Power

Lanvris had a look of disbelief on his face. His mouth was opened as his mind failed to process what was going on. Blood spilled from the claw marks that scarred his chest.

Lanvris staggered backwards.

Lenin smirked as he saw Lanvris' face.

"Is that all you can do? Just stare?"

Lanvris said nothing. He bowed his head in shame. Ever since he had started training under Princess Swallow-heaven, he had never had a worthy opponent. It always seemed that he was just too powerful. But now things were different.

He was not bitter nor angry. He didn't harbor any form of resentment. The only emotion he felt was..... Excitement! Excitement like never before.

Something that had never been activated begun to bubble inside Lanvris. It buzzed to life as Lanvris smiled gleefully.

He lifted a hand and pointed at Lenin.

"Good... Good! You really surprised me! I have never been driven to a corner! Let us battle to our heart's content!"

Saying this, a strong pressure was released from Lanvris. A pressure different from Lanvris' kinetic energy. A pressure that exuded a hint of divinity.

Lenin backed away.

'This, this aura! It is the same as when I first met him. This devastating god force!"

The pressure caused Lanvris' clothes to hover in the air. His presence was like that of an immortal.

Far in the crowd, Freda watched the event unfolding with a stoic expression. For a split second, her eyes glowed bright red.

'Intriguing. Why is a being like that in this lower realm? This can not be a coincidence. A human born with the blessing of a god!'

She narrowed her eyes.

The blessed children. Beings born of different races that are blessed by gods. Gods would sometimes search the fate of potential geniuses and decide to bestow upon them their blessings. Every blessing was different and had different effects on each individual. This was mostly because of the different attributes of the gods.

Matyr Dhampir was an example of a blessed child. The only difference was that, the being that blessed her was beyond godhood.

'He may have been blessed, but that is irrelevant. I know this aura perfectly. Humph!..... It is just a measly god!'

Freda thought with irritation.

Princess Swallow-heaven almost intervened as soon as Lanvris released his blessing. She panicked and searched the faces of the people around her, but after seeing the reaction of the crowd she calmed down a bit.

'Sigh. It seems no one can feel the power. That was close. That damned brat! I told him not to use that, can't he just listen to me for once!!!'

Of course, it was normal that no one could accurately sense the divine power. Most people would just have a strange feeling, but could not directly sense the god force.

Lanvris' eyes were on Lenin as he said;

"Come forth"

The wind rushed and begun to circle around Lanvris. It spined fast and rose high into the sky. It seemed like a tornado.

"Form!"

The air clamped together and begun to form. Within seconds, a giant humanoid creature could be seen. This creature was made out of pure wind.

The upper part of it's body was humanoid while the lower part was that of a tornado.

"Crush him"

Lanvris said lightly.

The giant wind creature moved on Lanvris' command. It threw a fist at Lenin.

Lenin jumped away, only escaping narrowly. The fist smashed into the ground causing the whole stadium to shake and a large crater to form in the ground.

Lenin hopped back from the monster.

"I won't lie, this thing is strong. Maybe I would have lost if I was still in the soul wandering realm. But it is different now"

Lenin went into the same stance again. He moved in a strange pattern and immediately disappeared.

'Since the only reason why the wind monster can be stable is because of the way it spins, then what if I force it in the other direction!'

This was Lenin's train of thought. But to do that, he had to enter the eye of the tornado.

With the immense speed of the second stance of the divinely forged muscles, he reappeared in the eye of the tornado.

Pulling back his clawed hand, he swiped his arm in the opposite direction of the tornado. A great destructive force was released.

This force moved opposite of the tornado. Due to the friction, the tornado monster died out. Lenin breathed heavily from the strain of using the second stance of the Divinely Forged Muscles twice.

He turned to Lanvris.

"Are you out o-"

Lenin stopped speaking as he saw what Lanvris was doing.

"Hahahaha.... Lenin! You really intrigue me, but the monster just now was only a distraction"

He said as he held a golden hovering ball in his hand.

He threw his head back and shouted.

"Eyes of Horus, OPEN!"

With the scream, the golden ball enveloped Lanvris and shot into the sky.

Immediately the atmosphere changed. The dark red clouds appeared out of nowhere. It blocked out the sun, causing the arena to darken.

A monstrous destructive pressure enveloped the whole city. Random people on the streets begun to shiver unconsciously.

The crowd broke out in murmurs as fear gripped them. Even Master Vacto shivered slightly.

Princess Swallow-heaven lost all calm as she pushed herself up from her seat.

"That damned bastard!"

She roared with anger.

Without wasting time, Princess Swallow-heaven released her qi in all it's glory. The pressure could rip space. She immediately quelled the pressure. With a hand motion, her power strengthened the barrier to unimaginable levels.

High up in the sky, a big gigantic eye formed. It released holy unrivaled power. Immense amounts of energy force gathered in the eye.

Lanvris hovered in the air.

"This is my greatest attack. Don't disappoint me, Lenin Heartfield!"

BOOM!!!

A mass of pure energy shot from the eyes towards Lenin. Aina jumped from her seat in horror as Brian watched the match quietly.

"My body is already strained. If I use it one more time...."

Lenin murmured.

Contrary to what he was saying, his eyes glowed with excitement.

"Divinely Forged Muscles second stance, tiger's dance!"

Unimaginable qi poured into Lenin's claws. But something else was mixed in it. Something that contained divinity so powerful, it made Lanvris' blessing seem childlike.

Lenin swiped his claws.

BOOM!! BOOM!!

The claw and the energy blast collided. The ground tore apart as the barrier begun to crack. Bright light shined which blinded most of the spectators.

Back in the upper realms, a demonic general that emitted power so potent that it could dwarf reality was in a big hall. He seemed bored as he sat on his throne.

All of a sudden, as if sensing something, he perked up.

"What? This aura? After so long of searching... Why now?"

He murmured with wide eyes.

Then he begun to laugh. He was filled with unimaginable joy.

"Finally! That bitch! She thought we would never find her? Levi, come!"

His voiced thundered. The door opened as a scantily dressed woman walked in. Her breasts were extremely large with a round perky ass. She had the air and body of a mature woman which made her extremely sexy.

Her dress only covered her nipples and her lower regions. She walked to the demonic entity. Her short brown her made her look even more enchanting.

"Yes general!" She immediately went on her knees.

"Contact the demon worshipers in the lower realms. Specifically those on the planet called Earth. Tell them that there is something precious I want them to recover for me. If they can, I'll grant their any wish!"

The general said eagerly. The woman named Levi was slightly shocked. In all her millions of years of serving this entity, she had rarely seen him happy. What had he discovered that made him so joyous?

"Yes general!" She responded.
