160 We Are The Champions

Gwen was happy for Becca. She was happy for Darius. She was happy that she kind of got a week off while they were on their honeymoon where she could catch up on commissions. 

What she was not happy about was the strange way she felt at their wedding. She had thought she was satisfied with the way things were but she couldn't deny that seeing them be so happy and secure in their love for each other when they had known each other for such a short period of time gave her pause. 

She met Hunter first and they were attending someone else's wedding when they hadn't even said 'I love you' to each other yet. She might love him but she didn't want to be the first to say it. She didn't know how invested he was in her. 

He had been really busy in December but still made time to do holiday-related things with her when he wasn't. That had to mean she was at least somewhat of a priority for him.
