54 Arc 2: Part 20

{'Good, she is getting geared up.'}

Kyle avoided another fist from her. He was happy that Ninia opted for a frontal assault, attack, and dodge strategy. However, this was not favorable for Kyle because he couldn’t use his sword if this continued. He decided to throw his sword and engaged in hand-to-hand combat. Without his sword, Ninia felt relieved since she could now counter his unarmed combat.

Kyle made a jab, and Ninia went to push his hand away. However, the moment her hand pushed his, her face turned into a grimace. She felt a sharp pain in her palm, as if she were holding a knife. While pulling her wounded hand away, Ninia realized she couldn’t attempt to block or deflect any longer. She looked at his hand and noticed the faint mana surrounding it.

“Noticed it?” Kyle stepped away a bit to let Ninia take a breather and added, “I shaped my mana into a sharp weapon on my hand.”

“Can Ki do this as well?” he asked. Ki certainly could be molded, but could Ninia do it?
