The Beginning

Waking up another day from a long night.  As I stare at a photo I sigh wishing only to see her again. 

    I walk out of my room and get dressed for school, as I walk pass moms old room all I can remember is.

"Honey get ready for school you don't want to be late!" 

 I miss hearing her soft, kind voice, mom always yelling at me, laughing, sobbing, and just having the best time with her. But I guess that's now in the past.

I go and fix some breakfast before school, eggs, and grits.  It's not much but it's enough for me.

After eating I go to mom's room, it looks the same as always---Perfect. It's now 8:05, time to start walking. 

As I'm walking out of the house I yell "Bye!" to mom then remembering she isn't here anymore.

I lock the door and start walking to the bus stop down the road. It's now 8:15, with the bus only a few yards away I start getting ready to get on the bus.

As I walk on the bus I can hear kids talking, yelling, and sleeping, but before I can sit by myself I could hear Ana calling me 

"Sammy come over here!" 

"Coming" I yelled back.

As I sit down I tell Ana something."Hey Ana what did I say about calling me, Sammy. My name is Samantha" 

" Oh right, sorry about that, force of habit, anyways how you doing after- well, you know." Ana says, looking really worried 

"Yeah, I'm good" and as for that the rest of the bus ride was nothing but awkward.

The bus stops at school, thinking today is going to be a normal day, Boy was I wrong.

As me and Ana are get off the bus we see some girls bullying someone. And it seems that I've seen her before.
