"Hachi, enough with the warnings. We know what we're getting into when we come here." Luffy looked at Hatchan who sighed. They were currently heading to Sabaody Park, but Hatchan can't stop warning them about crossing the Tenryūbito.

" That's the thing, just one warning won't get into a guy like you. If you do anything to get yourself noticed, they'll all be after you in an instant. So just be careful. " Hatchan muttered.

"I get it. And enough with all of this serious stuff already, we're here to have fun, right Camie? " Luffy smiled warmly at Camie who was being carried by Hatchan. Camie matched his smile.

Camie and Hatchan donned some disguises while on Sabaody due to the discrimination by the locals towards their races.

The group soon rented some Bon Chari for 500 Berry per person. It is a mode of transportation on the archipelago. They then started touring some of the sites as they headed toward their destination.

Bon Chari are vehicles that are used to travel around the Sabaody Archipelago. They are affixed inside bubbles, where the user has to pedal in order for the propeller to spin and provide motion to the vehicle.

They do not, however, work outside of the archipelago. The reason for this is that there is no atmosphere like it except for Fish-Man Island.

While the group was generally having fun as they journeyed, they soon stopped and witnessed one of Sabaody's darker aspects.

"Come on!!! Please!!! Somebody help me!!! Let me go, please!!! I don't wanna die!!! Somebody.... Anybody!!! An axe, a saw!!! I don't care what it is, just get me something to destroy this collar!!!! I have a wife and kid back home!! I wanna go back.... Please someone!!!" The person who was shouting desperately is Devil Dias, a pirate and the former captain of the Acumate Pirates. But he was captured and sold as a slave to the family of Celestial Dragon Saint Rosward.

"Don't, Mugiwara! Don't!!" Hatchan shouted at Luffy who was eager to charge in to save the slave.

"He should know that it's useless to try and run!" Hatchan added while gritting his teeth in anger. Camie sobbed and looked away, not wanting to see what happened next.

"If I could just get this collar off me—

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!*

Everyone witnessing this scene was horrified as the neck collar around Dias exploded. Luffy was horrified as he witnessed somebody whom he probably could have saved to die in front of his eyes.

This collar is a device used by slave sellers and the World Nobles, and are strapped around the neck of slaves. They are connected to a chain, which if broken, will cause the collar to explode.

The civilians in the vicinity screamed in horror as they ran away from him. They feared the Tenryūbito, so they did not want to do anything with him.

The Straw Hats all stepped back a little as they saw a dog approaching the burnt and severely injured Dias.

The dog's name is Saru and it is the pet dog of two of the Tenryūbito, Saint Rosward and Saint Shalria.

It wore a helmet to 'protect' itself from the outside air that commoners breathe. It has the appearance and color of the toy dog breed pug. However, its legs and body are longer than normal and its tail does not curl.

"Get on your knees and don't meet their eyes whatsoever. Don't touch it, the Tenryūbito are right behind it. " Hatchan warned everyone. To not lower themselves to this kind of humiliation, they simply backed up further from the scene.

Saru started urinating on Dias. "Oh my, how vulgar, Saru. Alas, dear father, yet another has been ruined." A woman said while approaching Dias.

" Did you ensure to give him his tranquilizer every day? " An older man asked her.

" Of course, but it has little effect on fools. You shall simply have to buy another. " The woman replied. The Straw Hats got a good look at her.

She is Saint Shalria, a Tenryūbito. She is the younger sister of Saint Charlos and the daughter of Saint Rosward.

Like other World Nobles she is dressed in a thick white suit with medal-like knobs which supplies her with oxygen to save her sharing the same air as commoners.

The collar of her suit has a flower-like pattern with lace at the top. The flower pattern on her suit repeats at the sides of her skirt. Her hair inside the bubble is styled upwards, forming a curl above her head.

She wears a veil over the lower half of her face and light orange tinted shades over her eyes. She also wears heart-shaped earrings.

"Your disciplining skills are truly terrible, ruining my captain collection one after another." Her father, Saint Rosward grumbled. Saint Rosward is an older man with a hairstyle that curls upward, which is shared with his children.

He has a curly black mustache and a fluffy gray beard, and wears black shades. Like all other World Nobles, Rosward wears a thick white suit with medal-like knobs and a bubble over his head to prevent himself from breathing the same air as the commoners. His suit included a thick white cape. He also wields a walking cane that hides a rifle.

The guy apparently has a 'Pirate Captain collection'. A demon-like man is crawling behind him.

He is Jean Bart, Saint Rosward's slave, being part of his Pirate Captain Collection. He is a large man with a fierce looking face comparable to a guard animal.

His size surpasses that of Jinbe by roughly two to three times, being able to catch and carry him easily. He has flame-shaped tattoos on his forehead and a scar running above his right eye.

He often bares his teeth. He has large sideburns that line the sides of his face as well as a long mane that runs down his back. Shalria kicked Dias in the face a couple of times. "Oh, he is certainly useless now. So you meet your end amidst the crying of families and grown men.... a mere human such as yourself.... Frankly, it sickens me. " Shalria took out a pistol and shot Dias straight through the chest.

*BANG!!!*

The shot was heard all around the vicinity as everyone watched in shock. The Tenryūbito and their giant slave walked away while discussing what kind of slave they should buy next.

"Why I oughta—

" Luffy! Please don't do this!! " Robin shouted as she started restraining him by sprouting two hundred hands. Her maximum limit increased due to training extensively in it.

The group was training extremely hard to restrain their enraged captain who wanted to murder the two Tenryūbito.

"These guys can do just about anything because they have the blood of the creator in their veins. " Pappag muttered while everyone was restraining Luffy.

" What do you mean, Pappag?" Nami asked while calming Luffy down by whispering sweet things into his ear.

"Approximately 800 years ago, a group of 20 kings formed a mighty group known as the World Government. The Tenryūbito are their descendants and over those years, they have certainly been abusing their incredible influence. "

" I've actually had some experience in dealing with nobles and Tenryūbito. Not directly, but I did foil their plans. " Luffy revealed after leaving the sickening scene they just witnessed.

Everyone was in shock, Luffy especially. He never knew a person could be so disgusting in the heart. They tried to move on but that scene will definitely linger forever in their minds and hearts.

"Really?" Nami looked at him with a surprised expression. Luffy laughed a little.

"I did! I've told you before that I was raised in Dawn Island in the East Blue. It's where my father, gramps and Ace grew up. It's also the starting point of my journey into piracy." Luffy recounted, the crew nodded, remembering that information he told them a long time ago.

Hatchan, Camie and Pappag listened intently. The fact that Luffy indirectly defied the Tenryūbito interested them greatly.

"There was this massive junkyard called Gray Terminal. It's filled with unwanted goods and people ejected from the city of Goa. In order to pass inspection by the World Government in preparation for the arrival of a World Noble, the royal family planned to burn the Gray Terminal and all its inhabitants." Luffy explained, shocking them.

" Wow, they really are evil. But that's not a surprise." Camie whispered.

" They hired a group of pirates called the Bluejam Pirates to place gunpowder and oil around the Terminal with the false hope of nobility. Me, Ace and Sabo heard about it and we decided to stop it." Luffy went on.

"The three of us killed the Bluejam Pirates but the fire already started and got out of hand. That's where I first met dad. He also heard about the burning of Gray Terminal and extinguished the fire with some unknown wind ability, taking away the inhabitants of Gray Terminal back with him too. " Luffy continued the story with a nostalgic smile on his face.

" How old were you back then, Luffy-chin?" Camie asked him. Luffy grinned at her.

"9." Luffy replied, shocking her greatly. Usopp whistled.

" Captain's already this cool when he was nine. Damn, I have so much catching up to do." Usopp clenched his fists. This story somehow made him even more determined to get stronger and achieve his dream.

They arrived at Grove 13. Camie and Hatchan wanted to introduce the crew to somebody. They arrived in front of a bar.

"Shakky's Rip-off Bar, hope it's not as true as it sounds. It really does give off a rip-off vibe though." Kaya whispered, not wanting to get tricked at all.

"It looks atrocious." Luffy commented bluntly.

"It's okay, they're good humans. I promise." Camie assured them confidently.

Hatchan opened the door to the bar. "I wonder if Rayleigh and Shakky are here?" He wondered and stopped as he saw something surprising in front of him.

There was a woman holding a bloody and groaning man by his collar. She was smoking while looking at him.

She is Shakuyaku, most commonly known by her nickname Shakky, and is the bartender of Shakky's Rip-off Bar. She lives on the Sabaody Archipelago with her romantic partner Silvers Rayleigh.

Shakky is a relatively slim and tall woman with short black hair, with two tufts pointing upwards and is always seen smoking a cigarette. She looks very young despite her old age, which is 62.

She typically wears a pink, V-neck t-shirt that exposes her stomach with a black spider on it beneath a black jacket with pink lines running down the sleeves that has a collar with wing-like cuffs.

She also wears a yellow beaded necklace, pants that have a giraffe-like pattern, and a belt with a white cardigan tied around it. She also wears white shoes and has painted fingernails.

Shakky looked at Hatchan who was happily grinning at her.

"Welcome, what can I do for you?... My, my.... Hatchan!!! It's been too long!! "
