On the Brink

Veterinarian head Royce is at the end of his wits; managing a failing centre for the most exotic of species, he’s seen it all- or at least, that’s what he thinks. With the arrival of a new species, one so endangered that its existence is almost at an end, he must find a way to tame the feral female and encourage it to breed, all while managing his funds and ensuring that his team has a job to return to in the morning. When fate tests his decisions, will Royce choose to save the life of an entire species, or will he put his trust in the hands of those willing to pay big money?
