Chapter 3 Practicing

Cocoyasi Village.

"This should be it"

Walking through the streets, Zoro arrived outside a house with a spacious orange yard, kinda sure this was the place that he needed to go.

Arriving before the door, Zoro gently knocked it, with a stern face waiting for the door to open.

"Who is it?"

The door opened as a blue haired girl appeared, asking with kinda pissed face, eyes with sadness and anger on them at Zoro.

"One of Nami's crewmate, thanks for having me!

Saying that, without waiting for her response Zoro stepped in the house, passing by the speechless Nojiko, surprised by his manners.

"So you were deceived by Nami as well, just like that long nose"

But Nojiko didn't care much about his manners and asked, looking at Zoro who was checking out the place, standing in the middle.

"Deceived or not I don't care, it was my captain's order to bring Nami back, that's it"

Saying that, Zoro choose a corner of the living room and sat by the wall, his sword next to him.

"You guys!! You have no idea what are you doing!"

"You are destroying years of effort!!"

Yelled Nojiko at Zoro, even more angry at his attitude, though the latter didn't respond, closing his eyes and sitting in a posture, foot tucked snugly into the folds of opposite knees.

"With the time left for the battle against Arlong, its impossible to learn haki, and my wounds… though they are healing but at this rate, at most half of the wounds will heal"

"And on top of that Hawkeye broke my swords, I need to at least heal my wounds completely to challenge Arlong, I won't be defeated anymore!"

Said Zoro inwardly, an aura of confidence radiating from him, the memories showed him hard work never goes in vain, so he'll work even harder to surpass the self in the memories.

"Total Concentration Breathing…thanks to my years of training my lungs are pretty strong already, I shouldn't have any problem practicing it!"

Thought Zoro as he took a deep breath, taking in as much air as possible, starting to practice the technique from a world so different from his.

"She just had to find people as weird as her!

Commented Nojiko with a tired look, not able to understand how Zoro could be so relaxed knowing who he was messing with, strange.

While Zoro was practicing,

Arlong Park.

"Nami!! How can you betray Luffy!! He trusted you; how can you do this?!!!"

At the Arlong Park, near the pool sat Arlong on a recliner chair with a bunch of fishmen gathered around him, a girl with orange hair also among them, a cold look on her face.

Right before Arlong, on the ground was a tied up Usopp with a bruised face, currently yelling at Nami with anger in his eyes, endless shock on his face.

"I never said I was part of your crew, I just used you like all others I have over the years, look here I'm a part of Arlong Pirates!!!"

"You!!"

Said Nami in a chilly tone, pointing at the tattoo on her shoulder, Usopp even more angry at her words, just staring at her with red eyes.

"Hahahaha!! As expected of you Nami, you truly have grown up to be a wonderful woman!!"

"What a scary woman"

Laughed Arlong with admiration, other fishmen also surprised at Nami's cold heart.

"Tap!

"I guess you have listened enough, you barged in here for her and here you are now…betrayed and left alone…it's time to free you from your misery human…don't think I forgot the little stunt you pulled at the village!"

"Chew!"

"Hehe!

Completing his words, Arlong gave the muscular blue skinned fishmen with thick lips, the one who caught Usopp a look, who smiled, the intent to kill burning in the air.

No! No! No!

The face of Usopp changed at this situation, finally understanding how helpless he was here, fear on his face, yelling inwardly for he didn't wanna die here.

"Wait…let me finish him off!"

Chew took the first step towards the helpless Usopp, but at this moment Nami spoke, her head down, no one able to see the look in her eyes, though her tone even colder.

"This woman…!"

"Nami…you!!"

A chill went through the spine of everyone, hair standing up, too shocked at her ruthlessness, despair replacing the fear on Usopp's face, looking at her, all the time spent her in the past seemed so fake.

"Hahaha!! Wonderful!!! Wait Chew! Let Nami do the honors, nothing is more entertaining than watching a human die in despair!!!!"

"Clink!"

Said Arlong laughing, as chew with a look of anticipation handed a dagger to Nami, who holding it arrived before Usopp who was at the edge of the pool, heads down.

"Puch!!!"

"Splash!"

Usopp opened his mouth to say something but words stopped as blood spilled around, blood covered Usopp falling into the water, drowning and disappearing, leaving blood on the water surface.

On the sea, a huge green cow sea monster was pulling a ship tied to it at high speed, a straw hat boy on the ship with an excited look yelling, but the blonde in a black suit on the ship cursing in fright as the sea monster changed it course, the ship flunked straight into the forest at some distance from the Arlong park.
