Sighing helplessly, Alex shook his head. He's not sure if there's a ROB involved in his reincarnation, he also don't know if everything was plotted by him.

But... if there is.. then he can only accept it, its not that he have a choice. Also, its not that its a bad thing. I mean that dude send me in this world with several gift packs (devil fruit, ship, books etc.) and such...

"Oh well." Shaking his head, Alex then look toward the Journal in his hands. The book looks old but from the good its condition, he can only guess that its also not ordinary.

Shrugging his shoulder, he flipped the book and began reading.

1st Entry: February 7, Year 1456.

I'm Albert D. Stein, a Scientist... this is awkward, it was the first time i wrote a journal. The idea never cross my mind until recently, I found out that some of my colleagues have thier own.

Thinking that its pretty common, I was like 'Hey, how can I, the Great 'Albert D. Stein' don't have his own?'

I'm currently 24 years old right now. I'm still living under the roofs of my parents, so uh, others might think its lame but my parents didn't, in fact they were happy to be with me..

"... wait, 1456? isn't the cannon is 1522? this event was actually 66 years before the Cannon?" Surprised at this, Alex then resume reading, who knows he might discover something that wasn't introduce in cannon.

However, his enthusiasm soon faded, as the following entry turns out to be boring and monotonous, so he skip most part of it.

13th Entry: December 12, 1456

finally, I managed to save Ricky's life, a dying puppy I found in the street. He was very cute and friendly, unfortunately his feet was crippled and I have to amputate his leg in order to stop the infection from spreading.

The guy won't be walking for a while, but worry not as I, Albert D. Stein have thought a possible solution to it.

There's two option actually, The first is to regrow his limbs, the other is to create an entire mechanical prosthetic limbs .

Still, not sure what option to choose, I mean regrowing his limbs was better but the process is very expensive and time consuming.

Prosthetic limbs on the other hand was easier to make, other than the materials, low cost maintenance, its very cheap and convenient. Not to mention it also looks cool.

Hah! how troublesome!

35th Entry: July 2, 1457

Today I told my parents my dream; To explore the world, to discover its mysteries, to uncover the truth..."

Finishing my speech, I had a proud look on myself as it took me hour to make that speech... however when i look at my parents face, the compliments and gentle smile that I expected didn't come.

That look! i knew it! I hate that looks the most!

Ever since I was little they've always been like this, telling me what's good and what's not.

I knew they love me, I knew they only want the best for me, I knew they only wanted to protect me but... but, I had enough! I can't tolerate it anymore!

I'm 27 year old for fuck sake! I'm old enough to start a family! How can I let them stop me from fulfilling my dreams?

85th Entry: March 5, 1459.

Finally, after two years of secret planning and preparation, I finally finished building my first ship, i named 'Orion'. The guy wasn't very huge, at most it was big as average sized merchant ship.

The ship was only a prototype of what I have in mind, the materials I used to build it was also average quality, still It could do the work for now.

Tomorrow, is the day of my departure, the beginning of my journey towards the unknown.

As for my parents... well know they'll understand me. They might hate me for leaving them without permission, but how can I let them decide what's good for me?

I love them but i have my dreams...
