Hmm.. the stats are good for this body which is supposed to be only 13 years old. The high spirit stat must be due to my transmigration.

I'm not baffled by this game like screen anymore as it's been more than two hours since I woke up in this new body on a small island.

First of all I lived in a city and ocean was nowhere near it and my new body so I have to accept that I'm reincarnated or something. Well I've read many novels and fanfictions but never excepted to find myself in such situation though.

Now my first purpose should be finding a human settlement so it's time to walk I guess.

I've been walking for more than half an hour already and finally see a wooden fence ahead. I'm still not completely used to this new body so walking so much tired me a lot.

There are no guards or anything so I manage to walk inside the village easily. Many people are gazing at me but it does not seem like they recognize me.

Well I hoped that they can recognize this new body of mine though as I have no memories of it like in fanfictions.

Interacting with the villagers is not hard as somehow I can speak and read language of this world even though I've never learned it.

For starters , I manage to get a small job of chopping wood. A middle aged uncle will give me some money after I finish the job and according to him it should be enough to rent a room in the only inn inside the village.

I'm happy to know that there exists an inn here because it means that at least there are tourists visiting this place regularly.

On this island there is only one village and rest is a tall mountain and forest. I'm going to leave this island by hook or crook when a ship arrives.

But soon I change my mind when I accidentally read a newspaper which was lying on the ground.

ONE PIECE! These words come to mind immediately after I read the newspaper.

A world filled with pirates and currency is berries. Plus the fact that this island is supposed to be located in Grand Line. So of course it's the world of One Piece.

Honestly now my heart is beating fast and I know the reason which is not nervousness but excitement instead.

This is a world filled with adventure and I've a cheat system or something like that which is easy to know as I've game panel from before.

Level is mentioned there so it means that I can increase my level and learn skills. I hate to train my body as its painful and exhausting but I have a hunch that I can level up by killing creatures.

Call it instinct but I have feeling that its correct. To test one of my doubts, I snuck out of the inn at night and go to blacksmith shop.

There surspringly the door is not locked so I borrow a broken sword and dash straight towards the forest nearby.

Its broken anyway so the store owner should not mind it.

I swing my sword aiming at the tree bark in front me and a pop up appeared in front of my eyes which make me grin with excitement.

Well now I've basically confirmed that like in the gamer manhwa, I can learn skills by doing repeated actions or something like that.

I dont know if my system is the same as the one in manhwa so I have to test its limits myself. Anyway let's go sleep today and take action tomorrow morning.

One thing is clear though. I definitely have to change this lazy personality of mine if I have to live in this world. I will work on it then.

Two days have passed and I can say that I've more or less got the basic concept of system.

It's not the same as in the manhwa but still similar and overpowered.

I say that it's not the same because I cant seem to learn the strongest signature skills of Gamer which are Observe, ID Create and ID Escape.

Its a bummer as if I could create instant dungeons then I could level up way faster and easily.

Second point is that I dont have the two signature skills of the Gamer which are Gamer's Mind and Gamer's Body. So I can not hope to be immune to illusions or cure all body ailments with just eight hours of sleep.

Well I'm very disappointed but who am I to complain as I've already obtained a cheat power for basically free.

I've spent these two days doing few things except for trying to learn new skills. Wake up, Chop Wood with a sword, Collect information, Train and then sleep.

Yes, I've changed my mind and decided to train my body anyway. The reason being that I've discovered that it's not that difficult to currently increase my stats. Maybe because they are low so I have room to improve quick.

It's still exhausting but at the same time its refreshing and happy feeling to feel the reward of my hard work in the form of gaining body stats plus leveling up my skills.

Oh... and by the way, it looks like a skill was created when I was trying to create Observe skill.

Basic Information Skill Level max

When I use it, I dont get huge information about my target like Observe skill but still the basic information about their body stats can be obtained instead.

For example the strongest in this village seems to be the Mayor as his stats are :

Strength - 70

Speed - 79

Vitality - 90

Spirit - 40

It means that he has seven to eight times more stat points compared to ordinary adult. Still I dont pay much attention to him as in this world where people can easily lift tons of weight and shatter mountains with a punch, such status is very weak.

Anyway, I've also decided my initial goal in this world after thinking a lot which is to become a bounty hunter.

Marines are basically corrupt and besides I dont want to become subordinates of World Government and Celestial Dragons.

A life of free pirate sounds nice but the danger involved will be too much so I've discarded the idea to become one.

Revolutionary Army is no go too but I will try to help them in future if I feel like it.

So the remaining occupation is bounty hunter. I can travel wherever I want to while cleaning trash of the sea which are scum pirates. This way, I can gain fighting expression, money and the most important experience points. Most of all, I will not be president chased by the marines like pirates.

So many merits so I resolutely choose Bounty Hunter as my occupation.

There is a forest and mountain with strong beasts on this island. So I've decided to train here and leave once I can no longer obtain any benifits by staying here. Until then a peaceful life while becoming stronger does not sound bad to me...
