It wasn't me!

6 months quickly passed by and Kenshin who locked himself inside Jinbe's house was still trying to master his power the conqueror's haki.

Outside of the house, Fisher Tiger along with Jinbe and Otohime were currently discussing about Kenshin while occasionally glancing at the house in front of them.

"It has already been 6 months, does he still have some air, and does he also have something to eat?" Otohime asked like a mother who was concerned about her child's wellbeing.

"Don't worry Queen Otohime, I always give him food and check if the air inside the house is still sufficient enough for a human to live in," Jinbe explained making Otohime sigh in relief.

"But..." Jinbe was about to say something but stopped trying to fight back the tears in his eyes.

"What's wrong, Jinbe?" Otohime asked, feeling the sadness within Jinbe's soul.

Wiping away the tears in his eyes Jinbe asked, "But why aren't you concerned about my house? can't you see those cracks on the walls if this continues on then my house will fall apart in a week."

*Pffft!* "Hahaha!"

Otohime and Fisher Tiger who just listening to their conversation couldn't help but laugh at Jinbe's misfortune.

"Hahaha, who told you to invite Kenshin inside your house for training." Fisher Tiger said while laughing.

Jinbe could only lower his head in defeat, he knew that he couldn't do anything and it was his fault for inviting Kenshin to train inside his house.

Otohime managed to stop her laughter and said, "No need to be sad, Jinbe. after Kenshin is done training I will bring a bunch of good carpenters to fix your house."

Hearing Otohime's words Jinbe bowed at her thankfully, "Thank you so much, Queen Otohime."

*Brrzzt* *Brrrzzt* *Swiiiish!* *BOOM!*

All of a sudden a vibrating sound was coming out of the house followed by an instance shockwave destroying the house completely.

"No! my house!" Seeing this scene Jinbe shouted desperately as he watched his house being blown to bits and pieces.

Fisher Tiger and Otohime covered their eyes as the dust was everywhere and they couldn't see the surrounding area.

"I think I accidentally destroyed Jinbe's. Hmm, I hope he doesn't get angry at me for this."

A concerned voice could be heard coming from the direction where the house was, Jinbe who was crying in despair raised his head and saw Kenshin who was removing dust from his shirt.

"You ungrateful human! give me my house back!" Jinbe shouted in anger as he pounced towards Kenshin trying to pin him down to the ground.

Seeing the frenzied Jinbe coming towards him, Kenshin didn't hesitate and started running away as fast as he could while trying to explain himself.

"I didn't do it intentionally! I was just trying to experiment with a new form of conqueror's haki!"

"Didn't do it intentionally my a**! come back here and let me teach you how to behave properly when you stay at some else's house!" Jinbe shouted as he chased Kenshin.

"I'm sorry, Jinbe! please stop chasing me!" Kenshin apologized as he saw Jinbe closing in on him.

But Jinbe didn't even bother listening to Kenshin's reasons and apology when he saw that he was already nearing Kenshin, Jinbe pulled his right arm back and started to conjure energy on his pulled back arm.

"Fishman Karate: Karakusagawara Seiken!"

Jinbe then punched forward releasing all the energy stored in his arm towards Kenshin.

*Swoosh!*

The water between them started warping as Jinbe's attack became visible to the naked eye as it made its way towards Kenshin at a breakneck speed.

Feeling the incoming attack, Kenshin knew that he needed to defend himself so he turned around and spread his arms wide open, and accepted the incoming attack.

As the attack was about to hit Kenshin an invisible shield-like aura surrounded Kenshin's entire body.

*Boom!*

As the attack made contact with the shield Kenshin was sent back flying but he was completely unscathed.

After flipping a few times, Kenshin stabilized his footing and noticed that he wasn't hurt at all, and pumped his fist upwards.

"Yes! I finally did it!" Kenshin shouted in celebration as he knew that he finally used the new form of conqueror's haki he was trying to practice, after learning how to properly control his conqueror's haki he immediately started experimenting on his hypothesis. he started practicing ryou but unlike in the past where he tried to circulate the flow of energy inside his body he was now trying to circulate the newfound force of will that awakened during his stay in Fishman Island.

While Kenshin was still celebrating, Jinbe who finally calmed down arrived and had a dumbfounded look on his face as he saw Kenshin completely fine after taking his attack head-on. he was still blaming himself for trying to pin the blame towards Kenshin even though he was the one who literally destroyed his home but now seeing that he was fine Jinbe could finally sigh in relief.

Seeing Jinbe approaching him Kenshin couldn't contain himself and gave Jinbe a big hug and said, "Thank you so much, Jinbe. I never thought that after I finished my training I would be able to immediately use the technique I've been practicing for the last 4 months.

Jinbe had a confused look on his face but also smiled seeing how happy Kenshin was.

"Are you guys alright?" Fisher Tiger along with Otohime who had a concerned look on her face.

Kenshin then turned his attention at the newly arrived fishmen and nodded his head, "It's all good, Jinbe just helped me learn my new technique."

"Huh?" Fisher Tiger and Otohime had a look of confusion on their faces as they didn't know what happened earlier.

Fisher Tiger then sighed and said, "It is great that none of you got injured, let's go back to the fishman district and let the rest know what happened. you two made the entire fishman district panic earlier.

Kenshin scratched the back of his head and started apologizing while Jinbe could only shake his head.

A/N: The reason why Kenshin could learn advanced conqueror's haki in such a short time is because of his stable foundation.

Remember that in the past few years he has been trying to learn ryou (advanced armament) but fail to master it due to his ignorance of not learning "hardening" first. but now that he awakened his conqueror's haki and learned how to control his force of will, the missing link that was preventing him from mastering ryou was finally filled only by a more powerful haki which is the conqueror's haki.
