Chapter 68 - Lover meeting

"Girls, I would like you to meet Shinobu, Mitsuri and Kanae."

Ryuu happily introduces them to the girls and when he mentions them, Mitsuri quickly lights up looking at Nezuko and Kie.

"Hi! I'm Mitsuri Kanroji, it's nice to finally meet you! Ryuu has been telling great things!! Hey hey do you like it if I show you around!?"

Nezuko was surprised when she was held by Mitsuri who radiated a friendly atmosphere. She seems more straightforward and outgoing than before showing her bubbly side.

Ryuu smiled at how well Mitsuri was treating them. She immediately lightened up the mood, making Nezuko try her best to speak.

"It's nice to meet you too, Kanro-"

"Mitsuri is fine! We're going to be sisters right!? Being Ryuu's fellow lover that is. I want you to call me by my first name without honorifics!"

Nezuko started to like her calm down knowing she was accepted without a problem. It was her first time having another fellow woman to be her friend as she rarely goes to the village even then most boys would court her.

"Then Mitsuri, I'm Nezuko Kamado, just call Nezuko."

"It's going to be so much fun! Come with me!!"

She turned to look at Ryuu who nodded. Letting them get to know each other is the best way to avoid the girl being left out. Ryuu would want them to give opinions when he needs them and avoid always relying on himself.

They would be dishesten if they are some collectable stored in some storage. Ryuu wants them to join in his future endeavors rather than just dream to be the strongest focus on having everyone become strong.

"Then I'll head to the Chicken and watch over the children to let you girls get to know each other. Come, Rukota, Shigure, Hanako and Tanjiro."

Kie was a bit nervous under Kanae and Shinobu's gaze looking at Ryuu who left them to have a chat.

"Relax, we won't hurt you. Come with us to have some tea."

Kanae giggled while giving a friendly smile seeing her stiff body loosen up. She understood her worries but they had already discussed everything beforehand.

"You've already become part of Ryuu's harem therefore we should support each other."

Shinobu added as they walked their way to the second floor terrace where it overlooks the calming water of the lake and displayed the sun setting.

At the terrace were tables with tea sets already prepared as the three sat down. Kie is still a bit stiff and ignorant at what she should do as there are too many new things happening.

"What kind do you like? Green tea? Black tea?"

Kanae asked with a smile but Kie was a bit nervous to reply and stuttered.

"S-Sorry but I don't know what to choose."

"Oh I'm sorry, I forgot that you don't know much about these kinds of things."

"No no you don't need to apologize!"

"Fufufu Ryuu was right. You apologize too much."

Shinobu giggled, finding her personality to be interesting as she was far too kind and answered why Ryuu grew to like him.

"Well, I think we can tell something about not everything. Ryuu would explain the rest. For now, have Green tea to calm your body."

Shinobu help pour her some into the cup and gestured for Kie to take a sip and felt the taste rather soothing herbal taste. It made her more relaxed and loosen a bit.

"How do you feel? All better?"

"Yes, I feel more relaxed than before. thank you….?"

"Ara~ where are our manners? We forgot to introduce ourselves. I'm Kanae Kocho, the fourth lover of Ryuu."

"My name is Shinobu Kocho, younger sister of Kanae and second Lover of Ryuu."

"It's to finally meet you two. I'm happy that you are taking us quite well."

"That's because we already gave our thoughts and opinions about you and your daughter, Nezuko. I believe you won't betray Ryuu's trust anytime soon."

Kanae explained as Kie nodded relieved that they have long since accepted her. Still she had numerous questions that he wanted to know about everything.

Shinobu noticed her expression and quickly addressed it since she knew what's going on in her head.

"Where is this place and what was that power Ryuu used?" Kie asked.

"This place is called Dimensional Room where the inside could last a week while the outside only one day."

She explained that shocked Kie wondering how something was possible. It was unbelievable but recalling what happened the other night wasn't far-fetched to something like this.

"How is that possible?"

"Ask Ryuu since we also don't know but what we know is our age would be slower." Shinobu said.

"I heard that Ryuu could change the time, right?"

Kanae asked her sister, tilting a little trying to remember if it was true.

"Yeah I believe so?"

They casually said forgetting Kie shocked and confused. She now understands what Ryuu said that might change her life and had the choice to leave anytime. Kie only smiled at how considerate Ryuu knew that he wouldn't let her leave.

"That's why Ryuu said that I might want to leave if I learn everything…." Kie said.

"Are you going to leave him, Kie-san?" Kanae said.

"Please just call me, Kie." She said with a friendly smile.

"Okay, but call us Kanae and Shinobu. I presume you won't leave him?" The flower Hashira did the same.

"Yes, I know it sounds strange since I was once a married woman but I can't imagine leaving him. My children treat him like part of our family."

Kie touches her chest thinking the thought of leaving already pains her. Shinobu and Kanae saw her expression smile as well.

"Fufufu our Ryuu is really a bad boy~. How can he steal a married woman's heart?"

Kanae teasingly said licking her lips a bit aroused by the thought but hid it well by her facade.

"Onee-san, stop whatever you're planning."

Shinobu noticed her sister's tone and knew her hidden intention but Kanae only shrugged it off.

"For now, let us tell everything we know. It would be long, that's why we brought you here."

While the adults were having their friendly conversation, Nezuko and Mitsuri were walking in the garden where a beautiful plantation could be seen that made the former in awe.

"Beautiful isn't it!? Kanae made this using her magic."

"Magic?"

Nezuko was confused at what she meant by 'Magic' as it was foreign word for her. She was ignorant of many common things that made Mitsuri who happily told her everything.

"Magic is an ability to control magical energy in the surroundings and make unbelievable things! Like how Ryuu brought you here."

"I don't understand what you mean, it sounds amazing!"

Mitsuri's eyes twitch a little seeing Nezuko trying to be enthusiastic about it when she doesn't know one thing.

"I guess showing is better than telling…here watch! This is my [ Fairy Magic ]"

At that moment, Mitsuri used her magic to float in the air baffling Nezuko who couldn't see what she was witnessing.

"Y-You're flying!? How is that possible!?"

"It's my magic! Maybe you could also acquire magic with Ryuu's help. Though, it takes a long time to have one."

She said while descending back next to Nezuko who was amazed at the unbelievable things happening and couldn't stop having questions in her head.

"Do all of you have magic? And is it possible for me to have one??"

"Yes, everyone that is with Ryuu has magic but it takes time to have one. It took a year inside this place. Oh right, I forgot to mention that this place has a different time than the outside."

Nezuko tilted her head that soon changed into shock once Mitsuri explained what she meant.

"Is Ryuu a Kami?"

"No, but he said that it was possible to be one and like magic takes longer unless we accumulate faith with worshippers."

Ryuu did plan on acquiring divinity to have his own domain and become powerful enough without worrying much. He hopes to explore Soul land if he gets the chance.

This made Nezuko contemplate her choice realizing that Ryuu didn't want them to be involved with the shenanigans but she shook her head because her decision is final.

"Does that mean Kami is real?"

"Yes and no, In our world maybe not."

This made Nezuko pause hearing Mitsuri's next word.

"In our world?"

"Well it's like…."
