27 Chapter 27 - Alvida? Fallen in Love? The New Straw Hats Pirates!

At the port of Loguetown.

A huge pirate ship docked at the port, its imposing and impressive size contrasting with the small ships around it. And everyone realized it was a pirate ship thanks to the jolly rogers that proudly displayed a skull with crossed bones behind a big... red nose.

"Gyaahahahahaha, I will kill that flashy bastard in the most flashily way possible! Luffy, just wait until I find you here!"

A voice sounded from inside the ship as soon as the plank was put in the port for the crew to disembark. And soon after came the owner of the voice.

An average-sized blue-haired man with an appearance resembling that of a clown, and of course a huge red nose on his face. To complement the costume he had crossbones going down his face forming an X and also had two blue lines near both of his eyes, red lipstick and his jolly roger on his hat.

And he is Buggy, The Clown!

One of the greatest pirates of the East Blue, carrying a terrifying power and fame that no one could understand. There was a legend that he is immortal, and that he could not be killed by any sword! The natural enemy of the swordsmen!

"Buggy, we've heard this a thousand times. We get it, you're angry at Luffy. Now let's get out of here, I can't stand the looks of these pigs anymore."

And next to him, a very beautiful woman casually commented as she descended from the ship to the port. Her gaze was indifferent and she carried an iron mace on her shoulders.

This slim, well-endowed woman, had dark-green eyes and long wavy black hair. Wearing a cowboy hat, she dressed in a very unique way: pearl necklace, a bikini top, and tight Capri-length pants. Also, there was a purple coat draped over her shoulders.

Her beauty was exceptional, and combined with her slim body and extremely smooth skin, her charm could enchant any weak man.

She is Iron Mace Alvida! A minor pirate in the East Blue, the very one responsible for attacking the ship Noah was on. But at that moment she was completely different from her current appearance. Very different...

"I can complain however I want!" Buggy got annoyed again with Alvida's casual comment, shifting his anger to her, "That flashy scoundrel only brought problems for me! And also that Pirate Hunter, Zoro! He retired half of my flashy crew with the amount of damage he inflicted on them!"

"Okay, okay, you're right…" While pretending to remove something from her ear, Alvida subtly plugged her ears with her pinky finger to avoid hearing more of Buggy's nonsense, 'I only joined this clown to be able to have my revenge against Luffy. I didn't know he would get so excited.'

After the events that occurred in Orange Town, where Luffy and Zoro appeared out of nowhere and practically defeated all of Buggy's pirates, they both made an agreement to form the Buggy and Alvida Alliance.

And at the moment they were walking out of the ship to prepare their plans, a seagull dropped a newspaper on them, which coincidentally fell into the hands of Alvida.

'Urgent News!' 'New Monster of the East Blue Emerges!' 'The Menacing Pirate Noah D. Avery!'

"New monster of the East Blue? Who the hell is Noah D. Avery?" Alvida huffed a little when she saw the headlines in the newspaper and then searched a bit among the sheets, finally finding the corresponding wanted poster.

And then her heart stopped beating a little.

And then it beat rapidly again.

Her eyes slowly seemed to take on a heart shape and her mouth opened wider and wider as she stared intently at the man in the photo.

It was as if Cupid had taken several flintlock pistols and shot her heart multiple times.

She, who felt true admiration for men stronger than her, had a certain emotion for Luffy since he defeated her. It was like a feeling of admiration with a desire for something more.

But now... This handsome and unknown man, with the highest reward in the East Blue, seemed to have captured all the admiration she could have and concentrated it on him. As if he were the object of her worship in regards to masculinity, the model she wants for herself and to build her own family!

He was the man of her dreams!

"What the hell are you doing looking at nothing!?" Buggy came up to her when he noticed she had been standing for too long after picking up the newspaper.

And after seeing the new wanted poster, his eyes almost popped out of their sockets when he saw the large number!

"Fifty million!?!?!? Did this guy happen to flashily destroy an ISLAND!?!?!?" Snatching the poster from Alvida's hands, Buggy closely looked at Noah's face and then at the things he had done. And then he started to laugh, "Gyahahahaha, this guy really killed all of the Arlong Pirates! And he even killed that half-punk Captain Nezumi. Now that's a real pirate."

And after thinking a bit, his smile got even bigger, going from one side to the other.

"I have to find him! He must join my crew and we will go to the Grand Line!"

"I agree!" Alvida immediately snatched the bounty from Buggy's hands and nodded. His words now seemed like music to her ears, fitting perfectly into her plans of finding this man, "You can count on my help."

"Great! So let's first flashily kill that boy Luffy and Zoro and then flashily go to the Grand Line looking for this flashy new monster. He certainly won't opt to stay here in this small East Blue!"

After making this decision, the first thing they would do would be to set up the trap in the town and capture the two. And with that in mind, they all started to leave the port.

But as soon as they did that, they realized that a large number of sailors ran towards them immediately!

"Run-" Buggy was about to order the retreat when he saw the soldiers passing through them as if they were nothing and continued their paths.

"Captain Smoker said the pirate would be leaving town from here! Get in formation!"

The group leader immediately gave orders and soon the group of soldiers positioned themselves on a wide street that gave access to the city to the port.

And after a few moments, an irritated voice of a man sounded in the distance, coming from the street. Mixed with this voice was a noise of footsteps and struggles, with occasional screams.

"DON'T LET HIM ESCAPE! HE'S CLIMBING THE BUILDING!"

And at the signal of his voice, a tall man with white hair jumped from a building next to the soldiers.

"Woooohoo!"

Along with the jump, some air waves seemed to carry the young adult forward, as if his body could float for a few moments. And after doing a somersault in the air, he landed firmly on top of a metal pole with a smile on his face.

"I always wanted to do this!" With his heart beating loudly, Noah recalled his escape from Loguetown so far and almost laughed, 'A great parkour workout while people try to catch me! Exciting!'

Looking around, he found himself surrounded on all sides by the marines, and Smoker was running at full speed in the distance with Tashigi by his side.

As he looked at everyone, his vision suddenly focused on an unusual pair. A beautiful woman carrying an iron mace and a clown looking at him with his mouth open.

'Alvida and Buggy? Should I greet-' He was still thinking when suddenly a chill ran down his spine, "Oops, no shooting!"

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

With the sound of several shots fired by the navy's flintlock rifles, a wind tornado suddenly formed around Noah as he jumped away again.

And just taking a look at Alvida from a distance, he smiled and kept running.

"GET HIM, HIS SHIP MUST NOT-" Smoker was yelling at the soldiers when suddenly his eyes widened.

A ship very similar to a Marine one, but with black sails and a pirate dolly roger that he had never seen appeared from behind the other ships at the post.

And when Noah saw it, his eyes sparkled as he jumped high and began to climb a ship in front of him in a set of complex movements, almost like a real Assassin with superpowers!

And after reaching the top of the mast, he jumped!

Swoosh!

And with his wind powers, he was carried and his body skillfully circulated through the air until he fell at the end of one of the sails.

"See you later, ciggie." Speaking softly to himself, he smiled at the furious Smoker in the distance, feeling satisfied with what he had done.

"DAMN IT!" Smoker roared in anger and immediately ordered his soldiers, "Get some Marine ships and chase them! He won't get far before we capture him!"

"Will the Captain also go?" One of the subordinates asked after ordering his group of marines.

"No, I must stay in town to protect it from more pirates for now. Utilize cannons to destroy the ship, but only at a close distance. It must have more crew members, so save them if necessary." And looking deeply into the commander's eyes, he warned, "And don't let him die. I myself want to see his trial!"

"Yes, sir!"

After the soldiers dispersed, Tashigi walked up to Smoker's side. Her expression still seemed strange and she really felt confused about Noah, but still controlled herself. And seeing how her Captain was looking at the fleeing ship in the distance, she asked.

"Does the Captain really intend to let them escape?"

And with the silence that followed, Smoker just turned around and started walking towards the town's Base Branch.

"I will request a replacement from the General Headquarters. Come with me if you want." A vein could be seen on the side of his forehead as he continued, "I will not let him escape!"

While Black Artemis was leaving, being pursued by two marine ships, Nami and Nojiko below were doing their best to speed up the ship with Wind Manipulation and their navigation skills. And as they speculated, it would be too easy to escape from these ships.

Meanwhile, Noah was at the top of the mast feeling the wind and observing everything around him. He looked curiously one last time at Loguetown in the distance and wondered what his actions would change in the original story.

"Anyway, it's going to be fun..." And as carefree as always, he just smiled.

When he decided to descend to the deck, the corner of his eye suddenly caught the movement of a caravel. And recognizing its appearance, his gaze focused for a moment as he used all his sight capacity to see far away.

The medium-sized caravel had a quite interesting design, with a sheep's head as a figurehead.

And sitting on top of the sheep's head was the famous straw hat...

Luffy!

Looking at Noah's ship in the distance, he had an indifferent expression while scratching his nose with his pinky finger.

On the ship, watching the chase were also four people who Noah recognized well at a glance, with the last member demanding an extra effort.

Zoro, The Pirate Hunter!

Sanji, Black Leg!

Usopp, The Coward!

And last but not least:

Kaya, The Rich Sick Daughter!

"Wow, that's a combination, huh..." Noah laughed a little when he saw the new member of Luffy's crew, the first butterfly effect of his arrival.

In fact, the first real butterfly effect was that the situation in Orange Town was much fiercer and Luffy and Zoro managed to defeat all of Buggy's pirates without a scratch. The lack of Nami's interference was what made the two stand out much more.

Despite the distance, Noah could sense that this crew was considerably serious and had significant potential.

"If it's a potential to die or to live, we'll leave it for the future." Leaving the subject aside, Noah jumped from where he was and slid down the sail fabric.

And his mind had only one thought.

'Usopp hit the jackpot by bringing Kaya...'
