Inside a grand room, 7 people could be seen heatedly discussing a topic. These 7 people were all significant figures in their own right. These 7 people consisted of, The Five Elder Stars, The great-granddaughter of one of the Five Elder Stars, and one seemingly random pirate.
" Grandpa, I'm begging you please let us leave this place." The only female in the room asked the sword-wielding member of the Fiver Elder Stars. This was Moro, a former Elder Star in training.
You could clearly sense the conflict in her heart. On one hand, was her lover and on the other the man who had raised her since birth.
Her lover who stood next to her, stayed silent as he knew it was not his place to speak when Moro was confronting her great-grandfather.
This man was Chiron. D. Spade. A notorious pirate who had fallen for what was not just a Celestial Dragon, but the highest-ranking member of the Celestial Dragons, aside from the Elder Stars themselves.
" Not only did you fall in love with a pirate mind you, but you fell in love with a clan member of our oldest enemies. To add salt-to-wound you're now trying to leave this place?" The Elder Star who could almost always be seen holding a blade asked calmly. Though to anyone who knew him personally could tell he was barely holding himself back.
The Elder Stars were a group of five men who made up the highest governing body in the World Government. If they wanted something done, it was executed immediately. They were the true dictators of the world.
[A/N: I know that isn't exactly true, but no one else in this world knows about the true ruler.]
" You have brought great dishonor upon us all. The only reason you are still alive is due to your status, if anyone else had pulled what you had, they would have been disposed of instantly."
The elder with blonde hair spoke while taking a sip of his tea.
" Moro I don't think you realize how big of a problem this really is. Especially because you chose him, out of all people in this world. Don't forget this was your second chance. We thought you would have seen reason with what happened earlier." Another one of the Five Elder Stars spoke but a lot more calmly than the other Elder Stars.
" I know what I have done has brought shame to us. But grandpa you've always told me to do what I believe in." Moro said back to the Elders, but it was mostly directed at her grandpa who was struggling to decide on what to do.
" Esteemed Five Elder, if I'm allowed to speak." The pirate asked for permission to speak which the five elders granted, out of curiosity for what he had to say.
" I have a valuable item in my possession that I would like to exchange for our freedom."
The pirate said to the elders as he took out an item from his pocket.
The Five Elders were people who had seen everything, they'd been involved in politics longer than most people were alive. This gave them the ability to mask their true feelings perfectly.
But even all that did not manage to help them hide their surprise at the item Chiron had just shown them.

On a random Island somewhere in the North Blue
" Honey, you're almost there. Just a little more and the child will be out." A middle-aged man with bright green hair and dark yellowish eyes said to his wife who was screaming in pain as she was giving birth. The man was completely missing his right arm, while his wife was missing her left. Making for a morbid romantic setting.
These two people were none other than Moro, and Chiron.
" One more push," The man said to his wife as the baby came out. The husband took the newborn baby as his wife started calming down.
* Huff, Huff, Huff*
The woman took deep breaths as her husband kissed her on the forehead, and proceeded to show her, their newborn child. Suddenly the baby started crying out of nowhere.
" He's beautiful," Moro spoke in a tired voice.
" Waaaaaaaaaaaaahhh"
Both parents tried calming the baby down, but he just refused to stop.

( Main Character's Pov)
' What the fuck!'
' The bastard wasn't lying!'
' I was a normal 15-year-old kid who ended up dying from saving a little girl who was about to be run over, by what I thought must have been a drunk driver based on how atrocious his driving was. I had just gone out to get some milk for my grandfather who had been raising me since I was a child. My mom died shortly after I was born and god knows where my dad is.'
' Now that I think about it, it's kinda ironic. I left that world by getting milk.'
' After I died, I was in an empty void for what felt like an eternity to me. Until a monotonous voice came out of nowhere and told me I was going to be reincarnated.
" Human 126769*867acyu- Achilles has been chosen for reincarnation. You will be reborn into the world of One Piece upon the orders of the One Above All."
" You shall receive a gift upon the age of 8. Good luck." The voice said to me as the next thing I knew I was a baby. I soon managed to calm myself down as I realized crying won't help now that I'm in the world of One Piece.
At least when I got older I would get something that should help me out greatly. I thought as I looked at my new parents, who would probably also classify as my only parents. Since they were the first I have ever met whilst being fully aware of myself.
" Look dear, he stopped crying." My mom said to my dad after I stopped crying. I could see the love in her mesmerizing green eyes. I proceeded to look around the room taking good, long looks at my dad and mom. I noticed both of them were missing one of their arms. I could only silently wonder what was behind its story.
My mom had light blonde hair and green eyes. She looked gorgeous even while missing an arm. It didn't take away her beauty but rather enhanced it in some weird sort of way.
My dad on the other hand had bright green hair and dark yellowish eyes that reminded me of the sith. Though surprisingly I didn't feel scared by them, rather I felt safe whilst he was looking at me with a kind gaze. Just like mom, he was missing an arm.

" Dear, what do you want to name him." My mom asked dad as I paid special attention to the conversation. I was hoping they would give me the same name I had in my previous life.
" How about Saint Achilles D. Spade?"
"I know you effectively threw away your heritage when you walked out of Mary Geoise, but it's clear that you still love your grandfather, no matter how many times you try to deny it.
So let's give him that title of Saint to represent the heritage of you and your family." My new dad said to my new mother, confusing me on the heritage part. Until I connected all of the dots. And then it hit me harder than that driver.
' HOLD UP MOM IS A FORMER CELESTIAL DRAGON'
' DAD IS A D'
' HOW DID THEY EVEN GET TOGETHER IN THE FIRST PLACE?!'
I was freaking out in my head after that piece of shocking news was dropped on me. Just what background is this? I thought to myself as mom agreed with what dad said. Mom started feeding me after they named me. She ended with some lullabies which made me fall asleep.

That's the chapter folks.
Holy damn it took some time to correct all of the mistakes, and further enhance this chapter. But I'd say it was worth it.
