I was expecting to wake up wrapped from head to toe in bandages, or even worse, with at least a member amputated because of the accident.

But I was instead pleasantly surprised and deadly frightened by what I found.

When I woke up, I was in a studio apartment, the kind that has a bedroom, kitchen, and living room in the same shared space, with a bathroom at the exit of this studio.

That's not all…

I also looked like a Saiyan OC named Dede if the mirror placed on the wardrobe or cabinet or whatever is something to go by.

After I calmed down and looked around myself more, I also got all the body's memories.

I am a 16-year-old orphan who lost his parents during a "beast invasion" about a year ago. This "insignificant" detail alone is enough for me to realize that I am not in the original Dragon Ball, but considering the amount of Saiyans, Humans, and other races; how every martial art, Ki, magic and so on is JUST LIKE in Dragon Ball, left me thinking if this is an AU or just a martial world (XianHuan/Murim) that is made following the world of Dragon Ball.

To me, it seems that it is either a world that was created just for me by someone, so I could grow in power as a Saiyan, OR the world of Dragon Ball itself is a multi-world just like a cultivation/martial world where one would just ascend to a higher world after they reach the highest level cap allowed there.

If it's the first version, then I may get a Chat Group or Mercenary system and maybe receive missions in other worlds.

If it's the second, then I may start from here and just continuously ascend for some reason?!?

I am not sure of which option to take as real, so I think I should live my life, and when the moment comes, I may find or receive the answer.

"That won't be necessary, Addy, or Dede, as that's your new identity." Suddenly, a voice interrupted my thinking process right after coming to a compromise.

Looking toward the source of the voice, I find a wild Whis looking in my old-new fridge.

Finding an interesting dish, he took it out and started heating it up with Ki. After that, he finally turned toward me.

"Sorry for the intrusion, but Zeno deemed it necessary for someone to explain what's going on to you, or you may just do a few pointless things," stated Whis after starting to taste the dish.

"So, are you aware of my entire situation, or just the part of 'what is going on' that you were sent to explain?" I asked Whis while ignoring the apparent black hole that exists in my stomach and started begging for food as well.

"I got the gist of it, at least. You, as Addy, died of blood loss and hyperthermia after that car accident. It was a tragic end since the nearest emergency team that could have saved you did not receive any signal considering the lack of any witnesses or even a phone signal for the emergency system that tried to activate. At the same time, there were a few ROBs as you call them that are in charge of multiple realities that observed how in some of them, some reincarnators are slowly destroying the realities by killing heroes, emperors, kings, and other pillars of multiple super-powers in there, besides countless commoners either for fun or for their women, daughters or wealth. When they investigated how and why they reincarnated like that, they realized the existence of their Systems bestowed to them by some high-ranking evil ROBs that are just taking pleasure in the destruction of realities and worlds alike. Do you understand why you are here?" asked Whis while also eating his third dish.

"So my mission would be to stop them? The reason why I am in this world is that this world is somehow of a higher power level, so I can achieve a higher BP than a Time Patroller?" I asked as that's the only conclusion I came upon. In this world, the power levels during the Tournament Of Power from Super are considered as just mid-level combatant's strength.

As such, achieving power levels that will allow somehow to toy with UI Goku is relatively common in this world.

If the above information's true, then this world would allow me to get at insane levels of power, but some opponents would be undefeatable by myself even if I get at an Angel's PL, as some opponents like in Bleach, are souls for example.

"You catch the crux of the matter fast, I may say. But your obvious problem too. You will not be immune to curses, too, nor karma-based powers and techniques. As such, the ROBs came up with a simple solution: sending 10 individuals to different worlds, more specifically, in their higher tier ones where the plot won't exist or will only exist later, upgrade the worlds themselves so they may grow up there from the beginning till they achieve the top power level of an even higher level, giving them what you know as an Interdimensional Chat Group, and then send them to get rid of the reincarnators and/or mend what they have done. Doing this, they can also issue missions to help other worlds that may become affected as a side-effect or even unstable worlds where the 'plot' is too ideal and unachievable. You are the Sayian/martial artist/worrier of the group that can travel to mid – and high-tier level worlds." Stated Whis after thinking about how to formulate his available information.

"So in short, they created an Interdimensional Chat Group that's filled exclusively with Earthlings, aka idiots that are aware of the 'plots' of some of these worlds, so they will have an easier time to adapt and come up with countermeasures for most situations, but they needed to cover multiple bases, so even if two individuals are of the same specialty, they may still have their particularities… am I correct to assume as such?" I asked after considering the info I got.

"I think you figured it out mostly, too. I was told to give you your phone and to add that the chat itself will only start after two years when you all turn 18. That means that you all start at the age of 16, but that doesn't mean you were of the same age at the moment of your deaths." Warned Whis.

"Then considering that the 10 of us are meant to cover most bases, does it mean that some of us are useless in higher level worlds, while myself and a few others are unable of accessing the lower worlds, as our level of power may destabilize these worlds? Then does it mean that we may have no mission that we can gather together, but if there is a high-tier world where technology is also top-notch, then we need to cooperate with the ones from cyberpunk worlds or other mecha/advanced technological worlds?" I ask, considering how messed up this is.

"Well, I just received the answer from Zeno that your assumption is correct. Also, you could access lower-level worlds if you seal at least a portion of your powers to not destabilize these worlds. And just as a piece of additional information, you ARE in the real Dragon Ball world, but in a higher tier dimension. It's just that this dimension was cut off from the rest, so there are no longer individuals that may ascend from the various timelines, but at the same time, the necessary BP is way higher than it was originally required to ascend, as if we place the original Dragon Ball GT power level as one and Super as two, then you need to achieve seven to ascend.

"That means that if you may have required peak SS4 fully mastered and trained to ascend from GT timeline and Peak Angel power to ascend from Super, then in this world, even having Zeno's PL that allows the destruction of 6 universes at the same time will only make you a peak mid-level combatant, and you will still need at least a dozen times Zeno's power to be considered a high-level combatant, not to mention peak-level. This world was also just changed before you woke up, so the martial arts, fundamental bases regarding Ki, magic, and spiritual energy, as well as beasts and demons, are of a higher tier level too. We even relocated some higher-level sects and training grounds to this world, making it even bigger than in your memories. Also, even if you were just enrolled in this martial arts academia, we changed the curriculum so the training you will receive here would be on par with level six worlds, so to say. But do not worry, all the available knowledge that exists in your memories is considered basics before the academy.

"That means the entire education that Dede received till now is considered as part of the official curriculum taught in the kindergarten, primary, and middle schools for combatants' descendants. The reason I was even sent here was to warn you of the real truth, so you should pay attention in classes. We even made sure to enroll you in an Elite profile of the academy, so you will learn martial arts, Ki, magic, and spiritual energy' not only knowledge but also techniques and tricks so to say." Stated Whis before starting to devour a huge desert that was somehow costly from Dede's memories.

If what he said is true, then I'm in trouble here foremost, as even Dede wasn't the brightest kid in the head, so all the knowledge that he had was more about the 'feel' of muscles, martial arts, and Ki, and he couldn't understand magic.

"Wait, you mentioned that it was necessary for us to meet so you can warn me about the real circumstances, but what about the others? Will I be the only one who knows the truth?" I ask after processing the last beat of information.

"Only you and 5 others were informed, as the rest are in strange positions that would force them to train and level up even without someone telling them how and why. One of them is even trapped in the Sword Art Online game since the first day, but he should have realized that it's different since not only sword arts exist, but the entire RPG classes and arts, even magicians, while another one is literally in a world with dungeons like Solo Leveling, but in there, the entire world is gameified, so he NEEDS to hunt monsters and level up to get supplies in form of drops, but also skills, skill points, and money." Stated Whis.

"Well then, I shall take my leave and let you process all the ins and outs, as the phone still has a portion of the system, even if it's not fully activated." Said Whis before performing his fast travel technique and living me alone in the dorm room.

Well, I am both scared and excited.

Hopefully, I will not die too soon, right?
