The ignorant people of South Blue couldn't understand why he was called King, as aside from the pic and a single sentence, no further details was given, leaving everyone somewhat confused.
But the curiosity of the people for the this sole survivor was developed, wondering who could it be, as one was aware of his identity, even in the pic only a vague shadow could be seen.
The news of the latest event was not just limited till the South Blue, everywhere in the world, the birds of World Economy Newspaper were able to spread the news, like Marineford in Grandline.
