The ROB who at the time was unfortunately reading his thoughts on why he chose those power was angry and embaresed at his choice of words "why did I ever chose to reincarnate this person. Oh right because he and hindu God Shiva having the same name and him being his devotee made it easier for him to get connected to Shiva and then to the universe itself. people who are devoted to any God of any religion, who are devoted to their God and are of pure hearts Or dont think that they will get anything out of their devotion other than gods grace are able to connect to the universe and get high spritual energy and as a result I the will universe has to remove it from their soul and unfortunately right after dying they completely forget their lords as if they never existed but people like him can't exist in this universe after their spiritual power is removed so I have reincarnate them, as a result of forgetting their Lords their attitude towards the world changes, once they thought that just being devoted to their gods was enough , now after getting some power they think they can become Gods themselves how ironic. better not let him know the truth."

I wish you wake up in luffy's era as you are one of the few people I have enjoyed conversing with and who is unafraid of me thought ROB and then a bright lite shone and a roulette was summoned seemingly out nowhere and it had nothing written on it " where are the names of era's in one piece? " asked Rudra curiously after all , the fanfiction's he has read always has names of different things written on the roulette "This is a different roulette as the moment you touch the handle of the roulette it will calculate your luck and desire and if you are luck is equal or greater than your desire you will wake up in your desired era, but if you a have a bad luck you can even wake up in void century"replied the rainbow light "I am going to fail after all I have always been average how can I be good at anything no no NO I CAN DO THIS I HAVE TO GO AND JOIN STRAWHAT PIRATES" is what's heard from our MC and without thinking he grips the roulette and spins it as fast as he can the ball lands on....
