Once in a life time

It was a rainy night in Brazil, I had just finished watching the new episode of One Piece, and I couldn't help but think about the mc's of all of my favorite anime and comics.

'Like if I had their talents and luck I would've already achieved their dreams and more.'

Walking to my bed, I laid down and close my eyes remembering that I have another mission the next day. But as soon as I closed my eyes I was brought to a dream like place, it was similar to the one Naruto would go to to visit the nine tailed beast.

Looking up I saw a humanoid shape light, I couldn't see much detail but I was caught by surprise when it talked to me. "I am the God of Fantasy and Action, nice to meet you child"

I was surprise at first but then I regained my composure, now I could tell that it was a male from the deep voice and Adam's apple that came into my view after I walked closer to the 'God' that seemed to be in his 30s with long golden hair, he continued with a smiling face "You said that you could accomplish more than the characters I consider top class works of creation?".

After hearing this question I was reminded of the many fan-fiction novels that I read in the past where the main character dies and is transported to another world after receiving a second chance. I couldn't help but ask "Am I dead?" with a face of fright, I was only 20 years old, although I'm an orphaned I still had a lot to live for. "No, you are in the space between reality and fantasy"

I was relieve to hear that but before I could ask another question... "Answer my question child!", the God ask in an authoritative tone, after fully understanding and digesting the situation I was in I replied, " Yes, If I had their talents and luck" I also added.

The God look at me as if pondering over something and then said, "Well I will give you the opportunity to prove your claim by rising to a higher status in the worlds of those character than they did, come closer" he said.

"Wait so what happens to my life in this world?, will I die?, can I come back? where are you sending me?" I frantically asked,

'I can already guess what was about to happen'

The God replied with a smirk "I am sending you to the world of One Piece, your body will cease to exist in this world and yes if you die there you will permanently die, but worry not for if you can accomplish more than the son of destiny in the world of One Piece I will grant you immortality, and even allow you to bring someone from the One Piece world into this one along with your body from the One Piece world.

Shock, I was shock, 'once in a life time could not describe this at all' I thought.

After regaining my composure I said with a smiling face after regaining my composure "Deal!".

The God had a pleased look and was about to touch my head before I remembered something and I shouted frantically "Wait!, Wait! What talents am I gonna get and remember luck, I said if I had their luck, without that I might die as soon as I arrive there".

The God paused for a moment before saying "Well I was gonna give them to you myself, like the body trait of Hashirama Senju from Naruto and a logia devil fruit from One Piece, I was even gonna give you a system to guide you since you are not from that world but I can let you decide". 'Hashirama again' I thought to my self.

I remember in almost all of the fan-fiction novels I read, the main character always gets Hashirama Senju's strong body and healing physique but I am different. "What can I chose?" I said. The God replied "You can choose the physique you're gonna have, a divil fruit, and what two abilities you want your system to have outside of showing you your body stats since that's the main feature "

I pondered for a moment then I said "I don't want Hashirama's physique, I want the physique of a Saiyan that allows them to get infinitely stronger the more battles they experience and the innate mindset of a warrior".

The God seem surprised by my request for the first time since we meet, but quickly regain his neutral expression before saying, "hmm.. ok that's doable but you can't transform like the Saiyans, so what devil fruit do you want?".

I was happy that my request was granted but I quickly regained my composure, I said "Can I create one that doesn't exist? a logia space space fruit, well I don't know if it exist since I haven't read the manga, and I have only watched the anime up to the start of the Wano Arc, but if does I want it".

"No problem, now what two what two abilities do you want your system to have?" the God replied nonchalantly. It was after seeing his expression that I remembered the weakness of devil fruits and immediately said "Can you take away the weakness of the devil fruit? this shouldn't be hard for you would it?".

Surprisingly he said with the same nonchalant expression on his face "Sure, sure, no problem but... you are gonna have to sacrifice some of your luck". I wasn't surprise by this to be honest as I knew all main characters have a special trait about them that makes them unique. "So how does this luck trait work, how do I know its value?".

The God replied "it will show up on the system interface with your other stats, anyways you're gonna lose half and quarter of your luck stat, that means it's probably gonna be average compare to the people of the fantasy worlds". After thinking about it for a while I agreed knowing that it's a worthwhile sacrifice.

"Ok lets move on to the system, I want it to have the ability to assist me in learning skills faster and easier, because like you said I am not of that world in nature". The God replied with his usual neutral face "Ok, if you come across a learnable skill the system will transfer its information into your head but you still have to practice it to get better at the skill otherwise it will remain at the elementary level".

"By the way, when or if you reach the Captain rank power level, the system will disappear because it is simply there to guide you until you have adapted to that world" The God added.

I nodded since it kind of makes sense and said "And also give it the ability to map the whole One Piece world with features such as..." "No" before I could finish the God yelled in an impatient tone,

"That's more of an advantage than any top class main character, especially in the One Piece world, where the world resolves around discovering secretes and adventuring, so chose something else".

It was until then that realize that I was asking for too much. I then said with a pleading face "Well instead of a system ability can I decide the origin of my body in the One Piece world?". The God hesitated for a moment before agreeing.

I immediately said before he changed his mind "Make me the twin brother of Luffy, fraternal twin to be exact because I don't wanna look like him, and can you let me get back my first name Gan?".
