone trying to attack him and that too by using Infusion Haoshoku Haki.

Instantly, Luffy opened his eyes and had also used Infusion Haoshoku Haki on his fists. Then Luffy's fist blocked the slow-moving fist.

'BOOM!'

An explosion occurred as the two fists clashed together and created a shockwave that destroyed the surroundings. Even the ground around him was destroyed.

Luffy felt that the person who punched him was also thrown away because of the shockwave created when the two fists clashed. 

Luffy looked at his surroundings that were covered by the dust produced by the explosion with a bit of confusion, the reason being that he currently had no idea where he was.

Then Luffy used his Kenbunshoku Haki to look for the person who attacked him and stared in a direction.

He sensed that there were many people looking at her but could not see her because of the dust.

But not Luffy who was using Kenbunshoku Haki, he sensed that these people were all people he knew and cared about it.

Luffy then disappeared from his place and appeared before the person who attacked him, who was none other than his grandfather.

'Jii-Chan I missed you!' Luffy shouted while hugging Garp strongly

Garp, who was surprised by Luffy's sudden appearance in front of him, was even more surprised by Luffy's words.

Because previously Luffy had never said that he missed him even though they had not seen each other for a long time.

Makino who was near Garp was also surprised by Luffy's sudden appearance, then she couldn't help but exclaim

'Luffy!?'

Luffy who was hugging Garp, slightly turned his head to the source of the voice calling him. And then Luffy's face lit up to see who was calling him.

Then Luffy removed his hug from his grandfather and walked towards Makino. 

'Makino-Nee!' Said Luffy who then hugged her

'Luffy, you're finally awake!' Said Makino who was in Luffy's arms and without realizing it her tears began to fall

'Makino-Nee, why are you crying?' Luffy who realized his clothes were getting wet couldn't help but ask Makino

'I'm glad you're finally awake' Makino replied. 

'Sorry to worry you Makino-Nee' Luffy said

'Huh brat, you finally know how to get up' said Dadan who was watching from the side.

Of course Luffy had also seen Dadan, but since Makino was the first to call him. But since Makino was the first to call him. Of course Luffy would go to Makino's place first.

Luffy then released Makino from his embrace and walked towards Dadan.

'Dadan, I miss you too' said Luffy who then hugged her. 

At once, Dadan burst into tears at Luffy's words and said

'Damn you boy, you're worrying me!

'Hahaha I'm sorry' Luffy replied.

Then Luffy greeted the others one by one, including Dr. Crocus. At first Luffy was surprised that Dr. Crocus appeared in this place, but then Luffy learned that Dr. Crocus was brought by his grandfather from Twin Cape to examine himself.

After that Dr. Crocus re-examined Luffy's body at the insistence of Makino and Dadan, which Luffy thought was unnecessary. Because as an unofficial Doctor Luffy could tell that apart from being a little hungry, his body was fine.

After all, the reason why he was asleep for so long was because of the union of two souls. But there was no way he would say this, as it would be his biggest secret.

After Crocus confirmed that Luffy's body was fine, Makino and Dadan were relieved. So was Garp, although he didn't show it on his face.

But for Luffy, he could see that his grandfather was also very worried.

'Hey guys, it's time to make a party!' Dadan said to his subordinates

This of course made everyone surprised, except for two people of course.

'This should be enough to make a feast' Luffy said.

'Luffy, isn't this a little too much?' Makino asked

'Shishishi, take it easy Makino-nee. If no one can eat it anymore, I'll eat it' Luffy replied.

'Then let's cook all this, Hey you guys let's help clean and cut up the meat' Makino said to Dadan's men

'Ready Brother!' They replied

'Ah wait Makino-Nee, let me cut it. Dogra, lend me your sword'. Luffy said to Makino and Dadan's subordinate named Dogra.

'No problem Luffy, but can you use the sword?' Dogra asked while handing him the sword on his back.

'Shishi you'll see soon enough'

'Hey, you guys look for a cloth or something to put the meat on' Luffy said to Dadan's other subordinates.

"Okay! Dadan's men replied

Then they searched for a cloth or something similar in the ruins of the house and after a while they found it.

'Luffy, is this enough?' asked Dadan's subordinate Magra.

'Maybe not?

'But, no problem' Luffy replied.

Then Luffy pulled a Bison and threw it into the air, then Luffy gripped the sword tightly in his hand while narrowing his eyes slightly.

Luffy then swung the sword in his hand towards the bison that was still in the air, and then a flying slash appeared from the tip of the sword.

When the flying slash hit the Bison, its body was instantly dismembered into dozens of pieces. Of course there was no bloody scene, because before bringing Bison and other game to this place, Luffy had removed all the blood and dirt that was on those animals.'

Seeing what Luffy had done, everyone widened their eyes. But not the two old grandfathers who were looking at him with interest.

'His swordsmanship is at least high enough to rival those in the New World.'

'Haki, Navy Six Styles, and Swordsmanship. He's already like a little monster.' Crocus said

'Bwahaha, I'm quite surprised too you know.' Garp replied

Hearing Crocus' words, Garp's face instantly darkened and said irritably

Garp and Crocus continued to talk and argue with each other about the treatment of the Navy and Pirates. They finally stopped until Makino came to give them the meat that had been made into barbecue.

With the barbecue meat cooked, the party officially began. Of course without beer it wouldn't be called a party. So while waiting for the meat to cook, Luffy went to Foosha Vilange to pick up a few drums of beer at Makino's shop.

Of course, with Makino's permission, Luffy also drank Beer. And Garp who saw that his grandson started drinking Beer, again complained that he had been affected by Akagami.

Currently, Luffy was talking to Garp by the small harbor in this village.

Luffy returned the hug. And let go after a while. Then Garp walked up the stairs of the ship. Luffy then looked at Crocus who was waiting for Garp on the ship.

There were actually a few things that Luffy wanted to tell him, but this was their first meeting in this life. So Luffy couldn't tell him about Brook, and also asked about Laboon. Therefore, Luffy abandoned his intention.

'Crocus-san, I'll look for you when you enter the Grand Line' Luffy said.

'I'll wait for you Luffy.' Crocus replied while nodding

After that, Garp's warship slowly began to sail. And Luffy continued to look at the ship for a while.

'Our next encounter will be at Water Seven grandfather, and maybe also at the peak of the war.' Luffy muttered

Luffy then turned around and walked towards Partys Bar, which was Makino's bar.

Once inside, Luffy looked around the empty bar and muttered

'This place is still the same as before'

Although Luffy had come to this place last night, he didn't enter it at all. He only took some beer drums that were in the back warehouse.

This place was full of memories. Like the first time he ate the devil fruit, the party that Shanks and the others always had, or Uta who sang with her melodious voice in this place.

After his hair was cut, Luffy then asked Makino for the newspapers of the past few months. Fortunately, Makino still kept the newspapers and the pile of newspapers were the newspapers of the past six months.

After that, Luffy returned to Mt. Colubo or more precisely to Dadan's house and his goal was to help rebuild Dadan's house which had been destroyed. Because he was the main cause of Dadan's house being destroyed.

Since Luffy had learned Franky's skills, building a house was easy for him. Moreover, Dadan said to build it as it was originally a wooden house, so in one day Dadan's house was successfully built.
