Meeting Up and Meeting Others

It has been 4 hours since Flare escaped from marineford and was currently headed to amazon lily. He could actually see the island in the distance so he decided to speed it up a little, he put the ship in his inventory as he entered his beast form and started flying towards the island. As he arrived closer he saw Moby dick beside a submarine near the coast. He landed on the ship as he deactivated his transformation. There was no one on board so he was slightly confused, he used his observation haki to sense around him where he saw a lot of people gathered in a clearing in the forest. He walked over to the area where he saw the remaining whitebeard pirates along with luffy and surprisingly law as well.

Flare: "So you guys are here, you got here quick though."

Marco: "So you escaped, I'm glad."

Luffy: "Flare! You're here!"

Flare: "Yea I escaped due to shanks."

Luffy: "Shanks was there? Awesome!"

Flare: "So Marco what are you gonna do now?"

Marco: "I'm gonna try to lead the rest of the whitebeard pirates, there will be a lot of fighting since pops is dead and people will be after his territory."

Flare: "Marco, I want you to lead the whitebeard pirates and make it become the first group in my grand fleet. I will take over whitebeards territory so if anyone wants to fight then I will take care of it."

Marco: "Well pops did to follow you so sure, but I need to train a bit more."

Flare: "That's no problem, actually I want ace and luffy to train with you as well. Someone is gonna arrive here in a few days to help with the training. I want you guys to train for at least 2 years. The seas are gonna get even rougher so you need to get even stronger."

Luffy: "Training? But I gotta meet up with my crew, we promised to meet up in 3 days."

Flare: "Well how about you send a message to them, you can figure that out that by yourself. They all need to train to improve also as a captain can't have a weak crew."

Luffy: "Alright, but I'm starvin. I'm gonna head into the forest for some food."

As luffy ran into the forest ace came beside him. He didn't say anything for a few minutes until he broke the silence.

Ace: "Thanks for helping me, I always thought all my relatives were dead. I'm glad I have a cousin alive still."

Flare: "No problem, but you have to stay with marco and luffy to train for a while."

Ace: "I know, I was captured and almost killed because I was too weak. I won't be that helpless and weak again, and I have to kill Teach for doing all this."

Flare: "No need ace, I already killed him at marineford along with his crew."

All the whitebeard pirates heard this and started celebrating. Ace had a shocked look at first before he started smiling.

Ace: "So you killed that bastard, I can't thank you enough. I wish I was there to watch him die."

Flare: "You're welcome, I'm gonna leave in a few days so we have time to talk."

Marco: "Flare, I forgot to ask you but how strong are you?"

Flare: "Well I can fight an admiral in my normal form but my hybrid forms put me up to a yonko level."

Marco: "Wow, so young yet so strong. The navy is gonna have a headache dealing with you."

Flare only smirked as he walked to a tree and sat under it. He only sat down for 3 minutes before he felt someone approaching him. He turned his head to see luffy with his face stuffed with fruits, he looked hilarious but he didn't say anything.

Luffy sat down and ate his food while marco and ace approached him. Flare decided to check their stats to see how strong they were.

Flare: "Show me their stats."

Flare: 'They're not weak but they can get even stronger. Maybe ace would be at a similar level to luffy in the wano arc if he didn't die.'

They sat and talked for hours until they eventually began to fall asleep. They would depart in 3 days but they were gonna have one last drink before they all part ways. The whitebeard pirates besides Marco would head back to one of their territories to train themselves as they also needed to improve. They decided to have a party which lasted 2 entire days, people were drunk and sleeping everywhere.

After day 3 arrived, flare sensed a strong presence approaching and but he already knew who it was, this was the future sensei of luffy. As he got closer, flare saw an old man with glasses. He had a concerned yet calm look on his face as he entered the clearing. He saw luffy talking to ace so he walked over to them.

Rayleigh: "So you escaped luffy, I saw worried when I you rush into the war like that."

Luffy: "Rayleigh! how're you here?"

Rayleigh: "I swam but anyways I saw everything on the broadcast, the young man known as flare saved ace and even killed an admiral. I'd like to meet him."

Luffy: "Oh Flare? he's sitting under that tree."

Rayleigh left luffy as he walked over to where flare was and sat directly beside him.

Rayleigh: "Hello young man, I've heard a lot about you."

Flare: "So the dark king knows about me?"

Rayleigh: "I don't use that title anymore, I'm just an old man now."

Flare: "An old man that can beat an admiral."

Rayleigh: "I heard that you're roger's nephew. I didn't know that Pryde had a son, I met him already and he was almost exactly like roger but he was a bit more serious. I'm sure both roger and pryde would be proud of the man that you became."

Flare: "Well I'd like a favor from you, well more like 2 favors."

Rayleigh: "What are they?"

Flare: "Well first I'd like a fight against you, second thing is to train luffy, ace and marco for about 2 years. Just haki training as they need to develop a better understanding of haki. Marco already has the basics of haki down but he needs to refine them more."

Rayleigh: "Well I can do that, but I won't go easy on you. You killed Akainu so I don't think it's necessary to hold back."

Flare: "Fine by me, we can do the fight in a few days. It can be like a showcase to show luffy and ace how masters fight using haki. I also wanted to try conquerors coating."

Rayleigh: "Conquerors coating? you're already at that level?"

Flare: "Not quite, I can use my conquerors haki to destroy my surroundings and target specific people but I haven't managed to coat attacks as yet."

Rayleigh: "That's normal as you can only can only start coating attacks after you fully mastered ryou and also push your will outside of your body."

Flare: "Well I can use ryou quite well but I still can't use conquerors coating."

Rayleigh: "Conquerors coating isn't easy to accomplish, it took me years to grasp it and more years to perfect it."

Flare: "Well if it took you years then it should take me weeks."

Rayleigh: "Haahaaaha, Aren't you cocky? Maybe I should beat the arrogance out of you."

Flare: "I learn quick old man, I learnt everything about haki in a year."

Rayleigh: "WHAT! You mean you learnt all 3 types of haki in a year. That's dangerous, plus you know ryou which makes you even more dangerous. The navy is gonna have a field day with you."

Flare: "Well I'm gonna look around the island, I want to see the women of amazon lily. We should meet up in about 2 days from now. The remaining whitebeard pirates except marco are gonna head off today so I wanted to see them off. They're now a part of my grand fleet so it's now my duty."

Rayleigh: "Ahhh I see, I'll be talking to luffy and ace. See you in 2 days."

Flare got up and walked over to the docks to see marco, ace and luffy saying goodbye to the whitebeard pirates. They all turned to see flare approaching, they all respected him due to whitebeards words and also his helping hand to save ace.

Flare: "I know that I haven't known you all for a long time but I made whitebeard a promise that I would defend you all, so I ask that you fight for me as I fight for you."

Vista: "I will certainly young man, you damaged Mihawk and killed akainu. You also stood by pops right until his death which I will respect you for until I die. I'm sure the crew agrees with me."

Whitebeard pirates: "We will follow you just as we followed pops, it was his last order so we will fulfil his last order."

Marco: "We are now the first group in your grand fleet. We will still use the name, Whitebeard pirates, but we will be under the banner of Gol D. Flare."

Flare: "Thank you all, we will meet in Fishman Island in 2 years. I want you to all train in this time and you can contact marco through his den-den mushi in case anything happens. Goodbye everyone."

The ship sailed away as only Luffy, Ace and Flare was left on the shore. They all started walking back as flare decided to speak up.

Flare: "I'm gonna visit amazon lily, I heard that only females live there."

Ace: "You can't enter, men aren't allowed to enter. We stayed on the coast due to hancock giving permission to us."

Luffy: "Ehh? I went inside last time."

Ace: "WHATTT!!! How? Tell me everything luffy!"

Flare: "Well while you guys talk it out, I'm gonna go anyways. I break rules anyways."

Flare entered his beast form as he took to the sky, ignoring ace and luffy who were now arguing. He flew over the dense forest as he saw a giant wall. He smirked as he flew over the wall and landed in the in front of a giant castle like building. As he landed multiple females with spears and bows appeared and started aiming at him.

Flare: "Woahhhh! Easy! I come in peace, I only wanted to see the snake princess."

Amazonian #1: "The princess doesn't have time to talk to an unworthy man."

Flare: "So I'm unworthy huh....... let's change that."

Flare's eyes widened a bit as he released his conquerors haki all over the island. Ace and luffy were arguing until they felt a wave of willpower pass over their bodies causing them to become slightly weak. Rayleigh was drinking some booze under a tree as the haki swept over his body, he looked slightly surprised on sensing such a strong haki. Hancock was sitting in her room along with her 2 sisters and elder nyon when a pressure swept across the area causing their eyes to widen, whoever this came from was much stronger than even hancock.

Back to where flare was currently, many females across the island as some of them were barely standing up. They looked back at the man with terror as they knew he could kill them easily. Before flare could say anything he heard a voice behind him.

Hancock: "Who are you and how dare you attack my people!"

Flare: "I'm not attacking anyone, I just came to see you."

Hancock: "Me? why would you want to see me?........ wait, it's you! The one that was on the battlefield helping luffy and whitebeard."

Flare: "Yea that's me."

Elder Nyon: "I-It's you! You have quite the bounty for a rookie young man."

Flare: "I have a bounty? I haven't seen it as yet so don't tell me. I want to see the wanted poster myself."

Elder Nyon: "I have the poster, do you want to see it? Let me tell you something interesting, you have the highest known first bounty."

Flare: "Meaning?"

Elder Nyon: "You have officially broken the record for the highest first bounty, strawhat's first bounty was 30,000,000 bellies."

Flare: "Well, pass me the poster let me see my bounty."
