[Somewhere in the East Blue]
"Hahahaha, where is this thing supposed to be!?"
In a dinghy, in the middle of nowhere, we see a man hanging over the side like he's looking for something. The man looks to be in his late teens with light cyan-colored shaggy medium-length hair. He can be seen wearing a beige-colored shirt with a cream-colored sash over floral patterned pants and some sandals. He suddenly notices a shape in the distance.
"FINALLY!! THE BARATIE!!"
He picks up the oars and starts rowing as fast as possible towards the ship in the distance. The ship is the floating restaurant the Baratie, the Baratie looks like a restaurant floating on top of a cylinder of wood with a white fish figurehead. The restaurant itself is a green-colored multi-story building with sails on the front and back. The man docks his boat and walks inside. He walks towards an empty table and takes a seat.
"Waiter!"
A blonde man walks over and says
"I'm not a waiter, I'm the assistant chef, all the waiters quit yesterday. Anyways, what can I get you Mr...?"
The blue-haired man nods and says
"Ah sorry, can I get the special? Oh, and my name is Soujirou"
The blonde-haired waite- I mean assistant chef nods and walks away

[Outside the Baratie, East Blue]
Outside there are two ships pulled up next to each other, one is a standard cruiser-like marine ship with the symbol of the marines painted on the front sail. The other ship is a caravel-type ship with a sheep as the figurehead. The front sail has a skull and crossbones wearing a straw hat, the name of this ship is the Going Merry. A marine steps towards the opposing caravel.
"I'm Lieutenant Ironfist Fullbody of the Marines. Who's the captain of this ship? State your name."
Fullbody is a man of average height with pink combed hair wearing a pinstriped suit. He also has a scar under his right eye.
"Monkey D. Luffy, we just made our pirate flag yesterday."
States a young teenager with shaggy black hair under a straw hat, round black eyes, and a slim build. He's wearing an open red vest and blue shorts with some sandals. He also has a scar under his left eye.
"And I'm Usopp."
Usopp is a teenager with a slim build, tan skin, medium-length black woolly hair, prominent lips, and a very prominent nose. He can be seen wearing a green plaid bandana over his hair, brown overalls with a white sash, and no shirt underneath.
"Hmmm, those two behind you... they look familiar. Ah, you're those two bounty hunters that hunt the small fry aren't you, Yosaku and Johnny. Captured by pirates eh?" (Fullbody)
Yosaku has a black shirt with a green coat and red headgear. He has plaid yellow boxer shorts over unshaven legs and dark shoes and carries a sword. He also has a lit cigarette in his hand. Johnny is an average-sized man with somewhat tanned skin. He is wearing a pair of sunglasses and has a black tattoo on his left cheek. Johnny has short, black hair and is carrying a sword like his partner. He wears a blue hooded jacket with a purple undershirt, tan pants, boots, and a watch on his left wrist.
"Oi Yosaku, this guy is insulting us." (Johnny)
"Only goes after small fry? Oi Johnny let's teach this guy a lesson." (Yosaku)
They both charge at Fullbody with their swords.
POW POW POW
And end up bloodied on the deck.
"Are you guys weak or what?" says Luffy. A green-haired man walks over to the beat up duo and asks
"What are you guys doing?" (???)
"Ah, Zoro!" (Luffy)
Zoro is a muscular man of average height with lightly tanned skin. He carries three swords along with him, bundled in a green haramaki over his right hip. He has three identical gold earrings on his left earlobe and is wearing a plain white shirt and black pants. Zoro's most stand out feature is his cropped green hair.
Fullbody walks back inside his ship and says.
"It's your lucky day scum, it's my day off. Next time we meet, you're dead."(Fullbody)
....
"What's this Johnny?" (???)
"Ah Big Sis Nami, those are bounty posters" (Johnny)
Nami is a slim young woman of average height with orange hair and brown eyes. She is wearing a black shirt with white outlines, a black skirt, and black heels. She kneels down to pick up the bounty posters.
"..." (Nami)
"Something wrong?" (Johnny)
"No it's noth-" (Nami)
"AHHHHHHHHHH!!! THEY ARE POINTING A CANNON AT US!!!" (Usopp)
Johnny and Nami look over to see the marine ship aiming the front cannon at the Going Merry. Fullbody looks over and says.
"Sink it."
*BOOM*
"AHHH!! They fired at us!!!" (Usopp)
Luffy jumps on top of the ships railing
"Don't worry, I got this!! GOMU GOMU no FUSEN!!!"
Luffy's body expands and catches the cannon ball.
"Here's your cannon ball back!!!"
The cannon ball is sent flying away from the Merry and into the roof of the Baratie.
"YOU RETURNED IT TO THE WRONG PLACE DUMBASS!" (Zoro)
"Ah."
