Galan met with Olvia, who smiled and said "I docked the ship in a garage." Galan nodded and said "Good. Most likely tonight Iceberg will die." Olvia was stunned and Galan walked away, whispering in a voice only they were able to hear, barely moving his mouth, "Iceberg has knowledge regarding an Ancient Weapon. CP9 threatened Robin with a Buster Call to force her to cooperate because she is the only one who can read Poneglyphs and activate Ancient Weapons."

Olvia was speechless but something strange appeared on her as she gripped him tightly, shaking slightly, "A Buster Call?" Galan paused and let out a breath from his nose, hugging her and covering her body as he put on the appearance of a romantic moment.

He whispered in her ear, "It's nothing to fear, Olvia. I'm here…" he hesitated before saying firmly, "Nobody can hurt you." Olvia froze and looked up at him in a daze, tears spilling down her cheeks as she kissed him deeply, pulling on his coat and standing on her tiptoes.

Galan was stunned but closed his eyes and hugged her waist as he felt someone watching him again.

The look went away after a while and Olvia separated from him, saying with an emotional tone, "I love you, truly." Galan looked at her, slightly absentminded. He gained his bearings and said awkwardly "I know. It's unfortunate." before pulling her away.

Olvia smiled helplessly, saying "You can say it back!" He frowned, "I won't. Hate me." Olvia laughed and shook her head, replying "Impossible." he sighed, saying softly "Then you'll be a very sad woman." she smiled carefreely, "Who knows~"

Galan ignored her nonsense. He was over it, when he died, he would pay for making her sad for an eternity. He didn't care anymore. He wasn't perfect.

They disappeared on the street amongst the laughing onlookers, teasing them as they walked by, making Olvia blush happily. Galan was stone faced as he continued passing through them.

He heard clamoring for the Straw Hats and frowned, it was worse than he thought. These CP9 scum were efficient. However, in reality, there was nothing Galan could do. As he knew before, people were idiotic.

He forgot about this quickly and whispered in Olvia's ear, "You located the bugged snail?" Olvia nodded, "Mhm! I even replaced it with a repeater." as she flashed a snail in her coat.

Galan nodded and said "Good." while looking around, adding "Place the bug in Iceberg's room." Olvia nodded, "Yes, honey~" Galan ignored her address and said "Go." Olvia disappeared in an instant as Galan blended in with the crowd, disappearing like a ghost.

A while later

Olvia and Galan were on a roof.

Olvia was listening to the bug in Iceberg's office with a listening device in her ears, sitting on the edge of the roof, one leg bent and the other dangling from the rooftop.

Galan was watching the Galley-La headquarters with his arms crossed as Olvia narrated "Robin didn't kill him. Ah… CP9 showed up, blah blah… Kaku, Lucci, Kalifa, and Blueno." Galan took a look at the files in his hands, "The Square nose, the Hat guy, secretary, and the bartender. Two foreman, a secretary, and a barkeep for intel… Efficient system."

Olvia turned up to him, saying "Iceberg doesn't have the Blueprints for Pluton. Cutty Flam does. Under the current name Franky." Galan frowned "Franky?" remembering the idiot from the bar this morning before asking "Where is he?"

Olvia held one ear, frowning "Didn't say… Paulie and the Straw Hats are there now. They want to know why Robin is doing this. Ah… Lucci took down Paulie and bragged about being the strongest force in the World Government…"

Her face was a bit funny, Galan rolled his eyes as she giggled "Crazy. A kid who knows a bit of the 6 powers is bragging here… He doesn't even know Haki…" before going back "Robin said that they can't make her wish come true… that's why she left… Oh my poor baby. I'm so sorry…"

She started tearing up and Galan sighed, saying "Olvia…" Olvia wiped her eyes and continued "Place is going up in flames in about 2 minutes. Robin's leaving, Monkey-chan is trying to stop her… Oh god, I'm gonna cry…"

Galan stayed silent, it was as he thought. Buster Call on the Straw Hats, Robin gave herself up for them, Kuzan gave them the ability to do it… but it was out of his expectations for Robin to agree to activate Pluton for them. This was a bit crazy… If it was him, he would've made sure they were safe before killing himself.

Galan frowned, maybe that's what she was trying to do? But where would… Hmm. He narrowed his eyes, "Sea Train still runs for Enies Lobby, right?" Olvia nodded and Galan took out a snail, "Under my orders, these marines are to report to Marineford at once. Send idle forces to replace them on Enies Lobby…"

He started naming all the good Marines that were stationed on Enies Lobby, replacing them with the dirty ones, adding "Immediately, is that understood!?" The Marine replied "Yes, sir!"

At any rate, Enies Lobby was only a few hours from Marineford. By the time the Sea Train arrived, all the Marines on the Island would be scum.

Galan was stoned faced as he sentenced these dirty Marines to death. He didn't even blink. It was far from enough to cleanse the Marineforce, but it was a start. He needed a war if he wanted to get rid of them once and for all…

Galan sighed to himself, like that could ever happen…

He promoted these Marines by one rank and sent them to the Blues, due for departure as soon as they arrived at Marineford. As far as he was concerned he was moving troops around for a difficult problem, maybe it was a bit suspicious that he was on Water 7 and moved troops out before Nico Robin arrived…

But unless they knew that all these Marines were dirty… They wouldn't see a problem. It's normal for Marines to be promoted and moved around.

This was also a test, if the Elders pressed him about this, it meant the person behind them saw through it, making him suspicious.

Galan decided to deal with it as it came, he hoped that idiot in charge really called a Buster Call. Galan would support it with both hands and even send more ships. He would annihilate the island entirely. There was nothing he would rather see.

Olvia took out the earpiece as the building went up in flames, Galan saw the 4 CP9 agents staring at the fire before leaving. He snorted in disgust, if he could kill them right now, he would. He turned to Olvia saying "The people on the ground and in the building." Olvia disappeared instantly as Galan lit a cigarette, looking at the worsening weather.

He tossed the Galley-La files into the raging flame and put his hand in his pocket, turning around to see the raging waves, muttering "Are you going to go to war with the world for her, Luffy…" he exhaled a mouthful of smoke and watched as the waves crashed on the city violently, "That's the only way to save her…"

He pulled out a Warlord letter and looked at it in between his fingers before flicking his wrist.

The letter cut through the air like a sword and stabbed in the ground in front of Nami. He took another drag on his cigarette and exhaled the smoke through his nose "Decisions, decisions…"
