Title - The Celestial Heliopolis

...

"Where is this?" Leucadius asked as he floated out of the Portal Oshtur had created. He hadn't been afraid of following her through as he believed that she wasn't stupid enough to make him an enemy outrightly.

"The Path of Gods." She replied with a small laugh. "It's similar to the Rainbow Bridge that was recently constructed by Odin, son of Bor of the Asgardian Realm."

"Oh?" Leucadius was immediately interested. Due to not having stepped on it, he didn't know what it was, but as soon as he became curious, Aspect deposited the information he needed to know about the Path into his brain. "Impressive."

Oshtur looked at him in confusion that only lasted a second before realization set in. "You can analyze the materials it's made of?"

"Hmm. It's a form of Divine Metal similar to my Divinium, but different altogether." Leucadius replied. According to Aspect, even he couldn't create a similar metal, it was similar to how others couldn't create his Divinium.

"Divinium?"

"Hmm. A metal I created." Leucadius said and threw her a metal the size of a 10cm cube which she tried to analyze and had only one thing to say.

"Impressive."

Leucadius merely smirked as they continued their journey. "So where does this lead?"

"To the Heliopolis, Home of the Ennead." Oshtur replied

"Ennead? That's the first I'm hearing of it." Leucadius said, intrigued at hearing something he hadn't heard before. The next second though, he shouted. "Don't!"

"Hmm?" A confused Oshtur stopped and looked at him.

"Don't mind me. Carry on." Leucadius said with a placating smile. As for why he had shouted, he had felt Aspect try to give him information on what or who the Ennead are.

With Oshtur already explaining, he didn't see the need to know their full backstory from Aspect. That would be both disrespectful and boring.

"The Ennead, similar to the Olympians, are descendants of my Sister, Gaea. During the earlier days of our existence, my siblings grew cannibalistic and began consuming each other for power." Oshtur began sadly.

"During those years, I wasn't around. Although I don't claim to be the strongest, I was quite sure I was stronger than most of them back then." She said and took a pause. "They were all focused on using their might to fight, forgetting that we had these energies in our bodies that could be used in many more interesting ways."

"I had left to figure out more ways to manipulate these energies. I knew that there were more people like ourselves out there but..." Oshtur sighed. "Anyways, in a bid to stop our siblings' madness, Gaea sired a son with Father and gave birth to Atum. The God Eater as he came to be known."

"Atum, with his anti-god characteristic, went on to slaughter and absorb the energy of all the elder Gods he could find. In so doing, he too became a Demon - Demogorge - two of my siblings managed to escape his pursuit and seeing as his purpose had been fulfilled, he dispelled all the energy he had accumulated into the earth's atmosphere."

"That energy went on to form several Demons, but that is a story of another time." Oshtur said with a chuckle. "Atum would later seclude himself in Earth's sun for a few millennia before returning as Ra or Amun Ra as his descendants like to call him."

"He then went on to sire the Heliopolitan and Hermopolitan Gods."

"Huh?"

"I know. It's confusing to me too but it is what it is." Oshtur shrugged. "Years passed as they all inter-married and are now being called Ennead. It'll do you good not to question things like that."

"Hmm." Leucadius nodded. He truly didn't want to question things that happened eras before his arrival on the planet.

"Moving on, Generations after generations of Gods later, with the arrival of the Celestials, The Gods were forced to leave the planet so as to allow the humans to develop. With the creation of your race, it became obvious that Humans didn't need their intervention to develop."

Leucadius nodded at that. Considering the level of technology before the Great Cataclysm, Humans didn't really need the intervention of the Gods.

"But with the Cataclysm, I'm afraid that will change soon. Last I heard, the Eternals as they call themselves have also created a Dimension away from Earth and have partnered with the Olympians. The Deviants have all gone into hiding with some degenerating into beasts that feed on humanity." Saying to this point, Oshtur looked a bit tired mentally.

"Why do you seem bothered? Gaea isn't even bothered so why are you?" Leucadius asked, looking at her weirdly.

"... Leuca, how about coming to join the Vishanti?" She asked after a bit of hesitation.

"The Vishanti?" Leucadius asked, looking a bit confused. Of Course he had an idea of what the Vishanti was, but he didn't know why he was being invited to join them.

As far as he knew, they were a group of powerful beings who dedicate themselves in safeguarding the Earth's peace. They were Earth's sorcerer's Patrons in a way.

"Hmm, during my exploration of the Cosmos, I came across a Lone Alien from an Ancient Pantheon. He was versed in magic and like you, had knowledge of most of the mysteries of the Universe." She began.

"We learnt a lot of things from each other, and in the end, when it was time to depart, he opted to leave with me. Upon arrival I learnt of what had happened amongst my siblings and pleaded with them to form a pact. The pact entailed that none of us interfered with eachother's realms."

"Set's Serpent men and Chthon's N'garai Demons tormented the still young human race but due to the pact, I couldn't interfere. Gaea also could do anything about them, so we opted to create the Vishanti."

"We taught a few Godlings magic hoping that they would then teach it to the Humans. This was all well and good, but along the line..."

"The Celestials came and everything ended in the Great Cataclysm." Leucadius said.

"Hmm, now we have to start all over but..."

"I understand, however, I won't be able to join." Leucadius said directly.

"Why is that?" Oshtur asked calmly. She didn't particularly hope that he'll join, she just didn't expect him to be so direct.

"The Humans. I have a better plan for them. You can go ahead and teach them magic and I can give you my word. As far as I exist No harm will befall them from either of your brother's races." Leucadius said solemnly, causing Oshtur to smile.

"You're quite the mischievous one aren't you?"

"Whatever could you mean?" Leucadius asked.

"You're simply saying that other than my brother's spawns they're on their own."

Leucadius chuckled and said. "Exactly. Humans would one day develop to reach the stars. They won't develop if they don't face hardship. It's that simple."

"Hmm. That much is understandable and I'm glad." Oshtur said and. "The Ennead are a group of self serving eccentric Gods, but they are good people. Bear with them."

Leucadius merely looked at her blankly, causing her to chuckle. "Just don't overdo it."

"No promises." Leucadius said as they came upon a giant gate that was made entirely of gold. It wasn't exactly gold, but the color said otherwise. It was the Heliopolitan Divine Metal and he knew that much

His Divinium was also Golden in color but that didn't make it gold.

"We're here." Oshtur said as the giant gate opened slightly allowing them both to pass.

"If it'll only open this much, why make it this big?" Leucadius asked.

"Atum wasn't small in size. He was an Elder God, the spawn of one at least, so his size was massive."

"Oh...I understand." Leucadius said. He knew that of the Elder Gods, only Gaea and Oshtur had a bit of resemblance to humanity, possessing four limbs, two eyes, ears, nose and a mouth.

Set alone was already disgusting to look at that he dreaded to know how The Elder God of Chaos actually looked.

As Leucadius was deep in thought, he felt two presence appear not too far from them and went on one knee.

"You're back, mistress."

"Hmm. I came to introduce a friend and potential ally to your leaders." Oshtur said with a smile.

"I'm sure Lord Osiris and Mistress Isis would be pleased. This way."

"No need. I can get there faster." Having said that, she opened up a portal that connected to the Golden Palace located at the center of the Dimension.

"Then we bid you farewell." The two guards said while still on their knees. Throughout the entire conversation, they didn't even acknowledge Leucadius' Presence but he wasn't bothered about it.

At the moment, what was going on within his mind was. 'How strong will the Egyptian Gods be in comparison to their Olympic Cousins.'

...

"My King, Lady Oshtur, graces our Realm with her Presence." A disembodied voice sounded Within what looked like a throne room.

"Hmm. I felt her arrival...but she's with a guest...any idea who that is?" Osiris asked. He was adorned in traditional Egyptian attire and wearing the symbolic Atef crown, a symbol of his divine status.

The Crown was White and adorned with ostrich feathers and symbolic horns, further emphasizing his divine status as a king of the gods.

Beside his throne was another, and seated on it was Isis, with a regal and graceful appearance wore a flowing robe adorned with symbols of magic and divine power.

A single glance was enough to see how excited she was upon hearing the news. As the Mother of the Pantheon, although she wasn't physically strong, she was far more powerful than anyone in terms of Magic.

From an Early age, she had followed after Oshtur and had learned all she could from her. However, the more she learnt under Oshtur, the more she understood she was still a long way off... hence her excitement.

"Unfortunately my king, but there's some sort of Magnetic field around this person. I'm unable to gauge anything from him." The voice reported. "But from the conversation between Lady Oshtur and the guards, it's safe to assume he's friendly."

"Of course. How can anyone associated with my Esteemed Teacher be venomous?" Isis was quick to support Leucadius despite not meeting him.

Her response could only make Osiris sigh tiredly. His wife was a die hard fan of Lady Oshtur, not that it was a bad thing, but it sometimes clouded her judgment.

"They're here." Osiris suddenly said as his gaze turned steely, his aura transformed to that of a ruler of Gods as he gazed upon the Portal that materialized inside his throne room.

However, his entire aura was immediately shattered as soon as Oshtur made her appearance. The reason wasn't anything exciting or magical, it was just that...

"Kyaaa! Lady Oshtur!"

Yes. His wife geeked out and pounced towards the gigantic lady, even in his own view, and buried her face in her bosom. 'How hateful!' he thought. 'If only I could be that carefree too.'

"Oh Isis, you're a queen now. Learn to behave like one." Oshtur said with a wry smile as she rubbed the Goddess's head.

"What do you mean mistress? A teacher for a day, a mother for life. What does being the queen of Gods have to do with anything?" Isis pulled back her face to look at Oshtur while asking innocently.

"You've learnt a bit of nonsense from those Xians haven't you?" Oshtur said with a small frown which Isis chuckled at.

"Although their ways are rather questionable, they do have their ways with words." Isis said.

"Hehehe. That, I can't refute." Oshtur said with a giggle.

Leucadius, who was observing the conversation, became interested in fight- visiting the Xians to understand how they manipulate Energy. According to Oshtur's records from Gaea's library, they called themselves Taoist Gods and had their dimension also lying adjacent to Earth.

'Aspect, schedule a visit to the Xians in the near future.' he Telepathically instructed.

'As you wish.'

"Lady Gaea, who is this?" Isis finally got her fill of Oshtur's boobs and pulled away and only then did she notice Leucadius.

Leucadius, as always, wasn't bothered by this. He was a visitor...an uninvited one at that and he didn't have any quarrel with them. However that didn't mean he didn't record the disrespect somewhere.

He would come to figh-spar with the Egyptian Gods in the near future, and he will be sure to make them remember this disrespect. And of the two Sky Fathers he had met, he was sure Osiris would give him a good run for his money.

Zeus was strong, true, but he was weak on Earth. This time, he was in their Divine Realm and was excited to know how powerful a Sky Father could be in their home field.

"Oh this? He is Leucadius..." Oshtur made to introduce and only then did she realize that other than his name, Leucadius bore no other titles. "A friend I made during my last visit to my sister. He's quite versed in Magic that I almost feel inferior."

"Truly!?" Isis asked in shock and looked at Leucadius with displeasure much to his astonishment.

"Hmm. As for the purpose of our visit here. He's here for what he calls a Cultural Exchange."

"Cultural Exchange?" Osiris, who had been silent since Oshtur and Leucadius' arrival, spoke up. "A Cultural Exchange only occurs when two different cultures meet...where are you from again?"

Leucadius glanced at the God looking at him with a condescending gaze and smiled. 'The higher they are, the heavier they fall. A wise man once said...or will say.'

"The name is Leucadius. Of Course this name is unique to only those I give permission to call me as such." Leucadius began with a similarly cocky tone. "I am God...of all who call me Their God. Bear that in mind as you speak to me."

"Oh? How arrogant, Leu*groan*" Osiris began but groaned as he made to speak Leucadius' name.

"It's not arrogance my dear, It's confidence. Bear that in mind." Leucadius said as his smile turned even more arrogant and condescending. His posture as he sat on his Throne made him even more domineering than Osiris.

"You!" Osiris shouted and stood up. His aura spread through the entire throne room as a heavy pressure descended. It was so heavy that one could even hear the walls creak.

However the occupants of the room were not affected in the slightest. Oshtur had Isis under her protection while Leucadius just sat there nonchalantly as the pressure washed past him.

"I think the right question should be...YOU DARE!?" Leucadius said. His voice commanding and domineering as an equally heavy aura poured out of him.

However, different from Osiris', his was solely focused on Osiris causing the effects to be maximized.

The scene painted a very vivid picture at the moment. Osiris's aura, a vibrant azure green, emanated waves of authority and divine strength, while Leucadius's aura shimmered with a golden-white hue, exuding an air of confidence and dominance.

The clash of their auras created a palpable pressure in the room, causing the very walls to tremble as if under the weight of their immense power. Sparks danced between them, illuminating the space with flashes of light as the two locked eyes in a silent battle of wills.

Despite the intensity of the moment, neither Oshtur nor Isis seemed fazed by the display of power before them. Instead, Oshtur watched with a mixture of curiosity and amusement, knowing that this confrontation was merely a prelude to what was to come.

"Haven't you two had enough?"
