"Calvin, is that you?" Ashen asked while trying to turn on his back.
"You'd be dead if I were someone else"
"Hehehe…Help me get up there" Ashen slowly got on his feet while resting his arm on Calvin's shoulder, before they went up to the top of the skull where Wang Zhi spoke to Ashen earlier.
"That's the speaker" Calvin pointed out while they both approached a big Den Den Mushi.
"*Smile*…You really understand me" Ashen proceeded to pick it up.
"Test! Test!...It's working" Ashen proceeded to broadcast his next words throughout the island "Attention! This Ashen, known as 'Demon of The Sea'...You bunch of fuckers have two choices!" He declared.
Everyone stopped fighting for a moment to hear what he has to say.

"That voice…"
"It's coming from the skull!" Wang Zhi's men had a look of disbelieve while looking at its direction.
"Does that mean the boss is dead?" one of them said while looking horrified.
"Obviously" Yamamoto said while resting his massive club on his shoulder "Let's hear what he wants to say first"

"You bunch of fuckers have two choices!...You either join me or you die here! Thought, I hope you chose the former, I don't want to clean up thousands of dead bodies, that sounds like a pain!" Ashen declared with a twisted grin behind the mic "No wait, a lot of you have bounties on your heads, if I just kill you and hand your heads to the government, I might get a good money out of it!"

"F-Fuck he's not joking!" Someone exclaimed while gazing the skull with a look of fear.
"Hey, don't start chickening out!" Someone beside him said while pointing his weapon at him.
"Shut up! I'm not risking my life for a dead man!" The man replied before he stabbed him in the chest "I'll join you damn it!"
"If he managed to beat Wang Zhi then he's stronger than him, it's not a bad thing to join him after all"
Ashen's words created chaos among the pirates, as Wang Zhi's army split into two factions, the ones who accepted Ashen's offer and the other ones who wanted to keep fighting.
"Zehahahaha!!…Now, show your worth. Only the strong will survive!" Ashen said.
"Sigh…You sound like the evil last boss of a comic book" Calvin said while looking amused.
"I'm just having fun-AGGHHH!!" Ashen threw a mouthful of blood while holding his chest in pain "Huff…I need to treat these injuries quickly!"

[New World, Rocky Port]
The Rocky Port incident reached its peak after a fleet of five marine warships arrived at the location. The Ashen Pirates led by Ken Franky and Amber were tasked to hold back the pirates until the main forces at Hachinosu finish the raid.
Luckily for them they didn't need to stay any longer after the marines arrived, and they took the opportunity to retreat admits chaos, as the marines where mainly targeting the ones involved in the weapon trading.
There was one particular figure who wreaked havoc on the battlefield as soon as the marines arrived.
"What the hell is wrong with that guy? Is he possessed or something?" Said a man dressed in a regal attire, consisting of a long, white and dark brown patterned fur coat and light-purple necklaces. He has many cat-like facial characteristics. He was carrying a piece of meat in his left hand, and a bottle of alcohol in his right.

"They say he's been going on a killing spree, taking down a hundred pirate across the battlefield!" One of Pizarro man stated while looking at the pale figure covered in blood, his white marine outfit turned red from the blood of the pirates he killed. He was carrying a black and white katana in his right hand, while his missing left arm had a blade mounted inside his forearm and a pirate head hanging from it.
"Don't get ahead of yourself after knocking out a bunch of nobodies" Pizarro said before he finished his food and drew his pistole "I was going to take advantage of the situation and steal some weapons and stuff, but you marine dogs showed up out of nowhere"
"Corrupt King, I heard about your hideous crimes…I'm stopping you today" Julius said calmly before he threw the pirate head towards Pizarro, while slowly walking towards him. The latter proceeded to aim his pistole at one of the civilians that his men were holding.
"Try to save her first" Pizarro said with a wicked smiled. Julius looked at him unfazed.
"What is one civilian life, if we could save a thousand future ones by killing you right here?" Julius said before he dashed towards Pizarro swinging both his blade and katana diagonally.
"Ahahaha!...What kind of twisted moral is that?!" Pizarro said looking amused before he effortlessly pushed him away and proceeded to shoot his left shoulder, leaving a bullet wound. After that he proceeded to drink from the bottle of alcohol he was still carrying "You're no match for me kid, I'll use you as a hostage to get away from this island".
The two of them clashed before another figure appeared, interrupting the fight.
"Tokikake-san?"
"Julius, he's not someone who you can handle. I'll deal with him!" Vice Admiral Tokikake said with a serious expression.
"But-"
"That's an order!"
"Tch…I'll find someone else" Julius clicked his tongue in disapproval as he turned back and left.

Six Hours later,
As the sun started rising, the bloody battle that took place on Hachinosu has finally come to an end. With a staggering number of casualties, around 7000 people met their demise on the raid from both sides, among them the top commanders of Wang Zhi who refused to join Ashen even after his defeat.
"It's finally finished" Calvin pointed out as the sound of gun firing and battle cries stopped.
"Man, I'm beat, I just want to sleep!" Ashen exclaimed resting on big couch near the window.
"Thinking about it, wouldn't the navy just take the chance to attack us?" Calvin asked while lighting up a cigarette.
"The HQ is in Paradise, if they want to send a fleet with an Admiral it will at least take a week for them to reach this place, but I doubt they will risk the casualties for a place inhabited by pirates only, and with practically zero resources that they will gain from it"
"You have a point" Calvin said, as he got on his feet and walked across the room before he grabbed a bottle of alcohol and started drinking.
"Well, if I'm wrong, we'll be in big trouble…Admirals are a different kind of monsters, thought I won't run away even against them"

A Week Later,
After everyone recovered from their injuries, and Ken and the others returned from Rocky Port. The Ashen Pirates along with their fleet and allies held a big banquet to celebrate their victory.
"murmur… murmur… murmur"
"It seems that you were right about the Navy, there are not planning to attack this place any time soon" Calvin said while sitting at the same table with Ashen, Mesagi, Don Chinjao and the other core members of the Ashen Pirates, as well as Ian's father and brother.
"Fuck the Navy…let's party!" Ashen exclaimed.
"HAAAA!!!" x500.
"What the hell?!!" Ken shouted in shock while reading the newspaper.
"Hey, Ken don't have a heart attack right now, wait until we finish celebrating first!" Ashen said while drinking from his cup.
"Hey, old man let see what you have there" Diana said while reaching to the newspaper before she also screamed in shock.
"Stop screaming and speak already!" Enel said to them looking annoyed.
"Captain, the government has put some extraordinary bounties on your heads" he said before he gave him the newspaper.
"huh? It just bounties" Ashen said in disappointment grabbing the newspaper.

"Bwahaha! Captain's reaction is funny!" Ian said while laughing at Ashen.
"The Navy will be on our ass from now on" Mesagi stated while sitting near his crew members.
"Let them come, we'll beat the shit out of them!" Ian declared while clenching his fist.
"Try to think of something else other than fighting for once you block head!" Diana shouted at him.
"Mind your own business witch"
"There is more" Ashen said interrupting them, he proceeded to flip the next page.

"Well, that's normal after taking down someone as dangerous as Wang Zhi, the government will start seeing us as a serious threat from now on" Ashen stated.
Everyone kept celebrating for hours after, before Calvin suddenly left and came back later.
"Oh! Calvin, you came back!" Calvin approached him in silence before he whispered something in his ear.
"There is something you need to see"
"Huh?...Can it wait?"
"No" he said with a serious expression.
"Alright…" Ashen proceeded to get on his feet "I'll be back you guys!"
After that, Calvin proceeded to lead him to a disused part of the building.
On oppose to what it looks, the skull building is very huge, it could even be considered as a castle, just like Onigashima.
"When I went out to get a fresh air and came back, I got curious and started looking around the place" he said while leading the way "Before I stumbled across this" he said opening a rusty door, revealing a small, desolate room with a trap door on the middle.
"What is this?" Ashen asked in curiosity.
"It was covered when I first came" Calvin proceeded to open the trap door revealing a staircase leading down to some kind of basement.
"Better be worth it"
As both descended to the basement, the first thing Ashen's eyes fell upon made him grasp in shock. Glinting in the dim light, were rows upon rows of glittering jewels and gold coins that filled the entire basement which was huge.
"Don't tell me…Captain John's Treasure?!!"
