“Hmm?” I hummed against his skin, and he let out a tiny moan.

“You said you weren’t ready. And I respect that—fuck!” He laughed as I bit lightly on the junction of neck and shoulder. “God, that mouth. But hang on a sec. Because shouldn’t we talk about…what changed?”

“You.” It was as honest a statement as I could make. I lifted my head so I could look him in the eye. “You just…you’re amazing. And I want to know you better. And I want to kiss you and fuck you and just, you know, sit on the couch and watch bad TV while the dogs nap on the floor.”

He trembled hard. “That is the best thing anyone could ever say to me.”

I smiled. “I thought I wasn’t ready. I did. But then, something clicked in my brain. I want you, want to try with you. If that’s what you want.”

He nodded even before I finished the sentence. “I want.”

“Good.” I lowered my head again, then stopped. “And you’re okay with the bi thing?”
