Chapter 154 - Truce

Walking around the town of Kuoh, Ryuu and his group caught a few people turning due to their unfathomable appearances. His enticement had started to affect the human every time he passed by allowing him to attach himself into their psyche. Like the abyss, those who starred long enough would be tempted to follow his path.

Rias felt out of place how Ryuu became intimate with both of the women, making her extremely jealous considering she wanted to be pampered by a man that caught her heart. She seemed like a third wheel with their date but seeing Ryuu smile towards her made it look away. 

The logic of this world and the [ Harem Protagonist Luck ] made her heart wavered even more. Shinobu notice how Rias was taking quick glances on Ryuu only made it even more obvious. She had already gotten used to how women would flock in to follow him.  

"Rias?"

"Huh!? Hai!?"

Rias who was in a daze overthinking her stand point with Ryuu who had helped her in more ways than one always giving advice. They have chatted when the rest are offline and often discuss anime and manga considering both were their pastime.

It could be said that the two are close friends from their interaction. Meanwhile, Ryuu was slightly worried about her as she had been silently walking around the town with them. 

"Are you alright, you've been dozing off?"

"N-No, I'm fine. I was just thinking about something."

"Maybe some snacks would ease some of your stress. Oh there!"

Ryuu noticed a udon shop opened and decided to head inside to have their meal since a warm bowl always eases the mind. Rias wanted to clear the misunderstanding but was dragged into the shop with him. She still had few things to do but Ryuu clone was helping her with paperwork giving a break. Her peerage was taking a break until the start of the new semester. 

They were welcomed by the staff, taking aback by their top class beauty and guided them to a table. Everyone was given their own menu taking a moment to choose what meal they'll eat. Ryuu noticed how Lucifer was even looking at the menu and just magically made wine appear in thin air.

"Seriously, Lucifer? Why aren't you ordering?"

"Darling, I have no obligation to feast on such a meal, I'd rather have a pancake than anything."

"If you keep eating pancakes then you'll get fat."

"Surely you jest, I have no concept of gaining weight."

"....Eat something else or I won't make more pancakes later."

"As a second thought, this queen shall indulge in other meals."

Rias sweatdropped seeing the alternative version of her progenitor acted like a tamed beast in front of Ryuu. Lucifer didn't want to lose gaining the divine taste of his pancakes. After a while, they all decided on what they would eat and waited for their meal to arrive as Rias sat uncomfortably around them yet felt a sense of unity around them the more she was near them.

They chatted about a few things, namely the time of meeting with Sirzechs Lucifer and the progress in Kuoh Academy. Ryuu nodded eager to test himself against one of the top strongest in the world. The strength of each character in this world had been far too vague and his rough estimation that Sirzechs if far beyond continental to near planetary. 

Though unable to go all out without destroying a large chunk of the world from the aftermath. Meanwhile, Lucifer was curious to see those holding a title of her fellow heavy hitter from her world. 

"Hahaha for a man to hold the title of lustful demon is incredibly hilarious."

"Keep it down, Lucifer." 

He felt slightly embarrassed that Lucifer burst laughing after hearing the title of the so-called Devil king was one of the lustful demons. Ryuu ended up being forced to block from seeing and hearing in order to not draw too much attention. Rias wryly smiles since her version of Asmodeus was completely different from the history of the Devil society. 

"I believe your brother is the one who holds my name, correct?"

"T-That's right."

Rias was slightly nervous, the tone of her voice having malicious intent toward Sirzechs. Lucifer is interested in how worthy a person to hold her name even if it is just an alternative version of herself. She's still the devil and it was certain blasphemy to pose her. 

"Whatever your planning, please don't do it, Lucifer. Ryuu would be in trouble if you act recklessly."

Shinobu warns her since she seems too carefree in certain things believing nothing could touch nor harm her. Lucifer had been a devil who had indulged in debauchery and cared little to mortal lives. They come and go that eventually meet their end one way or another. 

"You don't have the authority to tell me what to do."

"I think I do and if you become too troublesome from Ryuu then I'll cut you down."

"Oh can you hold your promise as I am not fond of liars."

The two emanated a terrifying killing intent that would cause everyone to pass out but was smacked by Ryuu who hardly flinched from their pressure. Rias knew something was about to happen and was fortunate that Ryuu acted quick enough or she would pass out. 

"For fuck sake! The two of you are grown adults!! Can't you stop bickering!? Lucifer at least try to be sensible and don't act stupid while Shinobu your intention are good but I can handle it myself."

Ryuu scolded the two women who took time for them to calm down while Rias watched them get work up from around them yet still retained a loving gaze once it was all over. She is shocked how he manages to remain calm despite their initial bickering. 

Once they finished eating, they headed back home with the two women feeling defeated from Ryuu's scolding more impressively on Shinobu who usually the one scolding was mentally drained. Lucifer who hadn't received that much scolding when she rebelled against her father.

"I'm impressed how you handled them yet still smiled at them rather calmly."

"Well take time and learn as you go. Anyway, do you want me to train your peerage from time to time?" 

Rias gave moment to think about his proposal and though her maid Grayfia helps them from time to time but she's rather busy acting as her brother's assistant. 

"You don't mind then I would be happy to receive from you."

"Good! Then just tell me when you are available to train. I'll have my other lovers assist some of you."

"Thank you in advance."

"It's nothing, just ask them I'll try to help."

Ryuu gave a striking smile that made her flinch, feeling her heart drawn towards him despite only knowing him for several months in a chat group while several hours in person. They seem to be in their own world as the other two women wake up from their mentally drained state and look at the two then to themselves.

"Truce?"

"Truce."

The two stop fighting to avoid getting scolded and join in the two. Lucifer is still arrogant but tries her best to maintain it at a lower level.

Few days later, Ryuu and Lucifer were going to meet Sirzechs to discuss the future information that he knows. The reason why he brought Lucifer is because she was persistent in meeting him and gave up from stopping her. 

He glanced towards Rias who was anxious for them to meet the Maou and not just Sirzechs but also included the Four Great Maou. He is unsure if they're trustworthy knowing how Devil are at its core vile and ambitious creatures.

Soon a portal opens and a beautiful young woman comes out of it. She appears to be in her early twenties with back-length silver hair that features a long braid on each side with small blue bows at the ends, while the rest is let down which ends in twin braids wearing a maid outfit. 

She looked at the two gauging the two and vaguely guessed their strength with Ryuu gaze gave an enticing feeling drawing her nearer to an abyss of no escape while the woman beside him resemble someone she knows quite well.

This made her slightly step back and eye went wide since their similarities were uncanny with the only difference being that she was a woman. 

"I-If I may ask, what is your name?"
