Getting New Crewmates

It was the next day after the complete failure of recruiting Heart Piercer.

I went to the bartender again to ask what was wrong with Hiroshi.

"Hiroshi was normal a average boy but had great talent in archery, until one day while practicing on a moving target and missed hitting someone dozens of meters away piercing their heart."

I said with a look of unwillingness.

"Then why don't they do anything about him?"

"They don't because theirs no need, his personality only switches when he holds a bow."

"If he doesn't switch how do you know his strength?"

He with a look of fear and admiration.

12 that level of strength isn't far behind Luffy and Ace at 12.

"Definitely have to recruit him to my crew, cya crappy bartender!"

I said running off to go find Hiroshi again.

"Hey, join my crew."

"I-I t-told you I can't, I don't even know how to shoot a bow, anymore."

This was made up to get him to join, but it wasn't a lie either.

"B-But I-I don't have any goals."

He looked like he was about to cry.

"That's fine goals can not only come at the beginning but during a adventure to."

Putting my hand again,

"Put your trust in me that I'll be you your goal and your happiness, isn't that what friends do."

I said with the biggest and most honest smile in my life.

"*sob* *sob* o-okay I-I'll trust you *sob* I-if you'll have me.

Grabbing my hand while tears and snot were coming out of face.

Hiroshi had life a awful life as everyone treated him like he was a cold blooded killer and he never grew past what he had done living in constant regret and fear.

It also wasn't really the villagers fault Hiroshi was too strong and if he switch personality's they could die very few people in the village were as strong as him, they couldn't take that risk.

"Hey are you good at anything else other than a bow?"

"I know a l-little about being a doctor."

He said not looking confident, but consider how much he underestimate's himself he's probably a good doctor.

As for how I'm going to fix his personality that comes later.

I wonder where Shizuko is I haven't seen him since we came here.

I couldn't go in unless I bought a ticket so I get became a participant.

Due to my special identity they agreed to request of fighting Battle Axe their strongest active fighter.

Getting ready to fight him walked up to him as if wasn't a match.

He said with smugness and confidence.

Today I got a defense boost.

He swung his axe I caught it with my bear hand.

Although I want crew-mates ones that don't listen to me are useless.

It seems like he doesn't mind the compromise which makes things a lot easier.

Leaving we went to a field which was the area that Sword Demon Ken trains.

Arriving I was witnessing a battle between Ken and Shizuko.

Both were equal but you could see the Shizuko wasn't trying his best.

"Hey Shizuko, don't t you know it's rude to not use your full power.

I said while smiling at yami, he turned away looking embarrassed about his loss.

Shizuko getting the message ended the battle.

"I Sword Demon Ken keep my word, I'll join your crew.

He said with a very solemn look like he was a lawyer in a important case.

"Welcome." Turning to all of them I only needed one word

"FREEDOM!"

Turning around and leaving all of them quickly followed after me.

We quickly arrived at the waterfall when I saw the old man again.

"It seems you got what your looking for."

He said with a smile that one would give to their grandson.

"Yeah, I did and they're going to became great pirates."

"Take care of them for me, I don't want to see anyone I care about die anymore."

He said it as a threat but with clear good intentions.

All of a sudden all three unanimously bowed," Thank You for Taking Care of Us Master."

"Wait what, this old guy is your master?"

"Captain please don't talk about our master like this he teaches all the kids in hope that one day they'll be able to leave.

"Since you're their master I tell tell you one thing you'll like to hear."
