26 Attack

"Surprise Motherfucker!!" Ace shouted before slamming one of the pirates in the head with her metal pole.

Sabo did the same with another. Luffy rushed past them and cut down three of them with his cutlass.

"Sabo! Ace! I'm gonna go deal with the ones with ranged weapons!"

" Ya got it Luffy!! " Sabo shouted back. He and Ace stood beside each other back to back.

Luffy immediately looked at a pirate who pointed his flintlock at him. He used Soru to suddenly appear in front of him.

*SHING!!!*

*PSSH!!!*

The pirate was cut down by Luffy. Luffy then started to deal with the rest of the pirates who had flintlocks.

Sabo and Ace were tag teaming. They were focusing on one opponent at a time. The Bluejam Pirates realized what was going on and quickly retaliated. The Bluejam Pirates weren't much as they were fighting sloppily. Almost half of the crew were in jail courtesy of Garp turning them in after Porchemy took them to confront Ace and Luffy.

Luffy was finished with the last of the pirates who had ranged weapons. He looked at Ace and Sabo who were bashing a man with their respective metal poles.

Luffy then jumped away to avoid a slash of a long, standard pirate sabre. He turned around and was faced with the captain of the Bluejam Pirates, Bluejam himself.

Bluejam was a rather tall man with short hair on the top of his head, that is fashioned in a striped manner, while the hair flowed down long and unkempt down his sides.

It seemed half of his molars were missing in an alternating pattern, and he wore a traditional captain's jacket over a white shirt. His height was 261cm(8'7") and he had a bounty worth 14,300,000 Belly.

"So you are the brats that are influencing Outlook III's kid." Bluejam commented. Ace and Sabo arrived beside Luffy and assumed a fighting stance.

"Influencing who? We don't have a father named Outlook." Luffy asked him with a serious expression. Bluejam laughed and pointed at Sabo who widened his eyes.

"He has a father, who is a noble named Outlook. He's a noble, and he shouldn't be here getting influenced by thieves and killers." Bluejam revealed. Luffy and Ace stepped up.

" I think you need to shut up. Sabo is our friend, we don't give a shit if he's a noble! If he hangs around us then he isn't one! Ace declared much to Sabo's shock. Luffy grinned.

"If he left the life of the noble, then there must be something wrong with that life! Did his father hire you to capture him? " Luffy asked. Bluejam laughed.

" Precisely! Don't get in my way, this is a grown up's business! I'll kill you if you do! " Bluejam shouted. Luffy's grin widened.

" I don't care! Gomu Gomu no..... " Luffy stretched his left arm backwards drastically. Bluejam widened his eyes in shock.

" PISTOL!!!"

*BAAAM!!!!!*

Fortunately for Bluejam, he reacted fast enough to block Luffy's attack. Luffy's stretched arm retracted back into place.

Luffy went in and he started clashing with Bluejam. Despite being the larger one in the fight, Bluejam was losing dramatically.

Luffy had speed that Bluejam had never seen before. Luffy suddenly disappeared, using Soru and reappeared behind him.

*PSSSH!!!!*

Bluejam had multiple large cuts on his large body. He dropped his weapons and fell down on the ground.

Ace took the chance to kick his flintlock and saber away. Luffy stood in front of him while pointing at Bluejam with his cutlass.

Bluejam started laughing loudly which made Luffy and his friends narrow his eyes. "You're too late! This place is gonna blow up and you're gonna get caught up in it!" Bluejam revealed.

"What—

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!*

Explosions occurred all over Grey Terminal, catching everything on fire. The trio of friends were shook by the sudden explosion.

Luffy growled and took out his flintlock. He pointed the flintlock at Bluejam and pulled the trigger.

*BANG!!!*

Luffy shot Bluejam in the head, killing him. He looked at Ace and Sabo who were gritting their teeth as fire started surrounding them on all sides.

Luffy cursed loudly. He pulled Sabo and Ace closer to him. He wrapped his rubbery arms around them, protecting them.

"Oi! Idiot! What are you doing!?" Ace asked him.

"Protecting you guys! " Luffy answered her with a grin on his face. Ace growled angrily.

" You're gonna get yourself killed—

"I don't care!" Luffy answered and pulled them closer a little. The fire advanced towards them rapidly.

"Hey! We're still best friends even after we're dead right?!" Luffy asked them. Sabo laughed.

"Hell yeah!" He replied loudly. Ace smirked and nodded.

"Hell yeah." She muttered while putting her head on Luffy's chest. She could hear his fast heartbeat, even though the fire was roaring loudly. Luffy closed his eyes, waiting for the fire to consume him.

Suddenly, strong blasts of wind occurred out of nowhere and started clashing with the flames. The flames around Grey Terminal quickly died down after a few seconds of clashing with the strong wind.

The trio of friends were forced to grab onto Luffy who gritted his teeth as he stabbed his cutlass to the ground and had to resist the gust of wind.

The wind then suddenly stopped. Ace and Sabo landed back onto the ground and sighed in relief.

Luffy grinned at them. "Well, guess we're not dying today." Luffy helped them get up. Suddenly, a very tall shadow towered over them.

Sabo and Ace gulped as they stared at the cloaked man looking down at them. Luffy who had his back turned towards the man was looking at his friends with a confused face.

"What's wrong guys?" He asked them. Sabo raised a shaking hand and pointed at someone behind Luffy.

"T-t-turn around!!" Sabo shouted. Ace nodded repeatedly. Luffy turned around and was face with a very tall man. He looked up.

The man took off the hood that was hiding who he was. He grinned at them. Luffy got a good look at his face.

He was looking at a tall middle-aged man with spiky black hair with a widow's peak and a tattoo on the left side of his face, which is colored bright red.

He has a bit of stubble on his chin. He is dressed in a long green cloak, underneath which he wears an orange garb. His height is 256cm(8'5").

The extremely tall man grinned down at Luffy who looked at him with a confused expression.

"Hey kid, are you Monkey D Luffy?"
