77 Destruction

"You're Alvida, right?" Luffy grinned and pointed at her.

"What changed?" Luffy asked her. Alvida smiled.

"I ate the Sube Sube no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that makes my body smooth and slippery. Not only that it also my acne 'slipped off' when I ate it!" Alvida explained proudly.

" Oh! So maybe that's why you went from an overweight frog to an angel from Heaven! The fat must've slipped off you too! " Luffy realized while grinning at her. Alvida was horrified.

" So..... so I really was ugly before I ate it huh.... " She whispered before shaking her head. She then smiled at him and palmed her cheek.

"I can still feel the heavy punch you gave me ya know. I've decided Luffy, you must be mine!" Alvida declared. Luffy laughed.

" Then join my crew if you want to be with me so badly!!" Luffy replied and widened his eyes the fountain exploded behind her.

A large broken piece of the fountain was flying towards Alvida. But when it touched her, it literally slipped off her and flew away.

Luffy widened his eyes as he saw Buggy come out of the smoke made by the explosion.

Buggy seemed to have rebuilt his crew. But Luffy wasn't all that surprised about that. Suddenly, someone dove towards him.

Luffy looked and jumped up towards Cabaji. He grabbed him by the neck and threw him down towards the execution platform.

Cabaji slammed through the platform, destroying it. Luffy then landed perfectly on Cabaji's stomach, making him spit out large amounts of blood.

With Soru, his crew all appeared beside him. Luffy hummed as he stared at Buggy and Alvida.

"There was a guy riding a lion who tried to set the Going Merry on fire. Thankfully Kaya was already back at the ship or else we would be stranded here." Usopp reported to Luffy.

" Also Luffy, there's a storm coming. The pressure and the weather has decreased. I also saw the clouds coming from the East. Those are the signs of the storm." Nami added.

" Then we better deal with this quickly. " Zoro muttered and unsheathed his katanas. Luffy grinned at his new collection.

"This is Sandai Kitetsu and this is Yubashiri." Zoro muttered before assuming the Three Sword Style stance.

The citizens have already run away, clearing the large town square completely for them to completely destroy it.

"Santōryū: Hyakuhachi Pound Ho!!!"

Zoro sent out three giant blue colored compressed air blades at his enemies. The blades completely engulfed the Buggy Pirates, killing most of them instantly.

"Who's that hot girl with Buggy over there?" Sanji wondered while blowing out smoke from her cigarette.

"Do you wanna fight her or something?" Zoro asked her. Sanji glared at him.

"I thought I told you that I don't fight girls even if it costs me my kife." Sanji replied. Zoro scoffed.

" And I thought I told you that's the most stupid shit I've ever heard in my life. You're life matters more than someone else's in those situations, just saying."

" That's Alvida. " Luffy replied. Sanji scowled at Zoro who smirked before he looked back at Luffy.

" As in Iron Mace Alvida? I thought she was overweight and ugly? " Zoro pointed out.

" She ate the Sube Sube no Mi, making her a smooth and slippery woman. Her excess fat literally slipped off her. " Luffy explained, making Zoro blink.

"Whatever she ate, it seems our attacks won't work if it slips off her body." Zoro replied as she looked at the unharmed Alvida.

Buggy who separated his body into pieces to avoid the attacks, returned back to normal and grinned at Zoro.

"Gyahahahahaha!!!! Roronoa Zoro!! Even if you've gotten stronger in these past few months!! You all still can't do shit to a Devil Fruit user like mel! " Buggy bragged. Zoro snorted.

'That's because we don't have Busoshoku Haki yet, bastard clown! If we did, you would've been dead after that attack! Alvida too!' Zoro thought in her mind.

"Have you guys loaded the things you got here?" Luffy asked his crew. They nodded back at him.

"Alright then. That means we get to fight to our hearts content. Show us how five months of training can change the whole game." Luffy declared.

"Marines!!! Surrender!!! Put your weapons down and raise your hands up!!! "

Everyone looked at a unit of Marines who were pointing their muskets at them. Luffy grinned at them.

"So you're finally here! Change of plans! We have to repeat what Ace did!!" Luffy declared and looked at his crew.

" Everyone! Let's go back to the Going Merry!!" Luffy ordered.

" Stop right there, pirate bastards!!! "

*BAAANG!!!!*

The Marines fired at the retreating Straw Hat Pirates. Zoro and Luffy turned back. Zoro started slicing the bullets while Luffy bounced them away with his rubbery body. They bought them for the rest of the crew to run away.

"Roronoa Zoro!!"

Everyone looked at a woman who was glaring angrily at Zoro. She has dark brown eyes and wears her black hair between chin- and shoulder-length. She wears rectangular glasses with red frames.

"Kuina?" Zoro whispered but slapped himself immediately.

"She's dead, Zoro. This is another person who looks like her." He grumbled and looked at the woman who was remarkably similar to the late Kuina, Zoro's childhood friend.

She was seen wearing short-sleeved shirts of varying different colors and designs but she covered them with her white-trimmed, waist-length blue leather coat.

She tended to wear dark blue jeans with black shoes but also paired white capris with tan shoes.

Her name is Tashigi and she is a Master Chief Petty Officer in Loguetown, the thirteenth highest rank in the Marines.

"Sergeant Tashigi!!" The Marines shouted in shock. Zoro smirked.

"So you're really a Marine huh, Tashigi?" Zoro commented.

" You know her? " Luffy asked her. Zoro nodded.

" Mhm. I saw her defeating two pirates a while ago. She was there when I got Sandai Kitetsu and Yubashiri for free. " Zoro explained.

" Free? Wow, you must've done something cool. " Luffy grinned at her. Zoro smirked.

" You have no idea, Luffy. " Zoro replied.

" You must be so proud that you tricked me!! I can't forgive you now!! I will take Wado Ichimonji from you!!" Tashigi declared. Zoro smirked and unsheathed Wado Ichimonji.

" Try me, Marine. You go first, captain. I'll hold her off. " Zoro told Luffy who used Soru to quickly disappear.

Tashigi unsheathed her own katana, Shigure which is one of the Grade swords. It is a normal katana with a blue handle and a blue guard with a four-petaled design.

The blade itself is normal. The sheath is elaborate, with the first half being a green and bumpy design, while the second half is white and smooth. There are circular designs embedded on the entire sheath.

They rushed towards each other. Tashigi widened her eyes in shock as Zoro closed the distance between them in about a second.

Their blades clashed. Zoro being the one with more psychical strength, quickly overpowered Tashigi.

He jumped back a little and let Tashigi attack him. Zoro quickly parried her attack, Tashigi's blade Shigure flew away when he parried it.

Zoro then pointed Wado Ichimonji at her throat. "No matter what happens, I will never give this sword to anyone. You're pretty weak for a Marine working under Smoker. And no, it's not because you're a woman. " Zoro quickly shut down Tashigi's attempt at arguing against her.

"Train, Tashigi. If you want to accomplish your goal then get stronger or else you'll die as a nobody. " Zoro grumbled before sheathing Wado Ichimonji and walked away, leaving Tashigi looking at his back with an expression of shock.

"You came, Mugiwara no Luffy."

Luffy stopped when he was faced with an unknown person.

He is a muscular, white-haired and brown-eyed man, with a distinct trait of always being seen smoking two cigars at once.

He wears a large thick white and blue specialist marine jacket which he keeps open, with greenish fur lining the neck, wrists, and hem. The jacket bears the kanji for "justice" written on the back of it.

Many cigars are strapped to the jacket He carries a Seastone-tipped jitte as his weapon.

He also wears brown leather gloves, blue jeans with a brown belt, and large military-issue brown leather boots.

This is Smoker the White Hunter. He is a Marine captain in Loguetown. He has eaten the Moku Moku no Mi which is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into smoke at will.

"Ah, you're Smoker aren't you?" Luffy grinned at him. Smoker narrowed his eyes and unsheathed his jitte.

"Yes, and I will also be the one who stops you from going into the Grand Line." Smoker declared. Luffy laughed.

"Stop me? You couldn't stop Ace, what makes you think you can stop me, her sworn lover?" Luffy grinned as he unsheathed his cutlass.

"Wh-what? S-sworn lover? You two know each other?" Smoker muttered, confused as hell. Luffy smirked.

"We grew up in the same village. But enough talk! Let's fight!"
