Elbaf

The next morning

Viper walked out of his room and looked around, he found it strange Reiju wasn't in bed. He walked around the ship and saw Reiju come out of the bathroom, a little pale, he rushed over and said "Are you okay?" Reiju smiled and nodded "Mhm, can you make me breakfast today?" Viper smiled and said "Of course. Go back to bed and I'll bring it to you, okay?" she nodded and he kissed her forehead and left to the kitchen.

Viper made Reiju breakfast and made extra for the rest of the crew before placing the plates around the table in their usual spots. He chuckled at what Sanji's face would be like and left with Reiju's food, walking back to him room.

He walked into his room and saw that Reiju wasn't there, he was confused "Maybe she went to the bathroom again.." he put the plate down next to the bed and went to the bathroom to check. Reiju once again walked out of the bathroom more pale than before, Viper frowned and said "Are you okay? Honestly." Reiju smiled and said "I am. What did you make me for breakfast?" Viper stared at her for a few seconds before saying "Apple-cinnamon french toast with eggs." as he tilted his head, Reiju smiled and stretched out her arms and Viper carried her and brought her to the room.

Viper put her down and watched her inhale the food, she cleaned her mouth with a tissue and said "Um.. Can I have some more?" Viper nodded dumbly and got up, Reiju said "Can you make some steak too?" Viper turned around and she said "Please?" he nodded and walked out of the room.

Viper was extremely confused and walked towards the kitchen again, he started making more and cooked a steak as well. Nami walked in and saw Viper cooking, she said "You made breakfast today?" Viper nodded and Nami said "Why are you making steak too?" Viper said "I don't know, Reiju ate her breakfast faster than Luffy then asked for more and a steak." Nami frowned and said "She wanted more AND a steak?" she looked at the plates on the table that were completely full and assumed that he made more for her, Viper said "Yeah, I don't understand. Maybe she's just hungry, who knows." he finished making the food and walked out of the kitchen, going back to his room.

Viper walked back into his room and put the plate back on the table, Reiju clapped and started eating at an incredible speed. Viper watched her with his jaw hanging loose and said "Hungry huh?" Reiju said "Like you wouldn't believe." he nodded and said "Yeah, I can see that..." she giggled and finished her plate and held it out to Viper with a smile, he sighed and took the plate before leaving and saying "Just steak this time?" she nodded and he said "Won't be long."

Viper kept going back and forth making steaks all morning until she was full, the bright side was he was getting better at making steaks, the down side was he kept making another crew member every time he went back. One time Sanji said he would make it, a few minutes later Viper came back with the steak and a broken plate and said "She said she wanted me to make it and threw it at me..." he was completely shocked and threw the steak into Luffy's mouth, who ate it in one bite and said "It was good!" Viper rolled his eyes and cooked again. This went on for days until they reached Elbaf.

The crew arrived on Elbaf and were amazed by the sheer geography of the island, there were giant mountains and a massive tree that shot into the sky. They started to explore as a group and admired the view, when they suddenly ran into a giant, the giant looked at them and said "Hello tiny humans!" Luffy said "Hey! Who are you?" the giant said "My name is Bruce! Who are you!" the crew introduced themselves and Bruce said "Nice to meet you all! Would you like to come to my house!" Luffy screamed "Yeah!" Bruce led them towards his house and Reiju said "Why is he always screaming?" Viper shrugged and said "Maybe he thinks we can't hear him if he doesn't."

The crew got to Bruce's home and he placed them all on his table and said "We can't eat anything for another day, so I only have water!" he placed down a giant cup of water and Viper said "You can't eat?" Bruce said "Every year we fast on the winter solstice festival! We have a celebration with Semla and then we fast for 12 days! It's tradition! Even the prince Loki joins!" Viper said "Who's prince Loki?" Bruce said "The King of the giants of course! He is an extremely respected individual!"

Viper scratched his head and said "If he's a king, why do you call him a prince?" Bruce said "He is Prince Loki, King of the giants!" Viper sighed and said "Oh, I get it! A mystery prince!" Luffy said "I get it too!" Bruce nodded and said "Though recently he's been a little strange!" Viper said "How strange?" Bruce said "Our army has been preparing for something! But we don't have anything to do!" he scratched his head and tried to make sense of it but couldn't. He gave up and started talking to the group about who they were.

Viper silently watched from the side and frowned, something didn't feel right. Reiju hugged his arm and said "What's wrong hubby." Viper said "Something is bothering me, what are the giants preparing for? There's no war, I think we should go check it out." Reiju tapped her chin and said "Maybe we should go meet this Loki?" he nodded and said "How we're going to get to him is the problem.." Suddenly Bruce shouted "One of you killed that witch?!" Luffy said "Who?" Bruce whispered "Linlin." Viper said "Big mom? Well I don't know if she's dead, but definitely seriously wounded. Nami take Zeus out." Nami swung her baton and said "Nimbus send Zeus out" Zeus popped out and said "Nami!" Nami fed him some clouds and sent him back.

Viper said "She's not dead, yet." Bruce laughed and said "I like you humans! Come with me, I need to tell the rest of this good news!" he picked them all up and put them on his shoulder before walking out of his house. The crew was sitting on Bruce's shoulder as he walked through the village, proclaiming "The witch has been beaten!" the giants were shocked and said "That devil is dead?!" Bruce laughed and said "Close enough!" the giants cheered.

Viper was stunned and said "Quite the reaction." Bruce said "That witch was a devil spawn even as a child! She killed the hero Jorul and set fire to the old village! She is a disgrace to giants!" Viper was silent and said "Maybe we can meet Loki?" Bruce said "He would meet you forsure! A long time ago he fell in love with one of the witch's kids, Lola if I recall anyways she ran away and the witch replaced her with her twin! Luckily the Prince noticed and refused the marriage!" Viper said "He fell in love with her kid and everyone supported him?!" Bruce laughed and said "Of course! We all respect him greatly!" as he made him way to the castle.

Bruce stopped outside the castle and said "I would like to see Prince Loki! I have important news! The witch was beaten!" The guards were shocked and brought him into the palace, Bruce walked through the palace with the group until he reached the throne room. There was a giant with a crown sitting on the throne, he had a huge beard and armor with a cape. Viper frowned and Bruce said excitedly "Prince! The witch has been beaten!" Loki said "Excellent! We should celebrate!" Bruce sighed and said "We still have 1 day of fasting left.." Loki blinked and said "Ah yes. I forgot! Tomorrow then." Bruce smiled and said "I'll leave you now your highness!" he bowed and walked out of the palace.

Viper frowned as they walked through the village but kept quiet, Bruce said "We'll celbrate with a feast tomorrow! For now you can all sleep at my house!" the crew cheered and accepted Bruce's offer. They reached Bruce's house and Bruce said "I have to go get ready for tomorrow! I'll be back, make yourselves at home!" they waved at Bruce and watched as he left, Luffy said "What a nice guy!" Viper said "I don't like that Loki guy." Luffy said "Why? He's going to throw us a party tomorrow!"

Viper said "His reaction was off. I feel hatred when I look at him. Also, how could he just forget about their fasting? It's been 11 days!" Luffy said "Maybe he just forgot. You're worried about too much." Viper frowned and said "I'm going back, i'm taking Ussop with me. Is that okay?" Luffy nodded and said "Yeah, we get to party tomorrow!" Viper picked Ussop up and said "I'll be right back." as he flew away towards the castle, Reiju watched him go before running over to a bucket and throwing up, unable to hold it back anymore. Nami walked over and rubbed her back, Sanji ran over and said "Are you okay?!" Reiju threw up some more and said "Yeah, i'm fine. I've just been holding back since we got here." Sanji said "You're sick?" Reiju wryly smiled and said "You can say that.." Nami froze and Sanji was confused.

Viper and Ussop flew towards the palace secretly and watched from the window, Viper wishpered "Ussop I want you to look while I fly around." Ussop nodded and whispered "What do you think is wrong with him?" Viper flew into the castle and hid around before saying "He feels weird to me. He didn't seem as excited as he should've been." Usopp said "Maybe he doesn't care?" Viper said "If you and Kaya were supposed to get married but someone switched Kaya out with someone else who looked exactly the same, what would you do?" Usopp seethed "I'd be super pissed!" Viper chuckled and said "Exactly, that's why his reaction doesn't make sense. He didn't move at all, he spoke blandly, and he had a bored look in his eyes. It was very suspicious.."

The duo flew through the castle before finding Loki in his room, they hid on the chandelier and watched him from above. Loki ordered his guards to leave, when they left he pulled out a box of food and started eating as he said "I hate these stupid giant's fasts, why did I have to get sent here..." Viper and Ussop were shocked and Loki mumbled "Idiot captain if you wanted the giant army we can just enslave them..." Ussop snapped "You're not Loki!" Viper clamped a hand over his mouth but it was too late, 'Loki' looked up and said "It's you! Guards! There's been an assassination attempt!"

Viper immediately grabbed Ussop and flew out the window and into the skies as guards rushed into the room and 'Loki' said "Capture the group who came to see me earlier!" the guards nodded and ran out of the room as 'Loki' cackled.

Viper flew towards Bruce's house and smashed through the window as Ussop said "We need to go! The Loki in the palace is a fake!" the crew was shocked and the door opened as Bruce walked in and bellowed "I can't believe you guys! You lied to me and tried to assassinate the king!" as he swung down his mace towards them. Viper scooped them all up and flew away, Reiju fumbled on top of Viper's head and threw up off the side of him onto the ground, he was shocked and said "Reiju are you okay?!" she nodded and said "I'm a little sick." Viper nodded and said "We need to find out what's wrong, Chopper can you?" Chopper nodded and walked over, Reiju stopped him and said "I'm fine really." Viper was about to say something when he dodged a sword swing from a giant, he stopped in the air and chuckled hopelessly "We're surrounded."

Luffy looked around and Ussop stood up and said "The Loki in the palace is a fake! You're all being deceived!" The giants seethed and said "You're lying!" as they slashed at the crew, Viper flew out of the way and said "Ussop they're not going to listen to you." Ussop pulled out his Kuro Kabuto and said "I'll make them listen." as he shot out a pop green and tangled up the giants as Luffy said "Viper fly towards the palace!" Viper nodded and flew towards the palace.

While he was flying, giants slashed at him from the ground, Luffy and the rest started fighting off the giants as they made their way. Viper flew in front of the castle an saw an army of giants standing in his way. Luffy jumped off and transformed into gear fourth and blasted a hole through the giant blockade. Viper flew under Luffy and charged into the castle as giants ran after them.

They broke into the throne room and saw 'Loki' sneering at them, Ussop snapped "Who are you?!" 'Loki' sneered and said "I'm the king of the giants Loki!" Ussop shot at him with his slignshot and said "No you're not!" 'Loki' dodged and said "Giants! Attack!" the giants attacked the crew. Viper protected Reiju and punched at the giants close to him, sending them flying.

Luffy shot towards 'Loki' and punched him, sending him flying into a wall. The giants screamed "Your highness!" Ussop shot a popgreen at him and tangled him up, pulling him into the air, revealing a normal human woman. Viper grit his teeth and said "It's you! From Teach's crew!" he flew forward and grabbed her, he shook her and said "Where's Teach?! Is he here?!" the woman sneered and said "I'm not telling you." Viper covered his fist in white light and punched her right in the face, crushing her face bones as he said "Tell me!" she laughed and spit blood in his face, Viper tilted his head and dodged as he said "Fine then die." as he cocked his fist back.

Bruce said "Wait!" Viper stopped and shook the woman saying "This was your king! What more do you want?!" Bruce and the rest of the giants got on one knee and said "We're deeply sorry, We should've listened. Please give her to us!" Viper frowned and threw the woman at the giants and said "Make sure she doesn't escape. Do you have a dungeon?" the giants nodded and Ussop walked over to the woman and said "Where is the real Loki!" the woman sneered and said "Find him yourself."

The crew split up and started searching the island, eventually they found Loki and freed him. They brought him back to the giants, who thanked them profusely and cheered that their king was back.

A day later

Viper was holding Reiju's hair out of her mouth while she vomited, he had bags under his eyes as he worriedly watched her. Reiju finished and said "Done.. for now." Viper held her and wiped off her sweat with his shirt and said "What's wrong with you? I'm really worried.." Reiju smiled and said "I-" Luffy busted in and said "The food is ready!" Viper smiled and said "Do you want to eat?" she nodded and Viper crouched in front of her and said "Hop on!" Reiju giggled and hopped on his back, she wrapped her arms around his neck and he grabbed her legs as he stood up and walked towards the feast, humming to himself.

Viper and Reiju showed up to the feast and the giants thanked them for saving their king. Loki stood up and said "Thank you very much tiny humans! I pray that our god blesses you!" the rest of the giants cheered and Loki smiled and said "Now the feast for our brave friends begins!" the crew started eating and drinking with the giants. Reiju poked Viper and pointed at a huge steak, Viper chuckled and grabbed it, but a giant stabbed it with his fork and said "You want this?"

Viper smirked and pulled the steak as he said "My wife is hungry!" the giant laughed and said "You're gonna have to beat me for it!" Viper grinned and started a tug of war with the giant, Reiju cheered Viper on before getting hungry and snapping "If you don't get it soon, you're sleeping on the floor!" Viper started to sweat and ripped the steak from the giant and said "I'm sorry. We can fight later if you want." the giant blinked and laughed before saying "Sure! You should take care of your wife first though... She seems quite angry.."

Viper froze and slowly turned around to see a furious Reiju, he whimpered and said "I got you your steak!" Reiju crossed her arms and said "About time.." Viper wryly smiled and brought the steak and a plate over. Reiju smiled and said "Thank you Hubby!" as she kissed his cheek and started eating the steak all by herself. Viper was stunned and just sat there mumbling "I need to find a cure for this sickness..." Nami laughed out loud and Chopper said "Maybe it's a new disease? She won't let me check her though.." Viper said "What do her symptoms point to?" Chopper said "Heavy vomiting, mood swings and cravings..." Chopper's eyes widened and he rubbed his forehead saying "I think she's-" Nami covered Chopper's mouth with a cookie, Viper frowned and said "What are you keeping from me?" the rest of the crew looked away, except Sanji and Luffy.

Reiju froze and said "Can I tell you later? On the ship?" Viper frowned and said "I guess... I don't see why it's such a big deal. You're sick aren't you?" Reiju wryly smiled and rubbed her stomach and said "Not really..." Viper frowned for a second before his eyes widened and he stuttered "Y-y-you're.." Reiju smiled and nodded and Viper just sat there stunned and mumbled "I'm gonna be a dad?!" Reiju nodded again and Viper took a deep breath and walked away with a straight face saying "I'll be right back." Reiju looked dejected and teared up, Nami frowned and rubbed her back and said "It's okay. He just needs a minute."

Reiju smiled weakly before the entire party heard Viper yell "I'M GONNA BE A DAD! WOOHOO! HAHAHAHAHA!" Reiju laughed and cried as Nami smiled and Sanji snapped "You're pregnant?!" he shot off towards Viper yelling "BASTARD! I'LL KILL YOU!" the crew heard explosions and Viper laughing "Oi shit cook! You're gonna be an uncle! HAHAHAHAH" Luffy said "Viper's having a kid?" the crew nodded and he continued "Will the kid have rainbow hair too?" Reiju choked and said "I don't know.." Luffy said "Is it gonna be part of the crew? I don't think a baby is very strong..." Yamato covered his mouth and said "I think he meant congratulations." Reiju giggled and thanked her before thinking about it and frowning slightly.

A few days later

The giants revealed that they had the last road Poneglyph much to Viper and Robin's shock, who thought that the world government had it. Luffy was extremely excited, they had all the road poneglyphs now. They could sail to Raftel! Luffy screamed "Let's go to Raftel!" the crew grinned and cheered.

The crew was back on the ship and left Elbaf, Viper waved to the giants and immediately took care of Reiju. He sat her on his lap and said "Are you okay? Do you need anything?" Reiju leaned into his chest and said "Nothing right now." Viper smiled and held her as he said "Anything you need just let me know." Reiju smiled brightly and kissed him before closing her eyes and falling asleep, he picked her up and left the deck to go to his room as the ship slowly sailed away.

Hey guys! I think next chapter is the last one! There's gonna be a lot of time skips but I'm gonna completely wrap it up all nice with a bow. Wait for it. :)
