60 60. Conversation between two actors.

│3rd Person POV│

[Grand Line, New World, Beehive Island…]

Hearing this, Teach cast a glance at Ron.

He knew he couldn't feign ignorance. After all, having just rescued Ron, he just revealed a strength that surpassed what should be expected of him.

One could even argue that the power he had just exhibited was inferior to only the Commanders of the Whitebeard Pirates.

Given these circumstances, Ron would undoubtedly harbor suspicions and might even seek to test him.

In such a situation, Teach needed to demonstrate his value, possibly even revealing more of his capabilities.

Only through this could he genuinely earn Ron's recognition and successfully execute his plans for the future.

"They are using a technique called Conqueror's Coating that very few users of Conqueror's Haki could learn."

Teach started explaining with a solemn expression, "I'm not entirely sure about the specifics. I've also only learned about this technique by chance in one of the fights Pops had with the Pirate King, Roger.

"One time, I overheard the higher-ranking crew members of both sides discussing this. They were saying that your Conqueror's Haki strength should be very very strong and vast to even attempt to learn this technique.

"Pops' Conqueror's Haki is very strong, you know. I once witnessed him overpowering a seasoned Devil Fruit user from the New World, forcing him to undo his Zoan transformation."

Upon hearing this, Ron narrowed his eyes slightly. Everything that Teach said was possible in the Canon World.

However, he thought only Shanks or maybe Roger's Conqueror's Haki was strong enough to negate their opponents' Devil Fruit abilities.

He never thought Whitebeard could do it too. He was really far weaker from his prime during the Summit War.

Nevertheless, Ron hadn't expected that Ochoku was also capable of using Conqueror's Coating.

After all, Ochoku in the Canon World wasn't an important figure, merely identified as a high-ranked officer of the Rocks Pirates, just a level below the likes of Whitebeard, Kaido, and Big Mom.

"In addition, Armament Haki and Observation Haki also have some advanced techniques," continued Teach, observing Ron's contemplative state.

"As far as I know, they are Emission and Internal Destruction for Armament Haki. They originate from Wano Country, which is Kaido's main base.

"I only know about Emission. Users have to let the power flow out from a part of their body and emit it over a short distance without a medium to carry it.

"This allows them to unleash a small invisible burst that will knock back anything in the body part's vicinity with the force of a very powerful punch.

"The one with the strongest Armament Haki that I've ever known of was Kong, the Former Fleet Admiral of the Marines, and the current Commander-in-Chief of the World Government.

"Only Vice-Admiral Garp, the Marine Hero, could come close to him in terms of Armament Haki strength."

'The strongest Armament Haki user was Kong?' Ron's expression grew more solemn as he raised an eyebrow in contemplation.

Such information was never mentioned in the Canon World.

Teach's claim that Garp and Kong had mastered Armament Haki to such a stage suggested that these two individuals had indeed reached the pinnacle in their Armament Haki training.

In the Canon World, Garp was also known as Garp the Fist, indicating the level of his Martial Arts and Armament Haki.

If Kong's Armament Haki surpassed Garp's, then he couldn't even think of his true strength at the moment.

But, that was to be somewhat expected as during his time as Fleet Admiral, he had people like Garp, Zephyr, Sengoku, and Tsuru as his subordinates.

Reflecting on this information, Ron felt a growing curiosity and anticipation.

He had witnessed the Conqueror's Coating in action and knew about the advanced stages of Armament Haki.

But what exactly does it feel like to use those techniques? And what kind of performance power would he have once he learned them?

Garp in the Canon World appeared to be much weaker in his later years.

When facing the Blackbeard Pirates, he was defeated by Kuzan, and he did not display Armament Haki surpassing Emission.

It's unclear whether this was due to age or a tactic for Kuzan to gain Blackbeard's trust.

"As for the advanced techniques of Observation Haki, I happen to know quite a bit about it." Teach continued before Ron could fully recover from his thoughts.

"Katakuri, the strongest Sweet General of the Big Mom Pirates, has trained his Observation Haki to such an extreme point that he could see the future.

"I've even heard that Roger, the Pirate King, had a mysterious ability called the Voice of All Things, which I think is a really advanced Observation Haki technique that very few could unlock.

"Patrick Redfield, one of the pirates from the Pirate King's era, was strong enough to single-handedly rival Roger and Pops.

"I've heard that his Observation Haki was so strong that he could read people's minds."

Listening to Teach's tale, Ron nodded in response.

In terms of Observation Haki's strength, he knew one more person who could've rivaled the likes of Katakuri and Redfield if he had proper training.

Enel, the user of Rumble-Rumble Fruit and the ruler of Skypiea. With the help of his Devil Fruit's powers, he could observe the entirety of Skypiea.

"Teach!" Ron exhaled deeply, retracting his thoughts.

While uncertain of Teach's intentions, he hazarded a guess that Teach was planning to use him to maybe obtain the Dark Dark Fruit.

The friendliness, information sharing, and partial exposure of strength; all had a purpose.

With this realization, Ron inquired, "What about you? Honestly, your recent display of power doesn't seem much weaker than some of the Division Commanders. Why keep it hidden?

"As a member of the Whitebeard Pirates, if you reveal it, Pops may even create a new Division with you as its Commander."

Staring at Teach with a mixture of curiosity and confusion, Ron seemed like a genuinely innocent kid who had encountered an out-of-the-norm situation.

Teach, observing the unfolding scene, was highly satisfied with Ron's reaction, as it aligned with his plan.

He then feigned hesitation before finally revealing, "Actually, I'm not keen on leaving the Fourth Division.

"I've grown accustomed to life here, and I don't have grand ambitions, and am not fit to manage a division. I prefer the freedom to live life as I please.

"Additionally, I don't want to have a bounty on my head and to be targeted by various pirates and the Marines."

Inwardly, Ron felt the urge to slap him. 'You keep pretending! If I hadn't known your true face, I might have taken your words for granted.'

"I see," Ron said, feigning understanding. "Unfortunately, recent events have disrupted my chance at a carefree life. I may have to shoulder more responsibilities and face increased pressure in the future.

"Teach, you will help me out if things get tricky in the future, right?"
